I bought a Dragon Egg product from this store three days ago, but I was not satisfied with it at…read moreall. I found out that their exchange policy does not allow exchanges after two days. Unfortunately, I was out of town over the weekend visiting friends, so I wasn't able to come back sooner. Today, I came directly to the store hoping to exchange the product for a higher-quality item and pay the price difference. It had only been three days, but they refused to make any exception or help me in any way. What made the experience even worse was the behavior of the male employee who was working at the store today. The female employee who originally sold me the product was very helpful and polite. However, the male employee I dealt with today was completely different. He showed no interest in helping me, made absolutely no effort to find a solution, and had a careless and dismissive attitude. I honestly have never dealt with such a disrespectful salesperson. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I simply wanted to exchange the product for a higher-quality and more expensive item and pay the difference. Based on my experience, I definitely do not recommend this store. I strongly recommend shopping somewhere else.
