What ever you do, don't ask for a booth, once you are seated you will be ignored and never waited on, we walked out after 30 minutes of being ignored, while people seated around us were waited on. Second and last visit here. Took 15 minutes to get a waitress to take our drink order. The beer took quite a while to arrive due to the bartender not being behind the bar. The table directly behind us had McDonald's trash and QT empty cups on it the entire time we were there. I was served the wrong food and my husband was finishing his meal when the correct meal was served. The manager was seen but never appeared at our table. I sent an email describing our experience and a week later I have heard nothing in reply. We will not be returning to this restaurant. read more

If your looking for a restaurant to take your family during these uncertain times, this is NOT the place. There is no social distancing or barriers between booths which puts you one foot away from the people they seat behind you. The servers have masks on...but keep them below their chin. When we felt uneasy, we asked to move one booth over so that there was a space between us and the other group of people. After letting the server know, they proceeded to clean up our old table to get it ready for another large group right behind us. We asked to speak to the manager...who never came. I travel for business a lot. While staying at a hotel close by I thought I would quickly hop in for some wings and sit at the bar. It took 10 minutes before the bartender asked "if I wanted anything" even after looking at me a dozen times from when I sat down. It was impossible to get a refill on my drink and when my wings did finally come out, they were Luke warm at best. They absolutely practice no social distancing as when I sat down I was the only person on one side of the bar, but as soon as my food arrived I was bombarded by a bunch of drunks there for karaoke. I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I am not sure if it was a bad night but from the moment we walked in, it was chaotic. The hosts seemed very scatter brained and weren't super welcoming. We sat on the patio and one of the waitresses who was handing out food, more like auctioning off food (everytime she had an order she'd ask if it was ours as if the tables don't have table numbers), and also bragged to her coworker about how a bug on her leg had been her "buddy" for the night. In total, they were out of carbination so the only non-alcoholic beverage options were water and tea. When our wings came out, we were not offered any plates...come to find out, they were "out" yet there were plenty of dirty ones left on surrounding tables. Our wing flavors we ordered were the honey lime sriracha, mango cart, gold rush, lemon pepper, and garlic, if you look at the photos, some of the wings have NO SAUCE. I am convinced they were out of one and just decided to give us naked wings instead of asking us for an alternative. Another wing I had was purple on the inside. The only positive, and why I gave two stars is because our waitress was very nice and took care of us as best as she could given the circumstances...something needs to change because when I was little I remember coming here and loving every bite. Came into this place at 325pm on a Friday and stood in front of the door for about a minute or two with no greeting or acknowledgement whatsoever. I sat down at the bar and the girl behind it gives me a menu asks what I want to drink and walks away. She came back and I ordered 18 boneless wings. Over an hour later, I hadn't received my wings, or been given any updates as to were my food was, or why it was taking so long. I left and went across the street to Hooters and enjoyed my meal and the hospitable service. If you're reading this and hungry, Save yourself the time and go to Hooters. I couldn't tell ya. I'm not paying $1 something a wing....10 wings is like $10.75...I don't understand the business model. Expensive wings + expensive beer = no return customers. I did order the Devilishly delicious battered chicken sandwich. The hand battered chicken was great! But, they gave me one pickle slice...one. I had to ask to get some more. Couple of gripes: I tried ordering the chicken tenders with buffalo sauce instead of the honey mustard that it came with, and it was an up charge. How is that? Shredded Lettuce!!!! I F&$:?& hate shredded lettuce. Never serve shredded lettuce on any sandwich. This tiny detail makes a huge difference. Came for fathers day on 6/21/20 and was seated with all our party (7) witch was great. Ordered our drinks and an app. Waited over 1/2 hour for appetizer. (Cheese fries) Asked waiter who said he would check on it and it immediately came out (pretty sure it had had been sitting under a heat lamp or on the counter because it was not even hot). Drinks ran out several times. Finally after over an hour our food came out. My self and father in law ordered wings witch were pretty much burnt and so small that even my 5 year old asked what it was and It didn't look like a chicken wing. No way I would have even served those for what they cost and how bad they looked. This was my and my party's last time coming here. Service was severely slow as usual and service experience was non existent other than food being brought to table and drinks being filled. I'm done with wild wing. read more

I read the other reviews and couldn't disagree more! The place itself is very nice. Roomy and has a large covered outside eating area complete with bar. We arrived around 11:45 and requested outside seating. We both had the wing buffet. The wings, fries and tots where all cooked perfectly. The staff was very attentive. Our drinks never reached empty. We were the only ones outside so our waitress obviously made an effort to make sure we were happy. I have been to several other wild wings in the area, and this is as good if not better than any of those. My only complaint would have to be that with over 30 wing sauces, would be to mix it up a little better on the buffet. I will definitely return again. read more

Disappointed in our lunch today. My friend ordered a grilled chicken and shrimp with rice and broccoli, but he had to send back to shrimp skewer because it was not cooked and the chicken was rubbery. The broccoli was under cooked and hard. The meal only came with small amount of rice which was good but the portion was very small. I ordered flaming Parmesan boneless wing which were a little overcooked and did not have the Parmesan flavor that is why I chose Wild Wing today. After 15-20 minutes, the waitress never returned with the shrimp that he asked to be grilled sooner or ranch dressing. We were leaving and let her know that it did not come and she went to the cash register and rang up our ticket. There was no discount for not getting the shrimp. I just paid it because there seemed to be no manager around and we did not have 15 more minutes to wait there to request a discount etc. The bill was $30.99 and I gave a $5 tip in spite of the poor meal and poor service. This restaurant is off our list maybe forever but at least until it has new management. read more

I ordered the Braveheart wings with blue cheese dressing and 6 chicken feathers (3 atomic flavor and 3 garlic flavor). The wings were super hot, probably the hottest wings I have ever eaten. However, the flavor was rich and the wings were cooked to near perfection. The blue cheese was absolutely delicious and tasted homemade, hands down one of the best condiments I've had from any dining establishment. The chicken feathers on the other hand were very dry, bland, and reminded me of frozen chicken that comes out of a box. I won't be purchasing those anymore, but the Braveheart wings I will be trying again. Wild Wings Cafe is a bit overpriced in my opinion, but I presume they have their own fan base. read more

The food was fine. It's wings and french fries! Kind of hard to mess these up. Our problem wasn't the food or even our server. It was the hour plus wait to get our simple meal (not the server's fault) and the fact that the manager didn't bother to come out from wherever he/she was hiding to acknowledge our disappointment. A simple visit would've gone a long way. I suppose he/she doesn't care about customer service. This is a roadside establishment that's bound to remain busy, especially on Clemson game days. The food wasn't bad. Its everything else that was. To begin, if you are from out of town and want to get some beer and wings, do NOT go on a Sunday. There is no alcohol served at all in Sunday. The wings are delicious with loads of variety. Staff is friendly enough and the beer selection is pretty diverse as well. However it does get very crowded at peak hours. The all you can eat wing bar is a great value for lunch. This is a favorite place of mine for wings. read more

Take Me Back Tonight!: Okay, this place is the bomb. You've got to try the Hot Shots and the Buffalo Chips. Everything was cooked to perfection! There are TVs everywhere making it a full blown sports bar. Can't say enough! The seating is never an issue as there are so many inside and quite a few tables outside. The menu has more wing choices on it than I have seen in all my dining years. I never stop loving this place. I made this post on Google but I'm also posting it here. The food and decor and great; it seems like both the menu and the decor have received awesome updates. When we went in for dinner tonight though, my husband and I, we were told there were only 3 cooks and food may take awhile. That's fine, we've waited before. However, it took an hour and a half and our food was cold and we received none of the sauce sides we asked for which were Buffalo sauce an ketchup. We had no silverware, and when we tried to flag someone down we got looked through. Listen, I get it, our server was waiting on a table of 16+, another table, probably more we never saw, she was slammed and so was every other server. But that's the thing, the restaurant should have stopped seating so many large parties, the servers and kitchen were understaffed and this place isn't gonna go well or do well even with updates and remodels if the staff isn't up to par. Shame on the management for not taking better care of their staff. read more
