I've been going to this location for years now. I love the atmosphere. Everyone here is so friendly! I love the food and the drinks are consistently being updated. I always leave with a smile and the live musics is a plus. If you need a place to have a fun time, come here. They have everything here ! Books, games , live music, food , drinks and great conversations.

My first time here when any of the individual businesses were actually open. We came by on a Thursday night for the 'Taylor Swift birthday celebration'. They've got a new Ellie brown ale from Avery Brewery that was good. The bartender wasn't sure if it's rotating or will stick around for a while. Hopefully the latter. It was a bit too loud for me (ya, guess I'm old now), so we spent some time downstairs. The Romo's tacos looks good, as does the Arayes Lebanese restaurant. I'm guessing we'll be back at some point to grab some food at one of these places and take it upstairs for a beer, especially if there is some entertainment going on that interests us.

Ordered the green juice as a post workout recovery. It was very tasty, and surprisingly filled me up until my next meal. I would recommend giving it a try!

There are multiple restaurants to choose from. You can eat in the food court, or they have seating options upstairs and a bar area. All of the areas are clean and staff are constantly making sure things are tidy. There is outdoor seating available as well They have various games that you can play. The atmosphere is very relaxing, in short this is a great place to grab bite and have good conversation. There is a book store on site that has a amazing selection of books

Visited in the odd time of day, after a hike- so after lunch but before dinner. Perfect time to find a chill environment. Various seating options, variety of food from downstairs vendors and an excellent drink program. Was very comfortable in a lounge chair, enjoyed the atmosphere & a knowledgeable bartender. Would be excited to see this place in the evening.

Place is great for drinks! Has a really cute + cozy vibe right in the heart of downtown Castle Rock. Staff is also really sweet!

I'm a sucker for a good cocktail. After indulging in Restaurant Week at nearby Siena, my husband, and mother in law and I were down for a nightcap. She suggested Sinners and Saints, and off we went! SPACE: Located in the Ecclesia Market (Castle Rock's first food hall!), Sinners and Saints is a devilish addition to the top floor of the converted historic church. Just up the stairs from the rear entrance lies the coolest spot with killer drink specials! The large mural along the back wall creates the traditional church vibe, but the colored lights, modern stylish furniture and extensive bar jazz's up the joint and creates a much trendier and bar like environment. A DJ was jamming tunes the night we arrived, which was fun and the space allowed for dancing! The variety of seating (long community tables, two tops and more!) allows for parties of all sizes, including the bar top - as it is huge! Although I'm not the church going type, I found the space to be gorgeous and created a different and interesting atmosphere! SERVICE & SIPS: Although packed when we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly bartender who provided us with a rundown of the cocktail list - featuring the 10 Commandments - their creative approach to house made cocktails! I stuck to wine, while the hubs sipped on a smooth concoction with vodka. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and nice - despite what others have said in their reviews. However, because the bartenders were so busy, we were charged twice for our cocktails, which we discovered the following day after looking at our bank account. The misunderstanding was easily corrected though, which made all the difference! SUSTENANCE: While a full food menu isn't offered here - head to another vendor in the food hall - they do offer a coffee and dessert bar, for a true nightcap to the evening. We didn't partake, but definitely a cool idea! With this food hall close to home, I know I'll venture back to Ecclesia Market, and Sinners and Saints!

My wife and I love stopping by this spot for the relaxed environment, good drinks, and good food downstairs. It's great to get away from the kids from time to time. The staff all have great senses of humor and will chat with you about their favorite items from downstairs (Britstop is the best by the way.)

The smell, assuming from fish & Co. makes the place difficult to stay and enjoy. Not a new issue, but worse than ever.

I've had the chance…read moreto eat there twice now--once inside the restaurant and once out on their patio--and both experiences were great. The patio is especially nice on a sunny Colorado day. I ordered the filet mignon salad, and honestly it was to die for. At first I thought it was a little unusual that the salad came with fingerling potatoes, but wow... it totally works. Steak and potatoes are a classic pairing, and somehow putting them on a salad just makes it even better. The filet was cooked perfectly and everything tasted really fresh. My husband ordered a sandwich (I wish I could remember exactly which one), but he really enjoyed it and said the French fries were excellent too. Overall, great food, a relaxed atmosphere, and a spot we'll definitely be coming back to. Service has always been great!

The Benedict has a very rich and unique taste. It's not bad, just different. The million dollar bacon is way too sweet. It tastes like bacon cake which if that's your jam you'll love it. We loved this place when it was Tribe but our one complaint is when at capacity you can't even hear the person across the table from you. I don't mind a mild roar but this is like people are standing next to you screaming in your ear. Look, we support local businesses and this place is no exception. I think that we had very high hopes for this place and our fist round was fairly average. The service was good and, again, people who work here seem to take real pride in the restaurant so kudos for that for sure! BTW, they are starting to do dinner Thursday-Sunday. We haven't tried it but we were told to come back for dinner which we will certainly do.

HOLY FREAKING MOLY, THE BRINKERHOFF IN CASTLE ROCK JUST RUINED ALL OTHER RESTAURANTS FOR ME…read moreFOREVER!!! Listen up, you beautiful degenerates of Colorado -- if you're anywhere near Castle Rock and you DON'T drop everything to go to The Brinkerhoff, you're actively choosing a life of sadness and regret. This place is perched up there like a goddamn castle overlooking the kingdom, windows so meticulously clean I could see my future in them (and it was eating more ribeye). The views? ABSURD. I'm talking "postcard from heaven" levels of ridiculous. You'll be stuffing your face while staring at scenery that makes you question why you ever lived in a basement apartment. The ambiance inside is straight-up opulent too -- crystal chandeliers dripping like diamonds, stone walls, red leather booths, and that massive framed vintage Beech 18 airplane photo that hits different. Speaking of which... My best friend Rob took one look at that classic twin-prop Beech 18 on the wall and the hairs on his arms stood straight up. Turns out he actually flew one of those exact legends back in the day. There's a killer story behind it -- ask the staff about it, they'll hook you up with the full tale. Goosebumps guaranteed. This place doesn't just serve dinner; it triggers full-on life flashbacks. The food? ABSURDITY-INDUCING. I'm still recovering. * Spicy Hiramasa Roll -- TO. DIE. FOR. Spicy tuna, avocado, cucumber, and pure culinary sorcery. One bite and I ascended. I blacked out and woke up speaking fluent sushi. * Big Island Ribeye (16oz, soy-marinated) -- OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD. Juicy, flavorful, marinated in what I can only assume is liquid gold and unicorn tears. MUST GET. I would fight a bear for this steak. I would marry this steak. Hell, I'd let this steak ruin my credit score. * Chipotle Glazed Wagyu Short Ribs -- These bad boys were so awesome I almost proposed. Sweet, smoky, melt-in-your-mouth perfection that made me question every other rib I've ever had. They were basically foreplay for the main course. And don't even get me started on the STAFF. These legends deserve their own parade. Big shoutout to our waiter Larson -- the man dropped recommendations like they were bars in a rap battle. 10/10 service, zero notes. GM Lisa came in hot on the 4th of July, straight from the sister property Sierra, working like a boss and being the friendliest, most knowledgeable human alive. Absolute queen behavior. GM Heather rolled up, made sure everything was flawless, and then dropped restaurant history knowledge like a TED Talk. I felt cultured AND fed. And eternal props to Chloe & Keiley in reservations -- we showed up AN HOUR LATE like the chaotic gremlins we are, and they still saved our seats. That's not service, that's sorcery. This crew isn't just outstanding -- they're the Avengers of hospitality. Outstanding food + god-tier staff + Beech 18 nostalgia that gives your pilot buddy chills = I'm moving in. 10/10. 100/10. Infinity/10. It's a MUST-GO when you're in Castle Rock. Bring your appetite, bring your people, bring stretchy pants, and bring your best stories. I'm already planning my return like it's a religious pilgrimage. Brinkerhoff, you absolute madlads -- thank you for existing. I love you. Never change. (Go. Now. Tell them the unhinged guy AND his Beech 18-flying buddy sent you.)

Traffic was…read morerobust this day but fortunately we found an open spot on Wilcox St a mere steps away from the front door of Castle Cafe. They were busy with the brunch crowd but we were seated within a few minutes and our server dropped off a basket of warm rolls while we browsed the menu. The interior was very cool, lot of wood and giving off a nice western vibe. I did love all the western art on the walls and a nice bar near the entrance. My wife ordered a Reuben sandwich which she very much enjoyed. Since their Pan-Fried Chicken was named "Famous" I just had to order that. Four delicious pieces of perfectly fried chicken and the mashed potatoes with cracklin' gravy was amazing. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Everyone was so nice and it was a wonderful experience. Side Note - My wife did ask me why I did not order the Chicken and Waffles as it appeared almost every other table had an order. While I love a good waffle, I need to have good cup of coffee with it and seeing how it was almost noon I had left my personal coffee window.
