    21 dollar drink

I have mixed feelings about wild rivers, I honestly really enjoyed it the first time I went (4th of July), there was nobody there and I was able to ride everything. The second time I paid 25 dollars more for the ticket (a Sunday in the summer) and rode barely anything in the same time span of the last time. The wave pool didn't work for 20 minutes and the workers weren't sure what to do. Also, I feel like there needs to be a better process for lifeguards, like a megaphone because the whistle blowing is so loud and they're rude to the kids. Overall, it's a fun, great place for kids and it can be super fun for adults but it's very expensive and the price doesn't always reflect the experience you will have

Cabana experience: 3/5 We had a pretty good experience today. Comes with 8 waters and a safe and a USB connection for a charger. 2 chairs and 2 loungers. We rented the cabana by the wave pool and it was very convenient. The menus don't have prices though so that makes me nervous. I rated 3/5 because they add 18% gratuity, even if you're below a party of 6 and only ordered 3 beers. Bar: 4/5 The options are the bar are very good. Order virgin pina coladas for the kids. Beer is good lol and there are TVs Food: 1/5 We ordered fries for a snack. Not very good. They were cold, and flimsy. Needed salt. Our kids didn't even enjoy them. I didn't want to order anything else after the fries because it was unappealing. Snacks: 1/5 We bought dipping dots before leaving and when we opened them up, the dots were completely melted into each other so it ended up being like a "gogurt" style ice cream. Slides: 5/5 We had an amazing time. Lots of thrill if your into that. We rode every large attraction. Wave pool is great. It's was a perfect day. Great weather. I would come back.

Went on tuesday with my friends and we had so much fun. Tickets are around $70 which is not bad plus they have a lot of slide options. I just wished they have a lot of shower areas and there's a lot of bees when i went.

Me and a couple girlfriends came here on a Thursday for a fun day at the water park. Tickets were $45. We came around 11:30 am. We decided to our own lunch to save some money and left it in the car until ready to eat. Parking was pretty easy but by the time we got there we did have to park a ways a way. Getting inside was easy, we went through security and shared a locker for $25 total. We did a few slides, lazy river, and the wave pool. We all agreed the lazy river was our favorite and stayed in there most of the time lol. We ate lunch in the picnic area but there was a good amount of flies in that area which we didn't care for but we were outside lol. Lines weren't horrible and went pretty fast earlier in the day. A group had rented out the park towards the end of the day so we did have to leave earlier than we would have wanted. I hadn't been to a water park in years and I really enjoyed myself!

We had such a great day at Wild Rivers! We purchased day passes for a Monday, and it ended up being the perfect day to go. We also rented a cabana, and our server, Yvonne, made the experience even better. She was absolutely amazing--so attentive, friendly, and welcoming. She checked on us often and made sure we had everything we needed. If you get the chance, definitely ask for Yvonne! The park itself was very clean, and every employee we encountered was kind and helpful. The food was exactly what you'd expect from an amusement park, and while the drinks are a little pricey, I actually didn't mind--it helps keep people from overdoing it before climbing all those stairs to the slides! Overall, we had an awesome experience. The rides were fun, the atmosphere was great, and the customer service really stood out. We had such a good time that we've already decided we'll be buying season passes next year. Highly recommend!

Ask the Community - Wild Rivers

Can my child wear a floaty or do they provide them?

Anything brought into the park must be U.S. Coast Guard Certified. We do provide lifejackets for free at the park.

    Are Thong Bikinis allowed?

Maybe they aren't enforcing this rule because I have seasons passes and there are plenty of thongs and bikinis being worn!

Are water bottles in a cooler allowed?

No, nothing with liquid or food sealed is allowed. You can bring in an empty reusable water container to fill up at multiple water stations for free.

Is there a military discount on tickets?

Military personnel with a valid ID may purchase up to four tickets at the park for our junior price of $54.99. Please present your ID at time of purchase to receive your discount.

How much is a one day ticket?

$79.99 at the door. I recommend buying ahead using their website. I used Groupon to purchase a pack of 4 tickets, those came out to $34 per ticket.

Is there any ride is friendly to kids under 3 years old?

There are two "small kids" sections which have splashing water and slides. One is more for 3 year olds. Kids HAVE TO go by themselves on the slides. My toddler would've done…

Can you bring outside or food from home? Asking for a friend...

    No outside food

Is it okay if we wear Crocs or flip-flops while playing? And can we bring the water bottles?

Crocs or flip flops are a must! The ground gets really hot. Water shoes are even better, as you are allowed to keep them on for most rides.…

What time does the park open o?

10-7 through July and half of August. Right now Fri-Sunday 10-8pm

What's included with the cabana rental? Besides the 4 4 chairs and locker is there delivery service or anything like that

They have an employee who will take your orders but all you get is a cabana for the day and a dedicated employee to get you food and drinks which is separate from the rental.

Is getting a cabana worth it?

If you like to have your privacy with your friends and family it is worth it. Knowing you have your own spot and service is great.

Can u bring your own chairs or umbrellas?

No they do not allow that

Can I use touchless pay like google pay, venmo, or apple pay for lockers, tickets, and food?

    Yes

Is there shade to sit under if you don't have cabana?

Yes you have to get chairs next to an umbrella

Are toddlers ok to wear crocs / water shoes in the pools?

Yes, lots of people were wearing water shoes

Are there lounge chairs or places to sit and watch your kids play?

There's lots of free lounge chairs near the wave pool and kids play area. They have cabanas too; but you have to pay for those.

Do they have life jackets for adults just in case they can't swim that well?

They have adult life jackets at the wave pool and lazy river. I didn't see anyone wear it on the slides, so I don't think their permitted on the slides. Most slides have a depth of 3'6" when you fall down or less. There's 2 slides that you fall…

May I know the business time?

    10-8pm

We were able to get a decent deal with a grand bear suite, water park passes, kid wolf pass, and breakfast Buffett. They put a bracelet on you and that's all you need to get in room, water park, pay for food, gifts, snacks, etc. Nice not having to carry stuff. Room was clean, bed bug free (I check thoroughly), and the AC works well. We had a toilet that wouldn't flush they sent someone immediately, he used the room ice bucket to pour tap water into the back of tank which was odd to us but whatever we didn't plan on using it (we had a mini cooler with us). The indoor water park is super fun, bring goggles and eye drops because the chlorine is strong. Really strong!!! Lazy creek is the only ride that wasn't the clearest. Especially by the end of the day. Outdoor pool is lovely. Really refreshing. We were there during the week and it wasn't crowded at all. They have fun little kid activities afternoons and evenings. Food was great in the restaurant, pizza place, Buffett, and ice cream place. Free cups of ice water everywhere I asked for one. Mini golf was geared towards young kids(7 and under), adults don't waste your money. The kids enjoyed jungle climbing thing, and the obstacle course in the sky! It's a cashless resort but staff will accept cash tips if your service is exceptional and you feel generous. I'm not sure but I think tips are included with package deal at least they were with ours. The Fireside restaurant was good, however if you have dietary restrictions I wouldn't trust them, the chef came out discussed restriction with us, and when food came out and after asking confirming 3 separate times yes it was gluten free only to have the waiter come back to the table and take it away because it was not gluten free. Lucky for us our friend had only a small bite and knew it wasn't gluten free. They brought out another they assured us was but by that point we didn't trust. The pizza place and breakfast buffet were fabulous and were able to accommodate restriction easily. Arcade super fun ask the workers about deals they were pretty generous and we won a couple of jackpots! Great ticket/prize set up not like chuckechese nightmare! Lazer tag kids had fun. Parking is ridiculously expensive $35 a day self park even if you are staying overnight. Still super good time was had by all, and no one got sick so that's great!

It's a cute little place for kids with a lazy river, three slides, a toddler area, and a wave area. I was excited to find somewhere that was a little more convenient and purchased 3 season passes. Unfortunately, we were only able to use the passes twice. When I originally asked the girls working at the front desk about the schedule, I was told that the park would be open Monday through Friday through the end of August. Based on that information, I felt comfortable purchasing the season passes because I knew my other kids would be coming back from vacation and we would have plenty of opportunities to use them. That ended up not being the case. The park was closed multiple times for private events, and then the schedule changed. I eventually called to check whether they were open and got a voicemail saying that they would now only be open on weekends until Labor Day. I emailed the park because I was disappointed and explained the situation. Unfortunately, I didn't feel like they were very helpful. I was basically told that the calendar had been posted since the beginning of summer and that it was my responsibility to check it. The problem is, I didn't even know there was a calendar to check. I was given information directly by the employees at the front desk that the park would be open Monday through Friday through the end of August. If someone had told me, "Our schedule can change, so please check our online calendar before purchasing," I absolutely would have done that. In fact, if I had known the actual schedule, I probably wouldn't have purchased the season passes in the first place. Because of the closures, private events, and schedule changes, I was only able to use my pass twice and couldn't use it when my other kids returned from vacation, which was the whole reason I purchased the passes. I think it's a cute little water park and could be a fun option for younger kids, especially if you're looking for something smaller than the big water parks. But unfortunately, the way this was handled left a really bad taste in my mouth. I completely understand that schedules can change and private events happen. What I don't think is fair is telling customers one thing when they're purchasing passes and then essentially telling them afterward that they should have known to check a calendar they weren't aware existed. I'm sure three season passes aren't going to make or break the business, but as a customer, I definitely feel like I got screwed over for simply trusting the information I was given by the employees.

My first visit was for a family kid's birthday party, and we were all pleasantly surprised. The party itself was organized well and had its own area inside one of the buildings. We had about an hour for lunch before being released to enjoy the rest of the park. Many of the staff were kind during the party and throughout the park and made the experience that much nicer. The variety of rides here will please most young kids and adults. There are a couple of roller coasters, a carousel, a train that circles once around the park, and many more rides. I'm surprised how much they fit into the park space. There is also an arcade and a petting zoo. During our stay, we stayed on the club level and took full advantage of The Veranda Lounge. The lounge offered food at 4 times through the day: continental breakfast, afternoon tea, "happy hour," and desserts. The snacks and unlimited beverages were worth it, and you could take them with you to the pool and to the parks. One one of the days, we spent some time at the pool around 4pm. The place seemed pack, but we quickly learned that many chairs didn't have returning occupants despite seeming to be reserved. We were able to snag 4 chairs with umbrellas. Not all chairs had umbrellas, which was unfortunate. My only complaint was that service felt very slow. Lastly, the rooms were great. Our room had 4 adults, and the space didn't feel cramped at all.
