Do you love amazing craft cocktails? This place is amazing. A wonderful addition to the Castle Rock bar scene. A dark cozy atmosphere with attentive bar tenders and servers.

We had reservations but waited a bit at the front before being acknowledged. Once we were seated the experience was amazing. The ambiance was top tier and was decorated nicely for the holidays... but not overdone. The drinks were spectacular and the short rib grilled cheese was so delicious. We were consistently checked on to see if there was anything else we needed. We will definitely be returning! We were told their seasonal drinks change twice a year... maybe more often will keep people coming back to try new things? A great place for a girls night or date night!

Very impressed with this spot. The fact that this place use to be named "the dirty" by us growing up before this place took over, left me mind blown. It's totally changed and so beautiful designed. I love the vibes here, and the drinks are very unique. Love love loved the raspberry purple rain drink with gin.

Absolutely love their cocktail menu here and the servers have been lovely and helpful every time. Love bringing people here! Really love the dark and cozy vibe.

Our first visit and we'll definitely be back! I'd give 5 stars to the design aesthetic. It's beautiful, with a ton of attention to detail, down to the bathroom and the speakeasy special events room hidden behind a bookcase. And little adorable forks with the dates and charcuterie! I'd give 3 stars for the seating options. This is lounge-style, with no at-table seating, just couches, chairs, and bar seating. If you're a couple, you may share space with others. This would be great for a group of 4 with drinks and nibbles. It was a bit awkward for two who wanted a date night and had food where you had to hold your plate in front of you to not make a mess. It would be nice to have some options for tables, maybe. We'd give 4 stars for the drinks. My cosmo spin was delicious, but my husband thought the "high fashion" was too heavy on the bitters. His second drink, "lost in Louisiana," he really liked. And holy hell, 5 stars for the dates! They're $8 for 3, but they're worth it and we ordered two batches. The charcuterie board was also good - a good price and a decent amount of meats and cheeses. 4 stars for the food overall. We both also had the short rib grilled cheese, which was nice, but nothing special. Service was also 4 stars. Some lulls in service, but overall, attentive and nice. We'll be back, but probably for cocktails and nibbles or flatbread, not a full dinner. Nice to have an option like this in Castle Rock!

Came in an hour before close on Saturday night. One of the bartenders seemed inebriated and maybe that's why service was a lil off. We weren't acknowledged by the bartenders for a bit. The bar back was nice enough to get our first drink orders. My second drink order was actually given to the wrong person at first by said inebriated bartender even though I had ordered it from him minutes before. It was a lil weird. The bar wasn't even that busy. Was def an off night.

This is a hidden gem in Castle Rock! We decided to come here for drinks last night and were able to make a reservation through OpenTable. This place has such a cozy yet mysterious vibe- everything here is matte black with dim lighting - I loved it! Service is so nice - our server made the best suggestions for drinks and kept checking on us. We weren't here for food but decided to get the fancy grilled cheese - unexpectedly comforting and the perfect amount of spice and cheese! We love this place! I highly recommend coming here for cocktails! Btw the bartenders are skilled in fire breathing tricks! I'm a new fan of provision! Highly recommend this place!

Provision has become a weekly staple for me and I don't even live in Castle Rock! The staff is the friendliest staff you will encounter, the drinks are amazing, and the ambiance is super chill and romantic! You will not be disappointed in going here!

Very cool, very neat cocktail bar. Reminiscent of the piano bars of old, dark, comfortable couches for seating. Very romantic! First date kind of atmosphere. The drinks are very inventive and yummy. Some good offerings, but you're not going to go there for the eats!

The best cocktail bar in castle rock! I love the drinks and the holiday menus. I love how cozy it is inside and you can dress up or dress more casual depending on your mood! It's the best spot!

Fantastic service and fabulous (specialty) drink option. Menu is on the lighter side with a just a fee options but really, one should come here to enjoy drinks and great conversation (with friends and staff alike). The beautiful concoctions are skillfully mixed and perfectly balanced. Name your "poison" and you'll get a wonderful cocktail in return. So many lovely things to point out about Provision. Between the pleasant and fun staff to the peaceful atmosphere, being at Provision was a pleasure. Definitely recommend for a great date night or meetup with friends.

This is a very unique venue, especially for Castle Rock. We've visited twice in the past few weeks and both were exceptional. This is not some place you go for a full blown dinner, rather, this is where you go after that dinner. There are a few tables, but mostly sofas and club chairs with some tucked into nooks and others in the open. Our servers, Bree and Collin, were awesome! It is, for me anyway, a cross between a cocktail bar and a speak-easy. They offer some pretty awesome drinks and a light appetizer menu. The atmosphere is dark and if I had to describe it in one word....sultry. Try it! It's pretty cool!

There are several food vendors: a Bar at the top, a restaurant I've yet to visit alongside it, as well as several spots to eat downstairs. Downstairs they have : - A bagel spot (get there early for the best selection and don't be disappointed if they run out- that's what it means to have fresh baked daily!) - A great BBQ spot (this is coming from a KC native and BBQ critic!) - Apres coffee - a cute coffee shop with alternative milks and Italian sodas options. - A stuffed pita restaurant (I'm sorry I don't know the name!) - Gluttony and Graze, for salads and gourmet hot dogs and burgers - And don't sleep on the cute little kiosk to order Mexican food! I didn't get a chance to check it out, but it's next on my list to try! Though, please note all of these places have different operating hours - though you're mostly safe Wed-Sun. Either call ahead or be open minded when you come in, just in case! Overall, highly recommended. People sleep on it because the outside is unassuming, but you have to try it at least once!

I'll break it down through all phases of our experience. First will be making reservation. Called early this afternoon for a reservation this evening. Promptly greeted on the phone by a very kind lady. Within a quick minute was able to reserve our dinner with much ease Now with the location and ambiance. Very easy to find, and well positioned with a perfect sunset view of the mountains. Well lit environment but yet still very intimate. Next will be greeting, hospitality, and staff service. Within 10 seconds of walking we were greeted as if we were the most important people to visit this evening. That means that we felt very welcomed upon our arrival. The hospitality did not stop there. We were seated and greeted by Marquez. Now this guy was the star of the evening. He knew the menu and wine pairings in great detail. His recommendations of menu items were outstanding. Seriously, you can tell when somebody takes pride in their work. This gentleman carries himself with great pride and genuine care. That level of self respect is reflective in the respect he shows others. Through him alone he can s 10 out of 10 easily. Now, why we all came. For the food. We ordered the pimento dip for an app. The bread was outstanding. The pimento dip was rich and full of flavor. Home run was the warm honey. Never would have thought of the combination of pimento dip and honey spread across toasted bread. YUM! For the main meal I had ordered the French Dip and the wife ordered the salmon. For the French Dip the star was the freshly made French bread. It was perfect for the large amount of thinly sliced prime rib. Speaking of the meat, the Prime Rib was so tender it nearly will melt in your mouth. The Salmon looked to be perfectly cooked. My wife gave that affirmation after her first bite. Then came the dessert. Ice Cream came with hot fudge both delicious. Key Lime pie was also perfect. It came with a really neat French Whipped Cream infused with key lime. AMAZING flavor and light. Overall, excellent experience, delicious meal, and Marquez was fantastic. If you find yourself looking for somewhere to have a celebratory dinner, recommend this place. Thank you so much to all at The Brinkerhoff for a wonderful evening.

We were immediately sat on the patio around 5:45 PM. We were greeted and given "welcome bubbles". What a nice touch. After about 5 minutes, we were finally given menus. Other people were sat around us, so we waited to ask for the happy hour menu. We ordered the chef's choice charcuterie, a cocktail, and a glass of wine. The drinks and board were yum, but not quite a wine bar as there were very limited option by the glass. Also, we had to ask for plates and silverware where this is a basic item. While deciding on dinner, we were approached a couple times by the 2 servers in the section. One was friendly, the other, not so much, rather indifferent and made us feel a little uncomfortable and not very welcome. This kind of set the tone for the rest of our night. We ordered the "family share" chateaubriand. We realize this is an expensive cut, but the portion is definitely not a sharing cut, around 4 oz. It is closer to a single entree. When it arrived, the plate was cold, like the meat was lukewarm and the cauliflower was ice cold. Again, we had to ask for silverware and plates for this "family style shareable" plate. We brought the cauliflower temperature up with the server and got new cauliflower after we were done with the rest of the meal. Also, I sat with an empty wine glass and no one stopped to ask if I needed another glass. When the servers did stop by, it was a short interaction and we never even had a chance to ask before they were already walking away. We saw so many people come in and out that they must be doing something right, but for us, our experience was mediocre. If our meal would have been the correct temperature (it was well prepared, just cold) and better execution on the service, we may have had a better experience.
