Ordered chicken strips naked and they were fried so hard I could barely eat them. Cook should've known you can't cook them as long as the regular breaded tenders. Ordering the caniac means I spent over $15 that I can't even eat. Food quality has gone way down. UPDATE: I contacted the Cane's location and let them know about the chicken strips and they offered to remake them when I come in next time. I love it so much that I've made a copycat version at home multiple times -- and honestly, it tastes exactly like the real thing. I'm also a big fan of their buttery Texas toast (always a win), but the sweet coleslaw just isn't for me. I usually swap it out for an extra sauce instead, which is the move if you're sauce-obsessed like I am. I really appreciate a place that specializes in one thing. Raising Cane's does this and they do it well. Chicken Fingers. That's what you get as your entree. With specializing in one thing, they are one of the most consistent restaurants around. It's always hot and fresh. And delicious. The most polarizing part of Cane's is definitely the Cane sauce. To make it even better, they took my incorrect order back into the kitchen, took the toast and sauce off and then handed it back to me. Pretty sure that's not allowed in the food industry. Chicken, yumm! Raising Canes chicken has the best dipping sauce. I think that is what makes this place a new favorite! The chicken is very good though and the cole slaw and fries are yummy also. There were employees circling the seating area cleaning tables right as people left. Before I go into more detail, the food and service are 5 stars at this joint, I don't have any problems at all with their customer service or food. Everything's pretty good at this Cane's location-- I only have one complaint: when they do the to-go orders, they tend to toss the tenders and the fries into the styrofoam containers fresh off the fryer, So what this does is that the really hot food articles would MELT the walls of the to-go containers (see photo below). As someone who studies health and medical sciences, I have encountered countless literature contending (aside from common sense) that molten plastic/petroleum based substance will stick to portions of the food, and consumers who ingest them are at risk, if they order to-go a lot, for plastic build ups in their blood vessels, which could lead to cardiovascular risks, not to mention the potential carcinogenic side effects of ingesting molten styrofoam products. Of course no one is going to eat Cane's to go every day, and not all the workers are going to toss freshly out the fryer foods into the container all the time. I just wish to comment on this issue so that the staff at Cane's could remind their employees to not place really hot foods into the styrofoam to go containers. Thanks :) read more

There has been numerous times where I have visited this location and it's been closed even though the hours on the website specifically say they are open until 12. I'm not sure if the hours just changed but when you look it up on maps the hours also say until 2. It looked like people were still making deliveries and there were plenty of workers at the site. Very unhappy that I had to make several drives just so that they could be closed. I would say if the hours changed then they need to be updated on maps and the website as well that way people aren't wasting their time coming to this location. read more

Never been to a raising canes before and was pleasantly surprised. I got the chicken sandwich combo and it was huge, the portion of fries that came with it was enough for two people. The sandwich was very enjoyable a little messy as the sauce drips out. My only recommendations would be to make a spicy version and to get a coke freestyle machine. The one thing that stays consistent when I order the chickens sandwich, I wish it was a whole piece of chicken, not just two or three little finger that slide off the sandwich, one because they are just pieces and two because they always put too much of the Cane's sauce, no bueno. I'm not sure how long this place has been open but it's fairly new. This is my first time going to Cain's and I was impressed. The menu is pretty limited but the food is good. They focus on one major thing: Chicken Strips. At the register, I ordered The Cainic Combo, but the lady said it might be too heavy for a first timer so I went The Box. Looking back, I really thank her for that. The order came with 4 chicken strips, 1 piece (huge) of toast, fries, a side of cole slaw, a little plastic container of "Cain" sauce (which I think is a tweaked Thousand Island), and a drink. The fries and toast were really good. The fries were crinkle cut but they still had the small fry shape unlike the mega crinkle cut fries you get at some places, and I appreciate that. The toast was really good, what can I say. I like butter on grilled bread, it's delicious. Chicken strips are good. They're crunchy on the outside and smooth on the inside. I'm not impressed by the Cain sauce though, it's something else. The cole slaw was pretty standard. I was so full! ' This place really cares for their customer. When taking an order, the cashier will ask for your name. Instead of calling out a number when an order is up, they call out your name. Pretty cool because I'm not a number!!! Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers in Arlington, Texas doesn't provide the same appeal as the original location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. By now, the other expansions just seem to be dull. That being said, this eatery does give those on Cooper a new dining option, if fried food is your fancy. The best thing about eating here is the option for a single chicken finger. Often, I may crave one individual unit of breaded-and-fried poultry product. And with the $1.09 price tag, you can make it out with 2 little guys and a side of sauce for under $3. Great meal, if you eat light. My buddy noted that Cane's Sauce is ranch with some chipotle sprinkled with a hefty hand of salt. I cannot tell if this is undesirable, but this combination sounds like a winner to me. Who doesn't love salty, saucy, sticky goodness? The fingers themselves? Well, they are tender and moist, though the crust could use a little more crunch. All in all, a solid piece of deep-fried chicken product. At the least, you can tell it is all meat here, no filler--though I don't want to know what goes on in the crust. Arlington residents, start your engines. Went through the drive-thru on this visit. All I got was a lemonade, this place may be known for their chicken but they've got really good lemonade, too! Careful though, don't think you can slip away with a bargain by purchasing a gallon. Either their margins are MUCH higher on the gallons or MUCH lower on the large single-serving, because a gallon of lemonade costs $8.99, compared to the gallon of tea being $4.99. February 9, I came to this location with my kids. There were three of us. We go through the drive thru window. We get home and our order is way off. Come to find out, they gave us the people's order who was behind us. Normally, Cane's is very good about getting their order correct so I didn't even think to check it before I drove out of the parking lot. I called and spoke to the manager Jasmine who said she was sorry, to save my receipt that way next time we came our order would be free. All I had to do was bring the receipt in and give them my name which was written down in a book. Reluctantly, I agreed to this offer. Fast forward to this evening. It has been a long day, I'm tired and don't know what to cook. I'm standing in front of my refrigerator and see the Cane's receipts from last time's fiasco. I load myself and the kids in the car and off we go. I get there and think to myself, "This will for sure be a nightmare, they won't remember me, they won't keep their word, ect." Best chicken fingers EVER. I discovered Raising Cane's while living in Tennessee and was bummed out when we moved away. Fast forward to 2014... we move back to DFW and SURPRISE!!! There's Raising Cane's within a few miles of our home. It was hard to contain the tears of joy. Well, not so much but you get the point. This chicken is moist, crispy, tender, juicy.
