Worst service I have received. The food was awful and my family member didn't get her food until 25 mins after we got ours and when she did they didn't even get her order right. Management was nowhere to be found. I hate complaining so I will put in here that the ambiance was good, but I was not the only disappointment customer. I came hungry and left hungry. read more

Ordered takeout. Lettuce on my nachos was rancid. Lettuce on my daughter's burger was wilted and brown on the edges. Spoke with Bill the manager who said he would refund me if I brought it back, but I was a couple cold ones in and couldn't drive. Pretty bad when you're having a good buzz and starving but nachos are SO disgusting, you had to throw them out. Will never order from there again. Arrived at 4:00pm, waited for over 10 minutes at a sign that says "see hostess to be seated" as several servers including a very rude Hispanic female stared us while waiting. Then finally went to the bar and asked about seating, heavy set female blond bartender then rudely said, "you're in the wrong spot you need to go to the front", so clearly she saw us waiting there and didn't speak up, so we left. Was excited to try this place after hearing good things, but it fell short with the entire visit . Our server was barely visible and avoided us most of the time except to reassure us that our food would be right out. we did not order appetizers and ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 kids meals. we arrived at 6:30pm and the food still had not arrived after 45 minutes, I approach a bar staff and asked them to find out, then one of the kids meals showed up and nothing else , another 15 minutes passed before the order finally arrived and was lukewarm. I paid full price for my meal, I was not ordered a discount or even a dessert for the long wait, and management must not exist in this establishment, any other restaurant would have a manager stop by, The ambiance was loud, dark and cold. I usually have good service here. They really decorate and get decked out for the holidays. The food I have had here has been good, nothing mind blowing but definitely good. Lots of parking. Looks like a ranch home likely was once. Western theme with beautiful wood tables inside and a gorgeous tiki bar outside with covered and uncovered outdoor dining and seating areas. Docks for boats and a great spot to relax. Reasonably priced everything including drinks . Staff is welcoming friendly, helpful, and attentive without being annoying. We went with kicking bourbon wings based on waitress recommendations and mozzarella sticks for afternoon shared lunch. Very nice and our new go to waterfront spot. Everyone at the table loved their food. The boneless wings were amazing! One of the better boneless wings I've had in CNY. Downside is that the place wasn't totally full and yet it was still SO loud in there. My friend said her buffalo chicken dip was 8.5/10 but it seemed a bit greasy to her. So we stopped in to have a bite to eat at one of our fave spots. A couple friends of ours had never been here, and we knew they would like the atmosphere and food. Indeed they did! We enjoyed the following...... Smothered nachos with beef, 2 colt bang bang shrimp salads, the Clydesdale burger, and a bang bang shrimp wrap. Everything was delicious. Everything could stand to be improved. We got on their reservation list and it was 20-40 min due to shortage of staff. Not a a big deal but after 30 minutes they posted we are no longer taking dinner reservations. The staff was kind and apologized but the place was disorganized, and seriously short staffed for a Sat. The only thing this place has going for is that it's a bar with waterfront property. The food was terrible. The grilled chicken sandwich was not seasoned, just a whole chicken breast taken out of package. Chicken was thick and rubbery.
