Spicy BBQ, Spicy Garlic

I had been craving wings for a very long time and with no place to go for wings in Wasilla, I knew I had to stop in somewhere while I was in Anchorage. I stumbled on these guys because they were open on Sunday's and on the way into town and I'm really happy I did because this place is awesome. They had a ton of flavors to choose from, bone in and bone out, and a lot of different dipping sauces. We couldn't decide on just one flavor so we went a little crazy and got three different 10 pieces. They also had a lot of sides to choose from, and even had beer! They had a sign for 1000 wings for $700 and we are seriously considering that for a super bowl party sometime in the future!

The wings here are decent, nothing special but definitely fairly tasty if you need a wing fix. I'm going to put them in the 3.5 range in terms of a rating! I wish yelp would let us do half stars! I like the wings better than Buffalo Wild Wings, but still haven't found my favorite boneless wings in ANC. The pros are that they make the wings extra saucy, which I love! They have a variety of flavors with varying heat levels. They let you do 2 sauces per order. The prices are really reasonable, and they also had some well priced combos and lunch specials! The cons, we ordered boneless wings, and they were over breaded for my taste. They were also slightly over cooked so they were kind or harder than they should've been. Their cheese curds weren't my favorite as I like them with a lighter breading, but also know that type of cheese curd with a good golden brown coat is popular! The day we dined it seemed like they were having issues with their registers, and being able to take payments so that could possibly be a factor as to why our wings seemed over cooked as they were in a bit of a stressful situation. We will certainly be back to fulfill a wing craving, and try some more apps!

This place was alright. Maybe a few steps above Wing Street. I did like wings are served by 10's and the ranch and blue cheese was house made. I can always appreciate a place when the condiments are house made.

Delicious chicken wings!!! We love spicy food and we ordered the spicy one... perfect! Crispy and yummy! Great and quick service. A place to always come once we are in AK.

Great place , friendly staff. Very clean environment . Went w the hubby & kids. For all 5 of us everything was less then 100$ & we still had leftovers to take home. Mind you my kids are grown teens that can eat eat LOL! Flavors was good! Wings was pretty good in size . We would definitely go back again .

I was wanting a variety of fried food; enter wild wings n things, good variety but didnt quite hit the spot. Ordered the wild sampler and fried pickle spears. The sampler said it came with fries, mac n cheese bites, poppers, cheese sticks and mushrooms. We only got 3 mushrooms, the mac n cheese bites are obviously kraft mac n cheese, the peppers are not the ones you're used to (half a jalapeno and cream cheese filling) just a mix of what seems like hash browns and some jalapeno mixed in. The marinara sauce tastes like sucking on a fork (bleh) But the pepper jelly is pretty good, the pickle spears are spot on and the fries are decent for being fast food delivered. First time ordering here. Probably wont order from again sadly

No complaints! I was hesitant about eating here since I'm not a wings type of gal but there were so many other delicious options. The menu had my mouth watering. After eating here I was surprised about the negative reviews. The place place itself seems very patriotic. A cool hangout spot to grab some wings and some nice music on the background, mostly oldies. I ordered the chicken parm sandwich and some sweet potato fries. The sandwich was excellent and tasted very fresh. I was hoping it would have more marinara but I was willing to overlook it. The sweet potato fries were delicious, tasted fresh, and we're nice and crunchy on the outside! You also get a pretty generous amount. I felt so welcomed here! The older lady behind the counter was a hoot and she made us feel right at home. Will definitely be coming back.

The flavor of the buffalo flavor sauce is just right. The fries were nicely seasoned and the food was ready relatively quickly.

This review is for 907Alehouse - Tikahtnu/Muldoon…read more My family and I are regulars at their Old Seward location. It was only a matter of time before we finally got to this side of town to visit their 2nd location. 907Alehouse took over a building that used to be a taco place (we never got to visit), and before that I believe it was a Firetap Alehouse second location. It's the perfect size bar/restaurant. Very clean and bright inside. Extra long booths for families and some tables in the middle section with a really nice bar area off to the side. Large TV's hang on the walls for sports games. Both the food and drink menus are noticeably smaller here. The brew/local tap selection is a lot smaller at this location. They serve some mixed bowls here that they don't at Old Seward, but they were able to accommodate special requests we made such as "chowder fries." Service was superb here. Food came out fast and hot. They had a special holiday drink menu that I quite enjoyed. We can't wait to return for a sports breakfast someday.

I had their Po' Boy Shrimp special and it was a lot of sandwich , bread was soft, shrimp were huge and crispy. My husband had the Fish and Chips and loved it, he said it was crispy on the outside but nice and soft on inside. Our server was attentive and so friendly. The space was loaded with TV's playing sports, Rodeo's, and music , more pub atmosphere but not noisy it was perfect! I would recommend and would definitely eat here again. Prices were compatible for the area.

This establishment has been featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-ins & Dives (see photo) and is very inclusive which was super cool. You can write on the wall about your visit which I found to be fun and inviting. I had the House Omelette which was surprisingly flavorful and excellent. It was exactly what I was looking forward to for breakfast. I tried some of the chicken from Crazy Uncle and was amazing! I was so surprised and delighted as was the rest of my party. Leer (sorry if I'm spelling that wrong!) has been absolutely amazing each time--so kind and welcoming--and the same goes for the other cashiers and cooks. The whole team creates such a positive vibe from the moment you walk in. My go-to meal? The chicken, mac & cheese, and waffle loaded with cookie butter, strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. On my very first visit, they asked what flavors I liked, and I told them "sweet and savory"--and they nailed it. Ever since then, it's been my regular. I always think about trying something new, but I can't help coming back for that combo--it's just that good. Today, Leer mentioned they were exploring opening new locations, and I told her Fort Worth would absolutely love a place like this. With the owner being a veteran and Fort Worth having such a strong military community, I know people there would rally behind it. We love supporting our own. Also, if you really listen, the music playing in the background is all original--and every track tells a story about the restaurant's culture, energy, and mission. That level of intention just makes the experience even more special. All in all: great people, great food, great energy. Hopefully we'll meet again in Fort Worth! Editing to add a BIG shoutout to the man running the window that food gets picked up from. I saw him let a customer (who looked like he was wearing a kufi) know that the Mac n cheese was cooked in bacon grease. The customer was unaware of this and was grateful and changed his order. That kind of cultural awareness and honesty shows that place isn't just about great food--it's about heart.
