I thought I'd check back on this entry after our last trip through Raymond we stopped at thus Wild Man Brewing location and Yelp had it listed as closed. This location is not closed but I can see maybe why someone got that impression because they don't have very many business days out ofthe week where they are open. In fact Fridays and Saturdays are the only days where this location is open. The beer is as good as I remember it being and this time around we got something to eat at this location. Steve and I shared a plate of nachos which were quite good. They also had some live music the day we went here so that was a nice bonus as well! read more

This brewery is a hidden gem! We stopped by on our way to Long Beach and had a wonderful time. This brewery offers food as well as beer, mead and wine but we just enjoyed the beer. They offer seating inside as well as a few tables outside. Super nice people and the beer was tasty! read more

Very limited food menu. Hotdogs and nachos only. This place should not be confused with Wildman Gastropub in Olympia. Different owners. We were excited to try this place because we love the Wildman in Olympia where we have a much better food selection and many different Mead selections. This place has three mead selections and charge full price for a half pour. Very disappointing. read more

A few blocks off the Main Street, half the location is taken up by the brewing equipment and half by seating with a bar in the back. We went it was quite full on a Saturday night and the poor server was on his own but he did very well covering all the tables. The menu isn't extensive but has plenty of options. Wanted to try on name alone but beer and mead were fantastic. Walked in and thought yeah they make beer here walked out with 3 crowlers of beer and the elder mead and said wow they make some quality stuff here. Not big place on inside but cozy service was excellent there was a large party there but our server was prompt and most importantly knowledgeable about the product. Got a flight with ipa peanut butter stout strawberry blonde chewboka and mead . We also got the poutine which was very tasty good gravy and it came out quick. As they say a hidden gem in Raymond. Loved it here! Relaxing, great drinks, food and vibe. Server/bartender was patient as we ordered two samplers and had 8 tasters between us! Was fun to get to try lots of things. We love to try local spots and keep money in the hands if small business. We stopped here to grab takeout. Their ordering platform is easy to use and they had our food ready right on time. We ordered some apps and poutine. Everything was great but the star of the show was their hand crafted Root Beer. Yes, they have actual beer and if you treat yourself to soda when it handcrafted....this is one of the best! A friend of mine recommended we take a road trip up to Raymond to eat here at Wildman brewery. Usually places like this have pretty good food. Not this place. We stumbled in to this bar to have lunch on our vacation. Not being a beer drinker, our awesome bartender and owner Donna suggested the cranberry mead. I instantly fell in love with this mead and took a bottle for our vacation. I'm pretty certain I will stop by on the the way home for another bottle! We came in about 1:30 on a Thursday afternoon. There was only one other group there when we arrived and they left pretty soon afterwards and we had the place to ourselves. We had our little dog with us and he was able to hang out with us at one of the 4 tables out in front. Bonus for us. Our bartender/server was a very friendly and attentive guy. He got us our menus and we gave him our drink and food order pretty quickly. They have a decent selection of tasty beers including a west coast and hazy IPA, a peanut butter stout, a strawberry blond ale, and several German style beers including a dunkel. We split a burger and fries. Everything we tried was tasty. We bought a 4-pack of the 16-oz size west coast IPA for $12 to go. Works for me! Stopped here on the way to the ocean at the recommendation of the brother of one of the owners. Both the IPA and the dark beer with peanut butter and chocolate notes were delicious. I had the Greek salad which was stacked a mile high and really tasty. It's a working brewery with all the hoppy smells as you walk in. "Elvis", our bartender was awesome - he was knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing and a fantastic conversationalist. Up til now, we really enjoyed this place, we were excited that a new place opened up, it was local, and it seems they have a good product. Unfortunately, we came in this evening for dinner, the place had a fairly good crowd and they had good entertainment, but we waited at our table for twenty minutes before we saw someone come by, service another table and leave. I had to ask for a menu from staff behind the bar who were engaged in conversation with someone else. I got the menus and was told "I'll be there shortly." We waited another ten minutes, looked over and could see they were still busy talking. We decided to go around the corner where we were seated and our order taken in five minutes. I'm really surprised. But maybe I was expecting too much. I hope to come back because I really love their Patty Melt, but it won't be anytime soon. read more

5 stars for the mead (Elderflower was top on my list). I'm not a beer drinker so it was a huge plus to try mead. My husband is the beer drinker and liked the beer. We took mead and beer to go and it was a hit with our camping group. Instead of going through Aberdeen to get to Grayland, we drove out of our way just to stop here and it was worth it. My husband prefers this place over the brewery down the road in South Bend. read more
