    Large bar by entrance

Everything about the remodel is perfectly done. So much attention to detail - the fireplaces look so nice, carpet nice, bars. They did such a nice job decorating for the holidays too. I hope to make this place a tradition for the holidays. The price rib and scallops were great and for New Year's Eve they had a great buffet with penne, Turkey and more. And salad bar. Not packed, very comfortable. I heard there was a new owner and lots of new changes. I grew up coming here as a kid and was so excited to see. I was so impressed. The waitress said the new owner started a few years ago so that explains the past reviews. There's a nice upstairs are with a pretty chandelier and private bar for events. Will probably book it for my next party!

We used the Fireside for our wedding reception and could not have asked for a better experience! Everyone we talked to had an amazing night. The food was great, staff was so kind and helpful. Joanna is the real MVP. I went to her with basically no idea what to do and she gave me exactly what I didn't know I wanted. The one thing about our day that started to fall apart, she fixed immediately even though it wasn't her problem to fix for us. I highly recommend them for any event you may consider hosting.

It's a cool spot- restaurant on the ground floor, and upstairs they sell different things made locally, and also clothes. It was fun to walk around while the food was being made. Our server was Kara, and she was awesome! My nephew has a peanut allergy so she was checking in on the entire order and sides to be sure we were in the clear! She was so helpful and friendly, even when there was an issue it wasn't a giant deal. My nephew and I started out by looking at the protein shake menu. I chose the green goddess protein shake, and he went with the cocoa Berry. Let me just say that mine was so good I finished it quickly. Nephew ordered the garlic sweet chili hummus appetizer to start. It came with freshly cut pita quarters, carrots, and strips of yellow and red peppers. Fresh, crunchy, hummus was absolutely addictively delicious and more than enough to share! He then got the pesto panini, my older brother ended up landing on the Italian panini (they sold out of the corned beef). He also got the soup special, stuffed cabbage soup and that looked really delicious and piping hot. Lots of cabbage and meat along with the broth. I had FOMO for sure. One panini came with a side salad, the other chose the tomato, onion, and cucumber salad that came with balsamic. So tasty I tried it later bc we took it to go, and I ate it all! Really great atmosphere and concept. On our way out we had a conversation with the manager/owner, and it was really pleasant. The weather was awful, but our stop here was a bright beacon and a memorable stop. Support small owned businesses!

When my son's game at a local indoor center ran over by almost 30 minutes, I called and told them we would be late. They accommodated us and seated us immediately upon arrival. About 10 minutes later, at 8pm, the live music started. It was wonderful music, but where we were seated was in front of the speakers and two of our party wear hearing aides. When it looked like we were going to have to cut our celebration short, our server, the wonderful Marcy, and another gentleman, worked to get us seating in the lower dining room in front. We were so grateful for the accommodations, and everyone was super nice about it. The food and drinks were outstanding, of course. Our party ordered the chicken bowl, the chippy chicken, the curd burger, a cheeseburger, and the turkey avocado. Everyone was silent as they ate! The service was friendly and impeccable (even when we really weren't being easy customers), and our night, which could have gone south so quickly, was made! And hopefully a younger, hipper crew moved into our table and enjoyed the wonderful music! The band was great and we really enjoyed it still from where we ended up! So cheers to the staff at AG! We will be back (and know where to ask to sit next time! Haha)!!

The dining room was spacious and clean and bright as were the servers and the bartenders who expertly served us. They have a happy hour from 5 to 7 that varies each day so on this Thursday was half price on selected appetizers as well as $2.50 domestic select drafts. We got there about 10 after five and the bar quickly filled up, which seemed to be regulars, which was a good sign. We decided to linger a little bit over our first drinks and ordered deep fried cheese curds with a delicious margarita type tomato sauce. I had never had fried cheese curds and they were plentiful and came out steaming hot topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, unfortunately I did not take a picture as we were hungry and dove right in. When it was time for our second drink, I pondered over their wine list, but decided that with my Reuben and mac & cheese dinner a cold draft would suffice. My husband ordered the Philly cheesecake sandwich and onion rings. The mac & cheese and the onion rings were up charges of $2.50 and they were worth it. The cheesesteak sandwich was not shaved beef, but wonderfully thick pieces of beef on a perfectly toasted bun type with cheese and peppers. The onion rings were generous as well as crisp and not overly breaded. My Reuben was perfectly toasted on a delicious rye bread with just the right amount of sauce to not make it soggy. The star was their mac & cheese served in a steaming hot crock! It was creamy, not too cheesy, but cheesy enough to know that you were digging into a delicious bite of mac & cheese.. well done kitchen! All in all the meal was so large we could only eat half of it and brought it home for another day. We would certainly return as we enjoyed every bit of our evening. The patio looked invited and will be opening soon. They also have live entertainment to enjoy.

She came back pretty quickly and took our orders . The calamari was not a huge portion, but was beautifully crispy and seasoned nicely. The warm tomato sauce went nicely with the seasoning. Our wedge salads were huge, and there were a nice amount of toppings. My husband said his Reuben was very good and so were his his chips which tasted homemade. Our server was excellent and checked in periodically to make sure everything was good. It was starting to get busy but she was efficiently keeping up with all the tables.

There is a garlic allergy in the group so they are usually fine of mix a special dressing for salads (just oil and seasonings) etc. We had a new waitress though who was a little rude about it, and seemingly tried to make the mom in law guilty about the allergy. It was especially awkward being mother's day and their history for accommodating. The back of house had no issues though as per usual, but the comments were uncomfy so it knocks off a star for me even if its not the usual. The bread and butter were a hit for me, as well as the mimosa. For my entrée I got the broiled seafood platter-- it was really tasty. I was really impressed with the flavor and texture of all of the kinds fo seafood. The mashed potatos were also delicious. Especially mixed with the garlic butter from the bread (there are some bonuses when others you eat with can't have garlic like I can! More for me.) I would easily reccomend this dish. On multiple occasions, I've received a notification that my order was ready for pickup, only to arrive and be told it would actually take another 25 minutes. That's frustrating and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. If the app or online ordering system says an order is ready, it should accurately reflect its status. Otherwise, it gives the impression that orders are being marked as "ready" to satisfy internal performance metrics or timing goals rather than because they're actually prepared. Accurate communication and realistic pickup times would make for a much better customer experience. This issue could be resolved with better communication and more accurate order tracking. If the kitchen is running behind, simply updating the estimated pickup time or sending a notification about the delay would set the right expectations and save customers an unnecessary trip. Most people are understanding when delays happen, they just want honesty, timely updates. Being transparent about wait times builds trust and creates a much better overall customer experience than marking an order as ready before it actually is.
