They were very helpful when explaining how escape rooms work for us first timers. We chose the Bigfoot's Revenge. I loved that this room had multiple rooms to work through, each one opening after a certain clue was found and solved. I also appreciated the fact that staff were "there" to help with as many, or few, hints you would like via hints on the screen or over the speaker. This is a great escape room!! Super immersive and puzzles flowed nicely! It was easy to follow and although we did need a few clues, we were VERY close to figuring it out so it was a good little push. They do change their rooms (not sure how often), but we did Blood in the Water and it was really fun and definitely had the thriller/suspense aspect. Really amazing job on putting this escape room together! As far as the business itself, they provide lockers so you can hold your personal items, even had phone chargers inside! Unfortunately, this will be our last visit to this particular escape room. We've been coming to Will to Escape in Abacoa for nearly four years, and our very first experience was fantastic. However, over the years we've noticed a steady decline in the customer service, and today's experience was the final straw. Due to an unexpected cancellation by our babysitter, we had to bring our children with us and arrived at 6:17 PM for a 6:15 PM reservation. We completely understand that escape rooms operate on a schedule and that there may be time restrictions, especially if rooms are booked back-to-back. However, what caught us off guard was the way we were greeted. Before even being welcomed or checked in, the employee immediately informed us that we would be losing 10 minutes of our game time because we were late. Again, we understand policies and scheduling constraints, but arriving just two minutes late on a weekday during a non-peak time would have warranted a little more understanding--or at the very least, a friendly and professional approach. Instead, the interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational from the start. When we mentioned that we might simply cancel if we were going to lose that much time, we were again met with an aggressive response and told that the booking was non-refundable due to the terms and conditions. Fortunately, another employee stepped in and helped de-escalate the situation, for which we were grateful. We ultimately decided to proceed and paid an additional $100 so our 5- and 7-year-old children could join us in the room. Sadly, this wasn't an isolated incident. Over our last few visits to this location, we've consistently encountered employees who seemed irritated and unfriendly, making what should be a fun experience feel uncomfortable. It's disappointing because we genuinely enjoy escape rooms and have many great memories here. That said, there are now several excellent escape room venues in the area that offer not only great games, but also welcoming and customer-focused service. Because of the repeated negative interactions with staff at this location, we will have to take our business elsewhere. read more

This was my first escape room experience. I know I'm so behind the times. And I wouldn't have even done this one if it wasn't a team building event. Customer service really made this a 3 star experience but since we had so much fun in The Morgue, I settled on 4. The whole check-in process was kinda chaotic for no reason. The admin said she emailed to see if the process could go smoother for our 20+ ppl beforehand but didn't get response. And the young man at the desk was a cool guy but way too snarky with his responses to questions at times. Like dude, you're dealing with older, corporate people not 15 year olds. Little too smart mouth that one, read the room and consider the crowd. Again I could tell not a bad guy from later interactions, just needs some direction. But for my first experience, the actual room was scary fun. You lock your belongings up then head in the back for the whole background on the room. My 4 person crew got out with 3+ minutes left on the clock. We could have done better if we didn't get held up in the beginning. We needed a few clues and one of which I'd actually like to know how many ppl could figure it out without that clue!!! So I rate it 5 stars, BUT we have been to multiple of their rooms, and I would say some are better than others. Overall, I would give all the rooms a 4.5. So, I've done innocence and mystical manor. Innocence to me was the 4 Star room. The puzzles were good, but some weren't as well done. I know things shouldn't be obvious, but it's like if the clue needs the color red and you are given dark red and slightly less dark red as options. This isn't the clue, but I don't want to give anything away. Overall, I think some of the clues need to be slightly reworked to make it a 5 star room. It was still very fun and being handcuffed at the beginning was an interesting twist! I've also done mystical manor which is one of my favorite rooms of all time! It has great tech that makes the story really fun and immersive. The clues all made sense and triggered more tech which was great. Another huge bonus is that it's VERY kid friendly. My 9 year old was able to participate and have fun. Staff is super helpful and guides you/gives you plenty of clues. read more

I did the mystic manner room and left very upset. We started off good then as we were completing the tasks there were certain parts where we completed it correctly but because we didn't activate the sensors perfectly by aligning certain pieces or pressing hard enough it wouldn't activate the next step and at one point we had prices in the right order but we couldn't move on and spent 5 minutes on this thing just for the hint to be that we needed to "press harder" after asking for hints and no one was responding to us for a while. I feel as though spending the amount of money we did they could have proper working sensors and making sure when we ask for a hint someone is actually paying attention to us. Other escape rooms I've done the person leading the game would assist us and interact with the people playing the game especially if in order to move on we only needed the align the pieces up perfectly because the sensors are faulty. AVOID THIS PLACE!! The OWNER is harassing me NON STOP because I dispute it a charge, calling me from a caller ID and sending emails. I disputed my charge because the address on their email was wrong and we got there late! I even called them to let them know I was late and they were ok with it! They basically kicked us out of the place after 30 min while there was still people in one of the rooms and our group was the last one on that particular room! We tried talking to them to at least get half of a refund back and no luck! I disputed my charge a MONTH AGO and until today they are still CALLING ME AND HARASSING ME!!! Will To Escape is by far the top Escape Room in the Jupiter/Palm Beach Gardens area. Entering the facility you're in a spacious lobby with plenty of comfortable seating and they even have a cool gadget that updates their Facebook likes in real time! This was fun to play around with and watch the numbers go up and down (ultimately the number stayed up). They also provided cell phone chargers in their lockers so I was able to keep a full charge while I was inside the room. Moving on to their rooms, I did "The Terminal" room and everything about this room makes it EASILY one of my favorites. The set is so immersive and interactive you forget where you are as soon as you enter it. A perfect recreation of the New York City subways from the 80s. All the puzzles make perfect sense and have a nice linear flow to them. The Game Masters are very good at what they do and their hints give you a perfect push in the right direction without directly giving away the answer. It ended up being a great time :) They have keys and lockers for you to keep your stuff as you are asked not to bring phones. You are also sent a game reminder email before and a picture email after. This is one of the best escape room experience that I've been apart of. My fiancé and I recently went and did The Terminal. I've done close to 50 rooms, she's done maybe 15 at this point. It was by far the best room that her and I have done together, but it's definitely in the top 3-5 rooms I've ever done. The attention to detail of a New York City Subway was exceptional. The puzzles make sense for the room, and our game master was very friendly and talented with the rooms. The look and feel of the puzzles were fun and challenging! There's so much use of the puzzles and atmosphere, both high, low, and all over. There is also a lot of great mechanical locks that keep the game interesting.
