Thankfully, we came across Carver Brewing Co. and were happy to see it open. They offer a great variety of local beers, including options to take some to go. We tried the Double IPA and the Hazy--both were delicious. They also have wine and mimosas available if beer isn't your thing. Bo (or Beau) was our bartender and truly made the experience. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and had a genuine smile the entire time. His energy was infectious and really brightened the atmosphere. Definitely a must-stop when passing through Durango.

The inside is a typical pub environment, with booths and tables and some TV's mounted around the bar areas. Our server was great. Food was okay. Went back the next day for karaoke and was told that I'm never allowed back and was threatened physically because I did not tip.
