Great beer selections. There are amazing beers at this place I missed out ordering food but what a great spot

All around great experience here. We dropped in as Harvest Host guests. Spaces for RVs were well thought out but no services, and that was just fine. We got a great pizza and had a few of their beers before jumping back in our camper for the night. Staff were all friendly and helpful even though we rolled in an hour before closing and wanted food and drink. Very accommodating folks. We highly recommend you stop!

The pizza was made perfectly with good quality ingredients. The beer was cold and lots of flavors. We sat outside in the shade with our pet and they provided plenty of water bowls. The server was very friendly and let us try a couple samples of beer before making our choice. Good beer, good pizza, good choice.

Found this great little brewery on our way to Seattle. The Spruce Tip IPA has a very unique flavor created with actual spruces. Pizza & Chicken Marinara sandwich were delicious. Side salad was very fresh. The staff got a 10/10 as they were courteous, friendly & knowledgeable about the beers on tap. Brewery had lots of personable touches & beautiful wild flowers bouquets on the table. Their outdoor seating offers fire pits & is dog friendly.

Ummm, this place.... So surprisingly good. Took a quick stop on our way through town. We had the pretzels with tillamook cheddar sauce, margarita pizza, gyro sandwich. Tried the house cab and the blue raspberry cider. All was fantastic. Only managed to get a pic of the pizza and brownie! Would def make a point to stop here next time I'm traveling through.

We stopping by when passing through on a Sunday night, not the best idea if you aren't there for bingo. It's a small place, and it appeared it was going to be over-full with players, so we decided to take ours to-go. We ordered a Margherita pizza, side salad, and chicken nachos. The pizza was ok, looked appealing but lacked a bit on flavor. The nachos, while more than generous with the chips, the toppings were sparse. The side salad was small but fresh. Employees were friendly and the place is cute and clean. I wish I could say we loved our meal, but unfortunately that night it just just okay.

So glad we stopped here! We were one of a few people here, even when it picked up - service was great! The food was so yummy - we got a Margherita Pizza and Hickory Shirt Pizza and they were both delicious! We had the Blonde and Pale Ale beers and were happy with them as well. Glad we got to sample to narrow down what we liked. Would stop again if we ever come back up here!

I have spent the last year taking a hiatus from work and traveling in my van with my dog. In all of my travels, this is my favorite brewery and I plan to get back. Let's start with the beers. One of my biggest complaints about most breweries today is that they have 18 different IPAs, a blonde and porter and a stout. This is not that place. Yes they have a variety of IPAs, a blonde, a stout and a porter, but it isn't the whole menu. The brewers here are clearly pushing the edge of their craft into interesting new territories, and I am a fan. Barrel-Aged Tarte is an absolute joy on the pallete. Having been aged in whiskey barrels, you get a real solid smoky oak taste, that finishes tart and dry. I've a had a few of their IPAs which were stellar. But there is a beer that keeps me coming back. You know those things that get in your head? A meal or a drink that is just so unique and enjoyable that you wake up at 3AM absolutely craving it. PickleMe Sour is that for me. I know what it sounds like, but trust me, this is can't miss. I remember on my first visit, I asked the server about it with an incredulous "PickleMe Sout??!!??" She gives me a knowling smile, pulls a taste off for me, and I instantly ordered a pint, as she knew I would. It was that good. I haven't had a beer here I dislike. The pizza is always phenomenal. On my first trip I had The Hook Tender and it was great. The second trip (went out of my way by hundreds of miles to come back) I had the Quit Yer Bitchin and was very pleased. My daughter had the Margerita and loved it. My wife had the BBQ Chicken salad and raved about it, The ambience is great. This is not a big town, so that number of folks that I see coming through to pick up dinner tells me this place is a hit with the locals as well. We stayed as a Harvest Host guest on both occasions, and this is by far my favorite Harvest Host. A large outdoor patio with plenty of seating makes this place very dog friendly so long as you keep them on a leash. There is also indoor seating if you are so inclined, I travel with my dogs so I have only sat outside. The service is great. The servers are knowlegable, friendly and funny. They are happy to reccomend beers or foods based on what you have enjoyed before. The staff is clearly welcoming to all guests, with no bigotry what-so-ever which is great to see. I wish I didn't live two states away, but I look forward to returning. Maybe they will let me buy a keg of PickleMe Sour to take home with me if I as nicely ahead of time.

A small town brewery frequented by locals, nothing to the size and scope that I'm privileged to see in Seattle but a good local place to serve its patrons spirits and food. While they did not have what my family was looking for (that being pretzels) it still is a great location in Raymond with the ability to bring your furry friends through the brewery towards the beer garden, where the staff ensures they have a bowl of water ready for them as you take your seats. A nice smaller place that has the sense of something that will be great as the Willapa Brewing Company begins to take flight in the state of Washington with more word of mouth. A great little place to stop by if you are on the way to the beach.

We stopped for lunch while on a drive and WOW! This little brewery is aMaZiNg! Some of the best pizza I've ever had (and trust me, that's saying something) + some really great beer. It has a logging theme, which harkens back to my childhood. If you're ever in the area, highly recommend.

We were just me and two other friends, so we decided to sit at the bar and have a few drinks. The place was fairly quiet, and they had a TV in the bar area, which was pretty cool. We ended up watching the NBA Finals game seven. The servers were amazing--down-to-earth, very personable, and they made us feel very welcome. Maybe because it wasn't that many people there, but anyway, I don't think that was an issue. There were great people there. They had plenty of options on draft and bottled/ canned , but I sampled two stouts on draft. The one that I liked the most was the Blood of Hades, which is a Barrel Aged Imperial Stout that aged for 12 months. I really enjoy the flavors of bourbon, char, and chocolate, hence the vanilla, and combined with bursting flavors of cinnamon, spice, and dark chocolate. It's by far earned its place in my top 5% of styles that I've drunk in multiple regions. I should definitely return here in the near future and indulge some more because this place seems pretty cool. It's very quiet and peaceful. I recommend coming to Mount Olympus Brewery if ever in Aberdeen.

Listed under "Pinsa Flat Bread" it came out 12"x6" thick bread perfectly browned in oven with gooey garlic/mozzarella but, wait, caramelized onions, thick-diced grilled chicken that tasted like bacon. Every two or three inches, one pickled jalapeño perfectly placed for heat that didn't burn, and over it all, drizzled HOT HONEY!!! My mouth was ecstatic. Pretty soon I couldn't wait to cut with my fork and knife to have my third and fourth triangled piece. I thought the burger had some great flavors, but the patty was a touch overcooked, and the mushrooms and swiss cheese were a bit anemic. Overall, I'd highly recommend this spot and with a few tweaks there'd be a fifth star. I plan to return next time I'm in the area!

Let's start with the pros - the Chicken Bacon Guac burger was pretty good! But the Prime Rib Dip had something like shredded meat on it, not sliced meat. So, when you dipped it in the Au jus, chunks of meet fell into the Au jus. Be ready to fish them out with a fork! The Mushroom burger was an exceptionally thin burger. Our server asked how we wanted it cooked. But it didn't matter. A burger that thin was coming out well done, no matter what. It had mushrooms on it, but not many at all. And we ordered the Cajun Tater Tots. Tonight, it was just like someone cooked tater tots, then shook some seasoning on them, and maybe the lid fell off the seasoning? They were drenched in some kind of Cajun-adjacent spice. We had recently been telling visiting guests that the Lost Roo was the one consistent, reasonably priced restaurant on the peninsula. We're going to have to stop telling people that now. Sadly, it'll be a while before we go back.

I've been visiting here a dozen times a year for four decades. There are a few eateries here. Many seem to come and go although there are a couple that have survived the test of time. RM38 is a newcomer... used to be in a small building with VERY limited hours. I gather their main biz was brewing craft beer for a very small clientele of businesses and the "saloon" was mostly a side hustle to help pay the rent. So I see they moved into new digs down at the marina. I won't take off any stars for the following since this seems to be their new business model: Offering uber-expensive, skimpy portions of not especially tasty food targeted to yuppies who have more money than brains. Suffice to say that you won't see many Bikers hanging out here. The good: Their patio has a nice river view and a pleasant breeze. Sitting out there enjoying a cold one on a hot Summer day is very pleasant. And during the Fall too so long as it's not raining. People complain about the lack of parking which is not an issue when you show up on a motorcycle. But there are LOTS of places to park although you may have to walk a few yards... you poor darlings. Staff is less than amazing but they are always courteous towards me. I suppose I am no more their dream customer than they are my dream hangout. But Bikers tend to be very generous tippers so they might want to keep that in mind. There's one long-established watering hole in Cathlamet but it's a dark, indoor venue. I like it there and it's more of a dive bar with very good food. The thing about Cathlamet is that if you are just an occasional visitor you have many options of where to stop for a meal and/or drink and never get bored. There's also a few good places at the other end of the ferry ride in Westport, Oregon. Hard to say how long RM38 will stay in business. I'm actually surprised that they lasted in their original location for so long considering that they were only open for a few hours during the weekend. It would be great if they quit pretending to be an upscale eatery and instead focused on providing a good value, tasty, filling meal for the money. Again, no minus stars for that but until new management comes along and makes some changes it will just be a pint or two for me and i'm on my way. Of course as always YMMV.
