Coffee shop located in Downtown Prescott across from a parking garage. There is a cute courtyard in front of the coffee shop that has some seating. When you go into the shop there is a lot of seating and when I went it was pretty busy. The inside felt a little messy and didn't give that comforting feeling that coffee shops provide. The service to order was a little slow, I think the cashier may have been newer though because they didn't seem comfortable with the register. It was pretty loud, I had a hard time hearing what was being said. The barista was fast with my drinks though. I waited for less then a minute. I spend a lot of money at coffee shops and am use to the pricing...I am also use to big city Downtown coffee prices...this one hurt. I spent $18 on a medium pumpkin spice coldbrew with oatmilk and a medium caramel apple cider. There is non dairy alternatives, it is $1 to add non-dairy. The caramel apple ciders taste was muted and I could barely taste the caramel. The pumpkin cold brew was good. The drinks themselves were okay, but definitely not worth the price or going out of your way for.

I like the loose leaf tea at Wild Iris and they have recently remodeled a bit, opening up the space and adding some new pastry options. In February they will open a take out section next door with it's own pastry case and coffee. I almost always get the ginger hot tea, served in a metal teapot which keeps the water warm and a separate filter cup. They have a nice selection of macaroons for a gluten free option. I had the ginger one and it was great - creamy ginger filling that tasted like ginger bread. I would get this again, it was quite sweet so one was enough. The cafe is also a good location for some short time remote working and meeting friends or work colleagues as there are several tables and it is usually not very loud. The outside patio is great when the weather is good.

Tried this cute coffee shop at Prescott yesterday. I was skeptical with my coffee ordee because it didn't look like how I usually get it from other places (i order the same combo at other coffee shops- honey oatmilk latte), but surprisingly it was the perfect combo of coffee, sweetness and milk. I loved it! The place had so much space to work (bonus electrical outlets for your devices). The vibe was homey and chill. Outdoors, they also have tables and chairs. It was so nice to just sit there and drink my coffee. The barista's were quick, given it wasn't too busy when I got there. The person that took my order had great attitude and a beautiful smile.

My friend and I recently stopped in here after a early morning hike. We were super cold so the coffees were the perfect treats to heat us up. My friend ordered the chai and she loved it. I ordered the amigos horchata and it was great! It tasted super sweet with notes of cinnamon and I would definitely get it again. We stayed for a little bit to enjoy the ambiance of the coffee house and sit on the comfy couches. Overall the service was great and we'll definitely stop by again when we're in town.

Cute little coffee shop tucked away in a plaza. There's lots of seating inside and outside, with a dog friendly outside area. The menu is sort of hard to read as it's written in tiny font with light green letters on white paper over the register. The average person probably cannot read the specials- the people in line next to us said they couldn't read it at all. I tried an iced horchata latte and it was sweeter than I'd prefer. The sweetness overpowered the coffee unfortunately. Staff was super friendly and helpful. There's lots of baked goods and small food items to try as well.

I loved the coffee at Wild Iris Coffee House. I found it to be the best coffee in Prescott / PV area. They have a very small parking lot but there is street parking and also a parking garage nearby. The staff were very kind and they tried to be as quick as possible. They have so many tables inside that are all mismatch, cute and quirky. I loved the inside vibe. Outside (see pic attached), they had a big patio covered in trees which made it feel peaceful. It was so green! A lot of people brought their dogs to sit outside!

T shirts are available as well as candles and room spray. It's a mini market!

The charm of the place is very unique. You walk through a garden to get to the front door. There was adequate parking available and easy to walk to from Montgomery Street or whisky row. They sell local items like candles, room spray and t-shirts. I tried the pumpkin zucchini crumb cake from their bakery offerings which was great. The latte was okay but a tad weak for my taste. The servers were super nice. When I walked in I saw many people on computers and I was worried about finding a seat inside as it was raining therefore the outside seating was not appealing. However there were several table options as there is more seating than one would expect. I enjoyed it very much and want to go back.

Today we enjoyed a Salted Carmel Cupcake, Iced Mocha and Prickly Pear Iced Tea. This is the "Go To Place" for coffee or tea in Prescott. Nice relaxing atmosphere inside or outside. The coffee is always good, I typically get the iced mocha. The service is always great, and the staff is friendly. A nice place to meet, relax or just enjoy your surroundings.

Serious question do you like biscuits I grew up on homemade biscuits I can still imagine my grandmother in the kitchen with flour tossed about I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a homemade biscuit and after taking just one bite I wished I just had a basket full of biscuits with assorted jams and jellies Omg you guys it was sooooo delicious Now on the quiche I'm not always the biggest fan but this was actually pretty good Of course I still prefer the biscuits The coffee was great Wonderful flavor and they have some solid options to choose from The outside patio is absolutely gorgeous so if you've escaped the heat from Phx take a seat outside. Location, staff, food, coffee - everything too good. After my camping, I directly drove here for some fresh coffee and breakfast and was not disappointed. It was a busy place but still with great aura. It's a dog friendly place too so I met a lot of people with dogs. There were other local and out of town folks too but everyone was chilling. There is a small trail behind the restaurant so do try if interested for a quick walk. You can also buy some souvenirs, t-shirts, local honey, candles, etc.

Visiting from Texas and wanted to try something local. I am happy I did because the cafe was very cute inside and outside. The baristas were very patient when I asked about the popular drinks and what options they would recommend. I got a pumpkin chai latte. **Chefs kiss** if it was available all year that is the only thing I would drink. I also got some croissants and they were also delicious. If I'm ever back I will visit here again.

Fun decor! Friendly staff and delicious coffee!! My wife went and had the pistachio rose latte and the cinnamon coffee cake and said both were fantastic. Seating is a little limited inside when they are busy but she said it was a nice place to visit with an old friend. She can't wait to go back and looks like I'm going next time. Heads up - park on the street or in the garage if you're in a bigger vehicle, parking lot is tight read more

We were in Prescott a couple weekends ago and are always fans of finding new coffee shops. Wild Iris was the closest and most highly rated one so we decided to stop by. The location is cool - plenty of space to sit at in the outside patio as well as inside. The baristas were attentive and answered all our questions providing a description and their preference as far as drinks. We ordered about 4 different drinks. One thing they had in common was that none actually tasted my j like coffee/espresso. It all really just tasted like milk with different undertones. Unfortunately we left disappointed. But if you're simply looking for a place to hang out, this place isn't bad. read more

The outside seating area was cute and tucked away from the road. The inside was pretty busy and also had a lot of seating! I liked looking at the small items they were selling too. I liked the drink that I got, which was supposed to be a cold brew with regular cream and SF vanilla. I I'm pretty sure they gave me a vanilla whipped cream or something because it was so creamy and luscious! It was tasty but surprising. My spouse got the pistachio matcha and it was $8. It wasn't amazing for the cost. The blueberry muffin was good. Overall, I'd recommend and would try it again. I wished the sign when ordering was bigger and listed what was in the drinks. Same for their baked goods, as I could tell what some of them were. read more

In my van life, whenever the dog and I land in a new spot for more than a day, I always go looking for a local coffee shop with outdoor seating for us. Wild Iris is my find in Prescott . Doing everything right ... amazing, quiet location with a beautiful little shaded courtyard; rustic, open interior, friendly and gorgeous barista's , yummy baked goods, and oh yeah ... awesome coffee. I know when I find places like this all is not lost in our country. Everyone I met inside and outside was respectful, and interesting ... something about this place has created a sense of community. Expensive; rude and unfriendly-grumpy looking staff that looks like they hate working there. Empty tables have used cups and silverware that staff hasn't cleaned up yet. But my complaint is that if I'm paying 7.19 dollars for a medium blended coffee, I expect at-least to get my money's worth. My "medium" coffee is half blended coffee with half froth. I was wondering why it felt so light. I've been here 3 times and it's been like this. Half filled blended coffee and they think people wont notice. read more

The baristas denied service to my wife due to her having a service animal. We have never been refused service due to the service animal. We understand the no pet rule but her dog is trained for her medical condition and certified service animal. We explained the ADA and Arizona code but they wouldn't allow her stay. They also kept talking about her when she left. Rude service here and will not return again, my drink was made incorrectly after this as well when the day previous it was done perfectly. I'm actually glad I got to taste the coffee black since it was note good at all. We don't want this to happen again it others to have this experience so I would avoid. read more

Very standard modern fancy-ish cafe. I had the prickly pear cold foam matcha special--it was assembled well, matcha a bit on the sweet side and very heavy pear flavor. I'm not sure it was any better than having matcha and prickly pear separately, but if you're into those sorts of drinks then it's good. read more

We were able to find this lovely coffee shop when my family and I visited around the area. When we walk inside the atmosphere - it had a gentle ambiance with colorful decor. The music playing was subtle and the sound of coffee being made helps to make the atmosphere have its own harmonious tune. It did got busy after the order and we did had to wait for a little while but that's understandable and the people working there were working hard and efficient to make sure everyone got what they need. They were also attentive. All I know is that the wait was worth it because we happily drank our coffees like there's no tomorrow lol. I got the black widow latte with oat milk and oh my goodness I absolutely love what I got! I can taste the flavors and I can't stop drinking it! And I also got a muffin which complement well with the coffee I'm so glad we were able to visit this place :) read more

Got coffee here this morning, what a great place. Clean place, friendly staff. I got a mango smoothie delicious. We also got a few coffee's and some pastries. Just a great place the atmosphere was nice , the regular people ( customers) in there we super nice people . Had a fantastic time. The coffee and pastries super yummy! The lavender macaroon was delicious & the surprise Cookie was super yummy too! We will definitely have to come back here again soon! read more

My wife was excited to try a new coffee shop and decided on Wild Iris in Prescott. On the drive to town she told me how charming it looked from their website pictures. When we arrived, I was underwhelmed by the outdoor patio. The sparkling fountain she described was empty of water and instead covered with grime, dirt, and leaves. The patio was filthy. Spilled, dried coffee, dirt, and leaves reminded me of bourbon street after Marti Gras. There were a couple of near-dead plants, but mostly empty pots. Even though it was a warm, sunny day, all of the umbrellas were stacked against the building and again, coated with dirt and grime. Upon entering the shop, things went downhill. Only a few tables were occupied, yet most were covered by dirty cups and dishes. When we approached the counter, the woman's facial expression was clear that it was a bother for her to help us. My wife ordered a small latte and I ordered a medium decafe lotte and a raspberry almond pastry. My wife said we'd be dining in and asked for a ceramic mug, rather than a paper to-go cup. The worker-sloth replied that there were no clean mugs. This was at around 2pm! I went outside, choosing a view of the empty fountain and pots over the piles of dirty dishes. A good five minutes later, my wife came to our table with our coffee. I asked where my pastry was and she said the sloth informed her that she hadn't heard me order it and wanted to charge her more, although it already seemed expensive. I passed on the pastry and took a sip of my lotte; the coffee tasted old and bitter, with perhaps a little dirt mixed in. My wife then sipped hers and said she couldn't taste ANY coffee. She returned to the counter and asked the sloth if they could add another shot. There was one that had already been pulled, sitting on the counter for who knows how long and she dumped it into my wife's cup. Like mine, hers tasted old and bitter. On a scale of one to ten, my honest score would be a zero! Bad atmosphere, terrible coffee, and lousy service. Save your time and money! read more

Enjoyed an iced dirty chai latte, mexican chocolate latte, & two breakfast sandwiches (one on an asiago bagel), and everything was delicious! Staff was incredible friendly! A little pricey but all very high quality, and a cute atmosphere. Would come back :) read more

Amazing and affordable coffee, I regret ever going to Starbucks when I come here! Let's just start off with how cool and creative the inside of this location is! There are so many cool decorations and plants and even views from outside the windows that just make this a very chill vibey place. I feel like I am in a indie movie coming in here. I would definitely sit in here by myself and just feel the positive aura that resonates from this place. I always get overwhelmed when it comes to stand alone coffee shops! But the man working here was so helpful and kind to me, I told him I loved ice coffee and he set me up with an americano... I think! And told me to choose the flavors I wanted in. I put raspberry in but I probably won't do that combination again, it was still amazing though! But thanks to the staff for being so chill! The coffee we got was the most smooth and balanced flavor I've had before. I would come here everyday if I lived in the area! This coffee was amazing! I also saw many other things on the menu which looked sooo good, and many fresh made treats too in the glass containers. When I come back I'll try much more! read more

Excellent coffee, delicious desserts, parties were a little heavy. Staff is very friendly but being busy they do not have time engage in long conversations with customers. Love the people and ambiance of this place! When you enter the establishment there is lots to see, beautiful artwork on the walls, a wall of mirrors & a great selection of drinks and baked goods to enjoy. After you order you have a choice of sitting indoors or outside in the quaint courtyard under the trees. It's a serene place that you can sit, relax and enjoy your time, savoring your refreshing drink and soaking up the sun that peers through the tree canopy. Because of the charm and character of this place I'll be looking forward to going back to this enchanted place very, very soon. read more

Yesterday when going to work I parked my car in the public parking garage. When exiting I noticed a coffee shop right across the street Wild Iris. Funny enough Wild Iris has been on my list of places to try since moving here a couple of weeks ago but I didn't realize this was where it was. They have a nice outdoor patio in the front with lots of seating leading up to the front door. When I entered I was greeted by the aroma of coffee which smelled heavenly. I opted on no coffee as I had just brewed a pot at home. They had a wonderful array of baked goods which I just stood by & stared at trying to figure out what to try. The staff were warm & friendly and very accommodating considering how busy they were that morning. I had the Cinnamon coffee cake was soft, light, buttery, and so good. I also had the muffin of the day which was blueberry and lemon. The blueberry muffin was soft, moist and had lots of blueberries, with just the right amount of lemon & sugar sprinkled on top. I'm glad this place is less than 5 minutes from my job. I will definitely be back to try their coffee and other items on the menu. read more

This is the coffee shop we always make sure to stop whenever we are in Prescott. Their coffee and tea are all so yummy and satisfying. I once saw them put out the coffee crumb cake freshly made; I knew I had to try it. Best coffee cake around. I also tried the blueberry crumb cake today and it was just as good. I have been coming here for years and it has always been great. So sad to say today I had one of the most awful gluten free muffins I have ever had ... I brought up in the side to the kitchen people and they refused to offer something what. They says you pays for it and basically too bad ?!? Dirty place, inside and outside. Even the front door is filthy. Lovely outside seating area, but also dirty, I don't think ever swept or hosed off. Yesterday our coffee had a film floating on the surface that got all over our mouths and lips. Ick. read more

Wild Iris Coffee House has a Nice setting with plenty of outdoor seating. Really kind employees that are knowledgeable about their products and welcoming. Great menu with plenty of variety in coffee and tea selections. Alternative milks are available (oat milk is really good here) Pastries are fresh. We had an espresso scone and a blueberry muffin. I wish Wild Iris had a location in my hometown Las Vegas NV! Omgosh this was one of the coziest and cutest cafes I have been to. The vibe was gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous.... Plants, natural light, vintagey boho. They have plenty of indoor seating as well as outdoor. I had the bees knees latte.... It was delightful. It is definitely a sip slowly and savor the aftertaste kind of drink. It has honey and hints of lavender. Oh my gosh! It was so unique. The watermelon smoothie was also very unique and delicious. It was oddly refreshing for a milk based smoothie! My siblings and I sat at Wild Iris for about an hour and a half. It's a perfect place to sit and chat, or read, or work, or just people watch or dissociate. LOL There's also a ton of cute vintage shops, bookstores, antique and thrift stores, and food places within walking distance. We made an entire day of coffee shops, thrifting, walking around. Normally this is my go-to spot for coffee. But I have to say, the overall morale was so sad. The coffeehouse looked dirty and unmanaged, and it made me not want to eat there. I waited 15 minutes for one latte and was perturbed by the two baristas talking instead of making the drink. I hate to complain but the cofee was unpleasant as well. I ordered with vanilla and all I could taste was burnt and bitter espresso. read more

The coffee is fresh and smooth. The churros, two types, are to die for! The not-to-sweet, vanilla flavored Ojos De Panchas are the perfect "dunking" pastry. The service is super friendly, and samples are often available. They also bake bread and make cakes to order. Aside from grocery store bakeries, there is only one other Panaderia that I know of in our area: The Donut Hole in Prescott Valley. There is really no comparison; my Mexican pastry experience there still haunts me to this day. (You can read my YELP review of "The Hole" for the gory detail.) Lizarraga's is actually worth a trip to Gateway Mall for an astoundingly cheap and delicious treat. I'm hoping that Lizarraga's is able to stay in business. Every iced latte is shaken, which is really nice because the syrup is evenly distributed throughout the drink! The bagels are fluffy and if you order a bagel sandwich lot of times they do not come with cream cheese, which I think is very nice especially for somebody who is lactose intolerant but still wants to enjoy a bagel but have something to top it with! They also have a gluten-free bagels which can be hard to find! There is a ton of seating and people generally go in and out, so it seemed to be fairly easy to find a table!

Inconsistent espresso based drinks. I'm a coffee geek and appreciate quality..they use a wonderful brand, but the baristas need to become more fluent on the machine. They also need to be a little more personable..in a coffee shop, your often the first human interaction someone has in the morning..you don't need to be over the top, but a little personality goes a long way...
