I usually have good service here. They really decorate and get decked out for the holidays. The food I have had here has been good, nothing mind blowing but definitely good. I went on wing night which is a very good deal. Some wings need more sauce but overall pretty tasty. The drinks are on point.

Lots of parking. Looks like a ranch home likely was once. Western theme with beautiful wood tables inside and a gorgeous tiki bar outside with covered and uncovered outdoor dining and seating areas. Docks for boats and a great spot to relax. Reasonably priced everything including drinks . Staff is welcoming friendly, helpful, and attentive without being annoying. We went with kicking bourbon wings based on waitress recommendations and mozzarella sticks for afternoon shared lunch. Very nice and our new go to waterfront spot. Even a fire pit for evenings.

Everyone at the table loved their food. The boneless wings were amazing! One of the better boneless wings I've had in CNY. Downside is that the place wasn't totally full and yet it was still SO loud in there. My friend said her buffalo chicken dip was 8.5/10 but it seemed a bit greasy to her. Will def come back!

So we stopped in to have a bite to eat at one of our fave spots. A couple friends of ours had never been here, and we knew they would like the atmosphere and food. Indeed they did! We enjoyed the following...... Smothered nachos with beef, 2 colt bang bang shrimp salads, the Clydesdale burger, and a bang bang shrimp wrap. Everything was delicious. Bartender/waitress was friendly and attentive. Check em out! PS. Thurs is wing night from 4-9. .25 cents each! Great wings too.

Garlic mushroom pizza, Beef and Blue Burger with a side of fries and a beautiful day.

Fun place with good music and bar food. The water front deck was nice. We had the wings which were great.

Great ambience and service. The pizza is really good . Located right on the river and accessible to boaters.

He became…read morean executive chef as an adult, and when he moved to CNY and decided he would open a restaurant, he wanted to provide something that CNY was scarce on - soul food and fresh, home made pastrami. Lockhart opened Harts Cafe & Deli in the ALDI shopping plaza on 31 in Cicero, with a menu consisting of sandwiches where he makes ALL the meats himself including pastrami, corned beef and pulled smoked chicken. He has a breakfast menu with platters, sandwiches, pancakes & waffles, offers different coffee options, fish fry Fridays, and Soul Food Saturdays. I went into Harts today after reading a good review about them, and I work pretty close. I LOVE pastrami, and it is not easy to find home made pastrami in the area, so I was immediately interested. Chef Miguel gave me a whole run down of what he offered, told me how everything is fresh made from the pastrami to his whole grain mustard, so I ordered a half pastrami sandwich with a side of his seasoned fries. He also has one of those machines that squeezes fresh orange juice, something I've only seen in one other restaurant here, and I love fresh orange juice, so I ordered once of those as well. He went back and made it immediately. My sandwich was fresh and hot, with thick slices of delicious pastrami on a roll with his home made tangy musatard, leaf lettuce and tomato. The HUGE pile of fries were seasoned well, and I can't place what the seasoning reminds me of, but it's different than any other fries I've had here and they taste great. A half sandwich, large side of fries and fresh squeeze juice cost me about $20. Chef Miguel was extremely friendly, and has a lot of stuff on the menu I want to try, cause I'll definitely be going back.

No napkins provided and the wrap was so saucy it was dripping through the bag! The chicken is a breaded cutlet cut in half. Where does the other half go? In another wrap? But it did have some chicken which is better than some other chains provided. 2.99 for Large fountain drink which was more of a medium cup size. Unfortunately, this visit resulted in one of the most distressing customer service experiences I have ever had. An attendant named Tracy, who identified herself as the manager, spoke to me with extreme rudeness and openly raised her voice when I calmly asked to speak with a manager. Her behavior was so aggressive and unprofessional that I ended up in tears in front of my children. As a mother, this was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. This is the first time in my life that I have ever felt compelled to leave a negative review for any business. I value professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy--especially in a family-oriented establishment. If there are cameras in the dining area or service counter, I sincerely hope corporate leadership reviews the footage from this timeframe. No customer should ever be subjected to this type of mistreatment, and certainly not in front of their children. I hope the real management addresses this issue appropriately to ensure no one else experiences what we went through today.
