I just had to leave a review because they deserve 5 stars. The staff and Dr. Britton are amazing. It is very hard to find someone you can trust/rely on to give you sound advise about your teeth. He is always very nice and tells it like it is. My whole family uses him and not one of them has anything bad to say which includes my little ones. I had to go twice, back to back to take care of some issues that came up and Dr. Britton made time for me which I was grateful for during these covid virus times. His office is very clean and goes over and beyond to make certain that his office and staff take precautions. For example, he has hepa filters all around his office on top of the handwashing and rinsing your mouth with hydrogen peroxide. Dr. Britton is hands down the best dentist who has worked on my teeth in my 31 years on this earth; and I have, unfortunately, needed quite a bit of dental work in that time. Dr. Britton and his staff are professional, courteous, and charming. He fully explains the options available to you, which option he recommends, and why. His recommendations are always well-thought out, with the patient's health and long-term satisfaction in mind. Most recently, I needed to have the crowns on my two front teeth replaced (don't ask). Dr. Britton not only replaced them with skill and minimal pain, you seriously (seriously) can't even tell that the teeth aren't 100% real. We are going on three months strong on these bad boys and they have shown no sign of chipping, wear, or tear. I could not give a higher recommendation for a quality Dentist. read more

After many years of treatment and a wide range of work received as a patient, including crowns, veneers and a front tooth replacement, I'm more than comfortable in stating that you could not find a more qualified, competent and especially friendly and personable dentist than Dr. Britton. My most recent and extensive treatment involved referrals to two specialists for orthodontics and oral surgery. The treatment between all three offices was excellently coordinated by Dr. Britton, with communication about my case being frequent and up-to-date; I never felt like I had to be the go-between to get everyone on the same page. When it was time for Dr. Britton to complete the treatment, I received the best possible results from him and his staff, with all work being done at a high level. I've been going to Dr. Britton for almost 2 years now and it's absolutely the BEST dental experience I have ever had. He and his staff are very thorough, professional and friendly. He is very down to earth to work with and while they do try to upsell you on things, it's completely no pressure. They put together a plan of all the things you need to have done and how much it would cost for you after insurance so you can plan a course of action based on importance. They really work with you and care about getting you the best help possible. I've never had a bad experience going there when he was at the Genesee office or in La Jolla. Most people only go to the dentist the recommended 2 visits per year and that's what i did too, until an accident on the racquetball court left me needing emergency dental treatment. I had chipped my two front teeth pretty badly, but fortunately wasn't in too much pain. This happened a Thursday night and despite being closed on Fridays, Dr. Britton came in first thing in the morning and was ready to proceed. He did a great job with the temporary crowns after taking molds to get the permanent ones made. In the next two weeks, we did a course of whitening and I went to a dental lab to get the crowns color matched to my other teeth. Nobody can tell that my two front teeth are fake! Dr. Britton has blown my mind! Before you can schedule an appointment for a cleaning he requires a one hour intake visit. During this one hour, he takes full x rays of all your teeth and meticulously goes through everything that is right and wrong in your mouth and even takes photos to show you. I've never met a dentist who is so detail oriented ever. Dr. Britton also specializes in cosmetic dentistry which means that if you do have a cavity or a chipped tooth, you know he will do a wonderful job restoring the tooth. Thanks Dr. Britton! Update: Just finished my first and second round of dental work in addition to a full cleaning. I just got to say Dr. Britton does superb work! The attention to detail alone is GODLY! He performed a masterful job on my fillings. I can see now why when he moved to a new location why his old customers followed him. I'm evening recommending my roommate change dentists. Dr. Britton is by far the best dentist I have received care for in my 38 years of life. It's good to see a young dentist do a good job, because I'm also pretty young myself. I'm a wimpy guy with tooth pain so I was expecting lots of pain during my 2 root canals that took 2:15 hours. I felt absolutely nothing during both procedures! The only gripe I had was the medicine that was used to clean out the canals, it was pretty gross when some slipped down my throat. Afterwards I was expecting a $6k bill. With my Delta Dental PPO, it cost less than a fourth of what I thought. I had already heard good things before going, and was immediately impressed by the office ambiance, friendly staff and service. Dr. Britton saw me during my initial visit and was not only professional, but has a great personality which put me at ease immediately that I was in a good spot. The front desk has been extremely welcoming and helpful with making sure insurance gets handled properly and are always friendly. They have up to date technology with appointment reminders so I do not have to think about it or call in. Dental hygienists did an extremely thorough job with periodontal and normal teeth cleanings. He insisted I come in every 4 weeks instead of every 6 and always makes it a point to ensure that my treatment is on track. I went to see Dr Britton as I was having a problem with tooth pain. He's not my usual dentist but made accommodations for me to come in within 24 hours to see him even though he was quite busy. My dentist Dr James Spalunka's office referred me over to Dr Britton as Dr Spalunka was out of town. Dr Britton was really kind and accommodating. I am so fortunate to have found William Britton, DDS! As a self-proclaimed dental coward and procrastinator, I was terrified to face the large host of dental issues. I had so many patch jobs by other dentists that only seemed to make my dental problems worse down the line too. Dr. Britton took a look at my busted mouth and committed himself to the long journey to a healthy mouth. Over this last year he did cleanings, fillings, pulled teeth, did root canals and (today) he came in on a Sunday for an emergency tooth repair.
