It's certainly not because of this married couple's warm & engaging demeanour. Far from it. Where costumer service seriously lacked before, it's all but vanished now. I went in to buy a battery for my key fob. Aside from being their unpleasant selves, the now wanted to charge me for opening up the fob. Last straw folks. Despite their rude & haughty attitude I've always remained polite. They always have to make a straightforward transaction unnecessarily difficult. You'd think they'd make business easier not more difficult, you'd think. They lost out on that purchase & a substantially more expensive purchase.
