I called several more times and left messages giving a few days in between. I finally called from my work phone and he answered and I told him I had not received a quote yet and verified my email address. He admitted he had not sent it out and would get it out within a couple days. I never received it and he did not respond to my last message on vm. I feel like I dodged a bullet. Imagine if you needed to call for an installation issue or repair. He might just avoid you. I even told him when I got him on the phone from my work line that if he couldn't do the job it was okay, just let me know so I can move on. I just think that is a sign of what you might get for a follow up. So my suggestion for improvement is don't be afraid to say that you are not right for that particular job. It happens and then there would not be a reason to review. Disappointed because I like to support local businesses. If there was a zero star I would give that for the lack of respect to customer.

We had some repairs that needed to be done after construction finished and they were one of the first subs out here tuning doors, replacing handles, etc. Then I had a problem with the front door, which they sold us but against their recommendation the contractor installed. It wasn't level, it rubbed, and there were other issues. I asked Blackrock to come assess the issues so I could go back to the contractor and have him repair the door. Blackrock did the repair.
