Ethan was helpful in walking us through all the options and giving his recommendation. He was very knowledgeable about the tailoring process and how small tweaks would impact the look/feel. The suit came out great. 10/10 experience. We had to make some tweaks after but it was free to alter within a certain time frame. It was also nice that they were running a 20% off promotion which helped the cost a lot!

Today 6/20/26 found one of the item was further discounted on line. I called customer SVC they confirmed I can have a price adjustment at the store. Apparently not at this location. I was informed by the Mgr in a rude way that 15 days is their policy for any exchange, credit and refund. Then the cashier suggested I could take back my transaction to Palm desert 2 1/2 hrs away. I had no intention to return the item only a price adjustment. I offered to repurchase the item back at which she refunded me the amount I paid and come back to repurchase it. They look great and feel high quality. The order was supposed to include two pairs of laces and a kiltie. While the laces were included, the kiltie was missing. I reached out to SOP, and Brandon was responsive and said they were in the mail, but they never arrived. It's now been over two months. Really disappointed with SOP. This was my first purchase and will most likely be my last. When you're spending $700 on boots, you expect everything that's supposed to come with them.
