I've been to this location a few times now and thought it was time for a review. I'll start with the positive. The space itself is beautiful. It's spacious, with lots of different types of seating options, from tables in the center of the main dining room to booths and a fun little wine barrel-esque 4-top table by the windows. There's also an indoor little fire pit with seating around that by the front window. There's plenty of parking in the parking lot, so that's never been an issue for us. The wines are wonderful, as expected. WVV has expanded its portfolio over the years and includes a nice array of labels so you can get your classic Oregon Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays, as well as more robust reds like Tempranillo and Syrah. The bubbles are always a good choice here, and the rosé is usually a crowd pleaser. The menu here is small, but mighty, and the quality of the food has always been top notch, in our experience. On Wednesdays, there's a happy hour menu. On our most recent visit, we loved the tarragon shrimp and the mushrooms. The truffle fries were fine, but tasted more like standard garlic fries and not so much truffle fries. While I love having a wine bar/restaurant like this in this area, the one thing that has been disappointing is that I have noticed the service has gone downhill since it first opened. It's not bad, but it's also not as attentive, warm and welcoming, or knowledgeable (re: the wines) as it once was. So one star was knocked off for the just-okay service, but otherwise, this is a fantastic spot for foodies and wine lovers alike if you are in the Lake O area!

I can even remember the name of the one with the flowers on it but get that! Get your own. It's ridiculously good.

Never been and loved it! We weren't hungry enough for full meals but they looked amazing coming out. Did we have wine and deserts though? Yes, we sure did. Do I regret any of my choices? Nope. Not one bit. Staff were knowledgeable and kind. It was fairly busy for a weekday which might be normal due to their proximity to homes and they definitely had a regular crowd. If you want to make sure there's a table for you, call ahead. But worth it!

We had the best time here. Max our server was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Our food and wine was excellent. Love the ambiance here too - so Northwest ! We ended up having the entire amazing staff help us: Bridget, Erik, Jenelle, Rachel and Maddie. We will be back!

Great addition to the Lake O dinner scene. Yes, this is a wine tasting room, part of the large Williamette Valley properties, but the food here is on par with their delicious wine. We decided to visit on a Thursday night when they offer a prime rib special. For $31.99, you get an 8oz prime (there's also an option for 16oz) served with a veggie and potatoes. Since this is what we were here for, we all ordered the same dish. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with a glass of sparkling white and brought to our table, which we had reserved. Since I'm a member, we were treated to a free wine tasting flight of two whites and two reds. Hard to pick a favorite as we loved them all! With dinner, we ordered a bottle of the Matis, a red blend from Walla Walla that is on the bolder side. I've had it before, and it's always been one of my favorites. I'm so glad Williamette Valley branches out beyond the Pinots. While they are exceptional, it's nice to have options. Inside, the dining area is decorated tastefully and beautifully with soft lighting throughout. There's a bar area, a fire pit, and several different types of seating areas. I especially like the booth that is in an oversized looking wine barrel. Service was exceptional; attentive while allowing us space. Lots of parking directly out front. Located right off 99 in the same strip as Whole Foods, it's a quick ride from downtown Portland.

Stopped in with a few friends for some food and wine and overall had a great experience. The wine selection was impressive. It was definitely the highlight for me. The food was decent, but I really appreciated the presentation and how everything was plated. The atmosphere was clean, bright, and welcoming, with lots of natural light thanks to all the windows. Our server was friendly and super knowledgeable about the wines, which made the tasting experience even better. It was my first visit, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking to explore new wines and expand their palate.

Love this addition to the Lake Oswego scene! We were welcomed with a splash of welcome wine, and then toured their red offerings. Not one disappointed. We also shared a bday bottle of bubbly, and the Cascadia board - a local bounty of charcuterie, cheese, pickles - even a pickled fern and nuts - it's a worthy splurge. We then nibbled on a goat cheese spread with flat bread and a bottle of the subtle and lovely red blend before getting down to business with their filet mignon, and zucchini noodle dishes. The steak was perfectly prepared and flavorful, but maybe a little over priced. We were surprised by a coffee or chocolate old fashioned that rounded out the night

Always take such great care of us! Were wonderful in taking care of our industry tastings and our guests loved everything. All wines were wonderful, tasty food and amazing server.

I especially like the lamb lasagna. The bar makes average drinks. Stick with your standards and they do ok or go for a lovely Italian wine. Each has its own charm. The Marketplace features gelato, fresh pasta, olive oil, sauces, etc. The small but attractive bar and a wood-fired pizza oven are located here. This area can be chaotic when the restaurant is busy. The main seating area, with rustic wood tables and chairs, allows diners to observe the frenetic pace of an Italian kitchen. More tables are located out back - a quieter experience and a treat in fair weather. For larger/private parties, separate private dining rooms are available. My family's menu favorites include the Caprese salad, Spaghetti Alla Carbonara, Gnocchi, and the Risotto. Nicoletta's has gluten-free pasta options. The staff is consistently knowledgeable and competent. A variety of wines is available by the glass. The bottle selection is heavy on Italian reds, and it also features a few Italian whites and West Coast wines. Live music is featured on weekends and on Tuesdays and Fridays, adding to the festive ambience.

The selection of which wineries, we left up to Carmine, and he hit exactly what we were hoping to achieve. Finding some under the radar labels and learning more about willamette valley and the surrounding area. This time we tried out Christom, Brooks, Bethel Height, domaine Serene, Posessed wines and picked up a couple cases from Holloran. Our first winery was Bethel Heights, and was taken aback about how good this tasting flight was, especially the buttery tasting Chardonnay. A perfect way to start a cloudy but adventurous day. Brooks Winery - Lunch was exceptional, we tried the chicken and butternut Squash, also ended up loving their selection of Pinot's and Riesling's and immediately became a member after finding what we consider the perfect Riesling. In Salem we stopped by Christom and only positive things to say about the exceptional tasting we had. We added this winery to our growing membership list. I believe it was their Chardonnay, Pinot and price point that raised the bar for us.. In Dundee Hills we stopped by Domaine Serene which we already had a membership. We had brilliant time there and ended up buying more of their wines. Carmine also treated us to his personal brand possessed wines and it's a treat, beautiful flavor profiles, clean biodynamic winemaking. Of the bottles we tried his Somm Select Rose and Syrah were my favorites. Ended up coming back to the hotel last night putting on some Bee Gees and finishing up the bottle of cool climate Syrah.. When we get back to Honolulu, definitely going to dive into the other bottles and really explore the different offerings. Overall tour - cost is reasonable, especially for a private tour, and not having to worry about transportation and setting up the tastings. I have allot of favorite parts of the tour so hard to pick one. Best way to explain this is we're already planning for our next tour with Carmine and we really hope we could invite some friends to experience what we did.. this tour is the perfect romantic journey with your loved one, trying out the different wines and just having a great day but it can also be wonderful, educational experience and how good the wines, wineries and elevated experiences this tour offers.
