just HAD to come back again, and make my friend become a member too, knowing that she would love the menu. our server wesley, was truly the besty! not only was he professional and knowledgeable about everything amaretta, but he went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. that, on top of the amazing views, and great food/drinks is what will keep us coming back again (and again, and again) being located so close to the beaverton area, this is the ultimate destination to go to if you want to soak up the summer weather, have an amazing meal/snack (alongside of their drinks) or simply feel like you are escaping from the city/suburbs. i have tried both of their caviars (limited quantity), and the menu rotates seasonally. if you can snatch some of the raw oysters, i would highly recommend it! they came out super plump and fresh. i am a proud member of the amaterra cult now :-) no turning back.

Back to Amaterra. This time we were welcomed with a splash of sparkling wine with their label, from 2021, very tasty. Our table was ready quickly. Always very kind and nice servers and attendants. I had an old fashioned, very good and well made with a big ice cube with the winery logo. And for food, I shared the gnocchi and the ribs... both very tasty and well presented. The gnocchi is always so good, unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of it!!

Mother's Day brunch at Amaterra's? Yes, please. Located in the Portland Metro area, with lots of parking. The place is beautiful and impressive. The grounds are well kept. We were greeted immediately and were led to our table. Service was on point, and personable. The brunch spread was delightful. They had all kinds of different options, from classic American to sweet, and savory items. Coffee and tea were included for $ 79.00 per person, and $39.00 for kids. Cocktails and wines were an additional charge. Would highly recommend!

Had an awesome evening here! Ambience, space, and service were 10/10. You feel luxurious ans well-taken care of. The Portland Dining Month deals made this spot extra worth it. We sampled a selection of dishes and really enjoyed their smaller starters. The Burrata Tapenade was amazing! Our winner for the night. Desserts were also delicious. Their other dishes though, I'd say were alright. Great quality ingredients but the seasonings were a tad off. As a winery, their wines were a must. We got a couple of samples and tried the two pour combo which was a very good way to try a bunch of their wines. We liked all of our wines and definitely would want to try more. Overall, I'd say go here for the wine. Hit up their happy hour for deals on light bites but actual main dishes can be skipped, especially at full price.

The food was really tasty and they had a great variety on the lunch buffet that was served for our event. We had an award ceremony here from 11-3 and everything was great. The views are nice off the balcony featuring a good sized deck with a firepit perfect picture spot. The service was great and the staff were all so nice. The room was large with plenty of seating and still room to move around. Parking was a lot better this visit than the last because it looks like construction is coming along. They have valet parking as well. I had a vodka Ube lemon spritzer and it was light and flavorful. 100% would come back again for a non event for dinner.

One of the specials, grilled peaches and berries. Yum!

Great restaurant. The building is beautiful, the views are great and the food was incredibly fresh and well prepared with very interesting options. We will definitely be back!

Firstly, the place is absolutely beautiful! I will definitely be coming back for a glass of wine but won't likely eat here. We went to the Holiday Tea experience and do not think it was worth the $89 per person fee. The teas were all Stephen Smith so they were solid. The different sandwiches were just ok, except for the crab salad (AWESOME). The service was just lacking - we barely saw our server. It looked like the other tables were being taken care of so it might have just been our server. It has an unreal view though, so the atmosphere makes up a lot.

What a beautiful winery! My honey surprised me with a date here and although it was foggy the day we went it was still beautiful! We were able to catch happy hour and restaurant month in PDX and they had the best deals for us to be able to try wine and different food. The food was amazing and the wine was of course tasty. I wish I had one in NC somewhere to visit! The staff were very sweet. One of the staff from NC came over to great us and we spent time talking about NC for a bit. Our experience was wonderful and I highly recommend visiting. Just be sure to check the weather before and be sure the views will be clear. The viewing deck is beautiful and open to the guests visiting.

We went to this winery on a weekend afternoon and the weather, ambiance and the place was aesthetically pleasing and beautiful. It gives a modern winery vibe. We started with some wine tasting along with Charcuterie Board which has cured meats, pickled vegetables, dried fruit mostarda, whole-grain mustard, crackers along with Seasonal Curated Vegetable Antipasto. The food was freshly curated and we throughly enjoyed it with the wine tasting. We went ahead with the tasting flight and ended up getting their Chardonnay. We also had their tartines which were amazing. The winery has a distinctly modern aesthetic, setting it apart from the more traditional rustic vineyards. Its sleek architecture, elegant lighting, and open interiors create a refreshing and sophisticated vibe. The service is amazing with staff being very friendly and knowledgeable.

Cornbread - quite tasty by itself but once you add the jelly it takes to a WHOLE notha level!! Smokey, peppery and divine. The cream is nondescript however. Cauliflower - WOW! Another mind blower. You wouldn't ever know this is even what it is. It has a rich flavor and the batter reminds me of calamari. The sauce has a garlic depth Risotto - WOW! I honestly have to say this is the best I've ever had anywhere. Highly recommended. Short ribs - really good as well! Smash burger - meh. It was average but really is any burger worth $24? It has to be quite an amazing feat and sadly this didn't live up to the threshold. Caesar salad was average. They placed an additional menu underneath the burger in case someone wanted to purchase more upgrades after their $24 burger *eyeroll* I've never seen this in a restaurant before and we all found this to be VERY unprofessional! Salmon - sadly undercooked. Morning Dew - refreshing drink and I loved all the layers of taste, especially the peppercorn dimension. Overall I was impressed by the restaurant and location. Staff was professional and attentive.

Stunning view. We got seated outside overlooking Beaverton. Had some cocktails and fried oysters and not pictured, other plates! Everything was delicious and made with care. The service was phenomenal. The property is so detailed and beautiful! Great experience

Came here to celebrate our special bride and was so pleasantly surprised and pleased with everything at this venue! The place is completely gorgeous with an amazing view. The Wine was good! Also the food options were perfect to pair with the wine. They have different types of tastings to try! The service was also exceptional! My friends and I joked that it would be a possible future wedding Venue for one of us!

My company had a fundraising dinner event here and I can't believe I hadn't been there sooner! It's such a beautiful space and the wine and food were amazing. Staff were super professional and the view from the deck at sunset is amazing! So great to have such a beautiful space and view at a winery so close to the city. Will be back!

Seated upstairs so felt bad the waitress had to go up and down many many times. The empanadas were awful. I am being extremely honest. It seemed as if they were pre frozen and lacked flavor and filling. We were so surprised at the quality and price. I also had the shnitzel and it had no seasoning and was so bland. With a sad excuse for chimichurri. That seemed haphazardly put together, again lacking any flavor. Was it an off day based on the amount of people raving? Maybe. But also maybe they aren't aware of the better options in Portland so lack the awareness of true potential in this cuisine. I recommend Lechón if you want real chimichurri and empanadas.

We tried four empanadas (chorizo, pollo spicy, humita, and imposter) along with an order of papas, and that was more than enough for the two of us. Each empanada had a wonderfully flaky, golden crust. The fillings were flavorful and distinct; the only one that didn't quite win us over was the imposter, though that's probably just a matter of taste. The papas were crisp and perfectly seasoned too. Service could have been a touch more attentive, especially given the place wasn't too busy, but overall, it's a lovely new addition to the neighborhood -- cozy, tasty, and full of potential.

I was especially drawn in by the food menu that not only designates wine pairings as any vineyard restaurant should, but it also marks gluten free options clearly. Most things on the menu are gluten free or can be made that way. This was a huge plus for me. There is indoor and outdoor seating and looks like it can accommodate parties of any size. There are also couches near fire pits for cozy chatting as well. There is a flight/tasting option, wines by the glass, or by the bottle. Since we were having two glasses of the same wine, we were talked into a bottle. I appreciated the suggestion. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful. We had questions about menu items and everything was made super clear. Service wasn't speedy, but it was thorough. Our allergies and dietary needs were all met and cared for. We had the cascadia board to start (a little pricey) and shared the spring pea risotto with salmon (crispy skin, perfect cook, so delicious!) paired with the rose, it was a delicious meal. I wish we'd had room and time for dessert as they were all gluten free too. Overall, a great experience and meal.

FYI: the charcuterie vending machine was temporary, and they are now back to an a la carte charcuterie board menu. I had a tasting flight, and enjoyed the depth of flavors and variety in the wines -- lots of unique and beautiful fruit notes! I ordered the vegan balsamic cheese and OMG!!! Soooo creamy and delicious!! I also ordered the mushroom jerky -- well worth it! It's not as tough as beef jerky, which makes it easier to eat. And the flavor is bomb -- definitely tastes like mushrooms and jerky mixed together. The kind lady working the business on the day we visited gave me extra complimentary crackers and apricots. :) She was absolutely wonderful, and it's safe to say the service here was top notch. It was an unusually cold day in Portland (just after their unprecedented snowstorm this year!), so the seating room was crazy cold. That's my only complaint. Lol Highly recommend this business, and hope to go back for more vegan cheese and jerky when I can!
