The line dance lesson on Wednesday was SO FUN! I enjoyed learning something new and getting up and moving around. It drew a pretty large crowd as well. The service was good and our server managed to get the orders distributed correctly even tho we weren't at the table when the food arrived. The food was decent (I got the chicken sandwich) and I had a pickle shot and an alcoholic seltzer. It was ladies night when I was there but wasn't offered any specials even though I think they were available. There's also no drink menu. It's not an overly large venue but there is both inside and outside seating. It felt like the stage took up most of the available inside the area. The decor is nice and the space feels fresh. There was no cover and no cost for the lesson when I went, which was awesome!! I will be back on Wednesdays for sure! read more

I was really excited for this place to open. I read the bad reviews, but decided to give it a try. We went for a drink on Sunday afternoon at 2pm. The place was about 20% full, plenty of workers. We waited at least five full minutes at the hostess stand. No one acknowledged us, the bar tenders just stood there chatting with each other. Finally, the hostess walked up and sat us. She was extremely annoyed to be working and we were clearly an inconvenience to her day. We sat at a high top inside. Waited 12 more minutes and not ONE person acknowledged us. No server, no manager, no bar tender. No one. There was three bar tenders working, what seemed to be an owner or manager, and several servers. Since no one ever came to our table, we finally just got up and left. Didn't even get a chance to order a drink or food. We walked right past the very bothered hostess out the front door we just entered and she didn't even look up at us. Empty tables were full of half-eaten food while the bar tenders/servers chatted and ate their own food at the bar. No one even attempted to bus any tables or give us a "be right with you". It was the lack of acknowledgment that is so disappointing. I wish the owners/managers were reading these terrible reviews! They had an opportunity to course correct at the beginning, but now they simply do not care. What a shame. We are always looking for good restaurants in Parker to spend our money on. I would never ever patronize this restaurant again. Bummer! read more

Waited 25 min after being seated and finally walked up to the bar to order out drinks. We weren't ID'd for drinks which doesn't matter but will eventually screw them over. Food was not great. Had the bacon burger which was bland and dry (server never offered condiments) , "bruschetta" was soggy toast with a bowl of pico in the middle of the plate. If you're going to Wild Goose, stick with the bbq options. My first taste was a take out order with their Smoke House Burger - which was really good. Their pulled pork on top of a really good burger. They have some interesting sides that I wanted to try. On our next visit, I had the ribs, smoked beans, poblano mac & cheese, and we shared the Bacon Brussels sprouts appetizer. The ribs were very tender and fall off the bone - which some people like. It was my mistake but not ordering them without sauce, as I wanted to taste the quality of the meat and smoke. Their bbq sauce is really good, but I prefer mine without. Sadly, the smoked beans were cold and tasted like they were just poured out of a can...no smoke flavor at all. The mac & cheese was nothing special, and the Brussels sprouts...while good, tasted VERY much like Chick-fil-A sauce was the main ingredient. With two dedicated smokers out back - I would like to explore more of their bbq offerings, but can't recommend anything else at this point. read more

Worst Sunday afternoon after high hopes of good bbq, outdoors and music. Could be a great place, inside and outside areas are very nice. Start with food, cold and flavorless, green Chile nachos with pulled pork - very small amount of pork and cold, Chilie was cold and cheese had hardened. Drinks were very weak. And expensive 2 skinny margaritas $32 -- Wow in a plastic cup no lime salt, and seriously no tequila! The singer/ entertainment was bad and rude! Now let's talk about customer service, this is why they only get three stars instead of five stars. Grand opening, they had issues, service was not the best, and definitely growing pains. So I gave them another chance... I met a client and while I am a non-drinker, I purchased a drink for my client. Well I don't believe in public shaming, so I'm not going to call out her name, but the gal who was waiting on us, as she walked away, I heard under her breath, "not going to make any money at that table." Then, when we wanted to sell out, she walked past our table at least three times, completely ignored us. Eventually I flag someone else down instead We need to sell our check. It took us gal another 15 minutes to come back to us. I'm generally a 20 to 30% tipper, but not today. If this restaurant is going to hire Karen complaining about her tips, then she's not going to get anything for me. Attitude is unacceptable. Every table is an opportunity, unfortunately, this business, while it's new, and while it may have growing pains, has been open for a while now and has not fixed service. Slow service, cold food, terrible general manager Took 20-30 minutes for somebody to take our order, took 30 minutes to get our drinks and food which was cold, took another 30 minutes before anyone checked on us, took another 30 minutes for second drink, which was wrong, another 20 minutes to get check which was wrong. We were asked to wait for the manager and was assured he would want to make it right for us. He was confrontational and didn't own the issues. Just tried to make excuses. We covered the bill and didn't tip. Felt bad for the server who was still in his first week, but there is no way this falls all on him. Lots of staff, so no idea why this was such a bad experience. Wasn't going to do a review, just laugh this off, but the manager really pissed us off. read more

I love this place! My boyfriend and I already agreed we will be going back soon. We went for the Beatles vs. Stones band night and it was a blast! We played cornhole for a little bit outside which was so nice. The only thing is that they do not have a drink menu or specialty drink menu set up yet. The outdoor seating area, is fun and something different and needed than what Parker has. Unfortunately that's about sums up the positive accepts of this place. The service was barely adequate at best. But the food... honestly we were so disappointed. It was in a word, awful. We ordered the Brussels as an app (which is normally an easy win for us) but they were tasteless beside the clumps of red pepper flakes and the gelatinous pool of honey mustard they were served on, not to mention super undercooked. This place is so much fun to go to when you want to just have a casual night out on the town! They have live local bands playing here all the time and we came to see my husband's coworker's band. Fist off, they did amazing and the acoustics here are great!! It is loud inside I will say but you can also go outside and sit on their balcony (weather permitting) to enjoy the music as well. We have come here just to eat several times as well and I have to say the food here is actually pretty good! I always get a burger and then my hubby gets wings and both are great. The wings are crispy and the burgers taste great. Food came out quick too even when they are bust on a concert night. The staff are always super nice as well and very welcoming. In the warmer months it is super fun on the patio as they have corn hole games out for everyone to use along with several hightops and normal tables. Love coming here for a fun night out! read more

This place has a great opportunity to be an amazing place. Sadly, my three experiences here have been, a shortage of any employee working to benefit it. The bartenders are on their phones all the time. It is insulting. I have never been greeted, I had to seat myself and my friends. Expect at least 30 minutes to receive a greeting and a drink offer (and I have never ONCE received the drink I ordered.) If the staff was held accountable. If the bartenders cared and the servers were trained, this could be a wonderland with good music. I hope this changes. This is a great place that needs immediate attention and leadership. It is the worst service I have ever received in a pretty cool environment. I will not return until I receive some positive feedback that it has changed. I want to see Wild Goose do well. read more

Bought tickets to see an 80s band. The place was so overpacked we had to stand outside while the band was inside playing. Waited 45 minutes in line for a drink and a couple next to us left after waiting an hour and 1/2 for their food. I was skeptical based on low reviews but we came for live country music last night (no cover) and had a great experience. Fast drink service and food timing was explained. Ie it will be 25 mins for a burger. For happy hour you can get a Bud Light and cheeseburger and fries for $10 and I found the cheeseburger to be top notch quality. We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday and we were really happy we did. The staff at the restaurant were friendly. We enjoyed meeting Chris the GM and Lorraine, our server was fantastic. The food was delicious. We all enjoyed burgers. The brioche buns were buttery and soft, the burgers were cooked exactly to order and the variety of sides offered were great. First, all the meals we ordered were great and the bar tender, waiter, busboy was incredible but he was literally doing everything except cooking the food. They definitely need to hire another waiter/busboy or both. I wanted to be so into this place, we drove by it all the time waiting for it to open and I can't explain how deflated I felt when we got to go. We walked in and we're seated directly in front of the stage, that held a band in practice mode before they were set to perform. They don't have a drink menu which I understand now because they have a hearty amount of liquor to choose from, but when I asked our waitress she looked at me like I was an idiot and just stared at the bar, then looked at me again. My husband had to explain why they didn't have a menu. The food was awful, we ordered "Texas bruschetta" which was served with sliced white bread (slightly toasted) and a bowl of tomatoes and pickles. I ordered a wedge salad and it came with store bought blue cheese and pickled red onions, if you're not going to stick to tradition, don't name it a wedge salad.
