The lady who took my order was really nice. I had a bit of a wait so I was thinking my order was going to be hot and fresh. I ordered 2 thighs and 2 spicy tenders. The tenders were fresh and piping hot but Williams tenders taste soooo weird to me now. Like rubber and not like actual chicken at all so I was unhappy with that. Also my 2 piece chicken was damn cold I was annoyed because how you gonna give me hot tenders and cold chicken? Food was average. My brother DESCRIBED his plate as ig he was looking at a trash plate or a good tray made in jail. Fries were either overcooked or soggy. Not to mention. On top of all this all his tap to play attempts we're not collected. Very disaappointing .fish was too crusty on the outside, but a little raw inside. I asked for the Tartar sauce on the side, but it was not given to me in my "to go" bag, and I had to go and ask for it the second time , which was looked upon like almost "intrusion" to their "friendly" service. The lady asked me how many pieces of fish do I order before reluctantly handing me two measly packets of Tartar sauce for my two pieces of fish! So, a packet per piece of fish(???) I am very disappointed in the service and the efforts to provide recooked chicken tenders to me as a customer. I was over charged at the window and then when I proceeded to speak with the manager she was very abrasive about the order. I asked her why she didn't suggest the specials listed on the window she was snappy. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The place was nasty on the inside and my food was not up to the standards. There are also health code violations for cleanliness. Williams Chicken is based in Dallas so there are plenty of locations around the DFW metroplex, and they have a large fan base to match. I've had the pleasure of visiting about 3-4 different locations throughout the city, and I must say that this location is the absolute best. The chicken is always fresh, seasoned well, great sides, and the customer service is very friendly. What I love most about the chicken is that it's crisp, flavorful, and not overly greasy which is common at other fast-food fried chicken chains. This location is Black-owned with young franchise owners -- in fact, they're the youngest in the entire company. I've been to this location a few times and it's so cool to see them behind-the-scenes cooking and serving customers with a smile. I'm not used to seeing franchise owners actually working hard and serving, so I love that about the owners at this location. Highly recommend this location! read more

The grossest chicken tenders I've ever had! So it was midnight and I thought I would finally try this place since it's open till 2am. I ordered a 5 tender combo and was charged $15! Then I had to sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes only to receive over cooked tenders that took forever to chew. They had no flavor, no seasoning the only taste they had was rubber. The gravy was cold and congealed, the corn nuggets had no taste, the fries had zero seasoning and the sweet tea gates sweetened with Splenda. Please do not waste your time or money here! read more

We both ordered the chicken tenders with fried corn and a roll. My chicken tenders were not seasoned with anything. I had to add hot sauce and ketchup to make them taste like something. The staff was nice and friendly. I will give them points for the friend corn fritters and they were actually decent...greasy, but decent. The roll was hard and ended up in the trash.
