I am currently on my way to another restaurant after being seating, waited for someone to greet us and take our drinks but instead I watched our waiter (and two others) help out 3 customers before they even reached my family. We were the only mixed, colored family in the restaurant and I have to assume that's why we were not helped. I even over heard a gentleman who was serving come up to our waiter and tell him he skipped our table, but he never came to help us, but proceeded to help other people. . My family of 5 walked out after we seen he did not care to help us. I am disgusted by the service & will never return. read more

Are you looking for a great place to enjoy delicious wings? Do not drive past Wild Wing Cafe in Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach. The restaurant can not be seen from the main road because it is part of a larger very scenic group of restaurants and specialty stores. The wings were excellent and we were excited to find a restaurant that has wings as good as Quaker Steak and Lube which was in Richmond Virginia until it closed ca few years ago.. The prices for entrees and appetizers were very good. They have indoor and outdoor seating and we loved the music that was playing on their tv sets. We will be back very soon. read more

First time here. Monday night at 8pm and had a 30 min wait for a table. Not too bad but then waited an hour for food. My husband and I ordered wings and then came out cold. Our appetizer was never put in and instead of apologizing, waitress just said "What was it again?" Came back out to say "Do you still want it or should I just take it off the check?" Gee, thanks. Not one drink refill for any of us until we asked for our kids. Our kids were already done eating before our wings were brought back out. We asked for the check and of course, THAT was brought out right away. She said "We took 10% off the check." Not sure how $3 off a $52 check is 10%. Not one apology or anything. Gave this place two tries on vacation this year. First, a call in order of 60+ wings... placed order, gave name and cell number and told they would be ready in 30 minutes. Arrived and got the run around from hostess and bartender as I was volleyed between the two to eventually learn that they had no call in orders. Stopped in today for lunch at 11:30 AM. One table on restaurant side and we were seated near bar. Nice waitress, but very slow to refill drinks and check on us. Witnessed a table of two get seated next to us and ignored for 15 minutes and watched them leave. Food was really good. My family and I stopped in for lunch yesterday and while waiting for our table one of the waitresses was at the far end register where we were waiting. One of the food runners came up and said something in regards to one of the tables and the waitress blurted out "THATS WHY I FU-KING HATE WHITE PEOPLE" ..... I am white.... this was very offensive considering if it was the other way around there would be a riot I swear. I told her that was very unprofessional in the work place. Went here for an early dinner with my wife, the mixed drinks we tried were good, but not something I wife go back fo. Wings were good with a variety of saucers, wrap my wife had was ok, we left feeling out experience was very ordinary. We visited this restaurant for the first time because we wanted wings and it seemed like the only restaurant that offered wings. When I got my wings, I could not eat them. I took one bite and there was dried blood, not on the bone, but all through the meat. I showed this to our waitress and she asked if I wanted to speak with a manager. The manager came over and I showed him the dried, undercooked wings and his remark to me was-That is not red dried blood on the wings, that is the red light above your table shining down on your wings. Wouldn't recommend. Food was very so-so. We ordered 2 kinds of wings and a philly sandwich. Ginger wings were barely seasoned. The other flavor we got was better (dont remember the flavor). The philly was tolerable. The girls manning the front desk were wearing their masks VERY improperly. Noses not covered and often visible to us as they leaned over to help us with menu. Masks were generally ill fitting. We went at 9 pm. On the plus side, by the time we got back to hotel 5 miles away and got gas, the food was still warm. Visited this restaurant while vacationing. This is the place to go to watch football. There are TVs everywhere and all the locals go here. The food and service was great. We split the nachos for an app - there is yummy cheese queso on them! A personal favorite. For dinner I had the fiesta wrap and it was SO GOOD. All the food came out really hot and was excellent. I have been here 3-4 times since my winter stay began. Food and beer were 5 star! My only regret was when I dined here on Veterans Day. I had to ask about any discounts for veterans and was given a small discount for my dinner. No big deal, was appreciative for that. I visited wild wing cafe on July 17th with 7 other people in my party. We waited for about 35 min for a table but we expected that being it is summer and every place is crowded. Our server was Emily ( I hope I have her name right!) She was pleasant and quick! Our drinks and a shared appetizer was brought out quickly. We had the trio bowls with 3 different dips. Delicious! The only reason I bumped up to a 2-star is because the food tasted alright and the server was decent. However, we waited an HOUR for our food, and when it finally came out, our 4 year old's meal was left out. Seriously?! My husband asked to speak with the manager regarding our experience, and the guy was a complete jerk! Instead of offering an appetizer or even a simple apology, he offered us an excuse of a large party that'd just eaten and whined that they were short staffed. Not our problem!! My experience here was very nice. It was suggested by Jeanie at the Sports Complex (also an employee) sweetest lady ever. Then we sat at the bar it was steady business. I asked my friend if he had his charger and he didn't but Josh the bartender said I could use his and lifted it right over the bar top. We ordered a lot of great food that I posted pics of. Buffalo shrimp with fireball sauce, queso, sampler platter and wings with 3 sauces. These wings are amazing as well as the 33 choices of sauces. Service was lovely and atmosphere is also. Went here for lunch after leaving the outlets. Our server was nice and attentive but the restaurant was a mess. There were several unbussed tables when we were being sat, and after our meal when we were headed out, the tables were still unbussed. Not just a few crumbs on the tables but dishes, plates, drinks and lots of food. I'm so glad we were sat around the corner so we didn't have look at those gross tables. The food was just ok. Service started out good with drinks and our appetizers. We waited 2 hours to get our meals and nobody came up to us to tell us that it was going to be a longer wait. Our server did not come back to offer us refills once. While we were waiting the fire alarm went off and nobody came over to tell us what was happening. After finally getting our food we asked for boxes and our check immediately. There was an automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill for 6 people. Nobody told us there would be a gratuity added and the service we received did not deserve a 20% gratuity. Last year we ate here twice and both the food and service was great. We came back to Myrtle Beach this summer and tried Wild Wing again last night. Worst meal and service we've ever had in Myrtle. We couldn't believe how much the place has changed in a years time. None of the food we had ordered tasted the slightest bit good. On top of that, our waitress disappeared for long periods of time and was basically non-existent. I'm not sure if this was ok or not but the people bussing the tables just take the drinks and empty them into the pond. Didn't matter if it was water or soda.
