I just want to start out that the customer service here has never been a bad experience, workers are friendly and always get the order right. Buuutttt I' m sure this might be a corporate thing but every single year the chicken just gets smaller and smaller. Not sure if it's a location thing but $10 for a chicken tender the size of my KETCHUP packet ??? Yeah no thanks. Canes used to actually stand out from its competitors because of the size of their tenders. Now they're just ridiculously small and skinny .

I love Raising Cane's. Initially, we didn't plan to make a stop here, but I just couldn't resist. We ordered the Three Finger Combo, and it was glorious. We ate that up. You can tell the food is made with love! Cane's never ceases to charm me.

The Box Combo - 4 Chicken Fingers It included Coleslaw and Texas Toast but I removed it!

I love Cane's so much! I went on a trip to six flags and me and my 32 classmates were exhausted! They were so wonderful to us and kind! They had so much patience and made sure that's what we wanted! They made everyone feel at home! The food was delicious and hot! They had made it all fresh so it was amazing! It was late but they made it great!

Service was good , Victor was helpful. However, my fries had a hair. I just threw my food away after.

Raiising canes chicken sandwich and fry's combo perfect 5 stars usually I don't review fast food but this chicken sandwich and fry combo is perfect you get a chance definitely try it it's the best.

This is pathetic. I want a refund. Spend 10 bucks on 3 chicken fingers and they aren't much bigger than the sauce container.

Got the Caniac combo for the first time and it was delicious. Line for the parking lot was long but that's understandable considering nobody wants to dine in because of COVID-19. Service was good, fast and staff was wearing masks.

Raising Cane's is by far my favorite fast-food chicken place! The workers are always upbeat and friendly at this location and the food is always on point. And I'm pretty sure I'm addicted to their toast. I always order an extra slice of toast with my meal! Try dipping your toast in the Cane's sauce, it's delicious.

I'm just a Caniac at heart! This is my favorite cheat meal EVER. The perfect seasoning on everything.. excellent southern sweet tea.. don't be asking for any gravy or honey mustard because that shit doesn't belong here! This is Canes Sauce land!!

Alway on point! Lately the chicken fingers are looking smaller. But the taste, freshness and service totally makes up for it.

I really enjoyed the beef sandwich and I always get it baptize. I like to order extra dipping sauce with it so I can just drown it haha. My favorite are the hot dogs, which is what they are know for. I love the chicago style dogs and I love adding ketchup and mustard to my hot dogs. For the side I really enjoy getting a side of cheese and dipping my fries into it, thank me later. The onion rings are also worth a mention, they are well made, crispy and full of flavor. I also had their shakes before and they were pretty good. I once had their chocolate cake and it was very rich in flavor and not dry at all like other cakes. I always eat in the diner because I love how they have decorated the space. It reflects the history of the city of Arlington. It is a mix of car decor honoring the GM plant and part of the decor is also bowling, to honor the national bowling museum and headquarters located in arlington. I love how its so big and spacious. They also sell beer but I never purchase any but thats a cool concept. The staff keeps the place nice and clean, i love how they say your order number and make it rhyme with something. Example 'order #9 is time to dine"

I ordered a burger and fries got home had a handful of ketchup and exactly 3 individual fries. This is not the first time this location punted. It's getting old, really old. I imagine that across the Metroplex many orders are being jacked up as I type this, people who want to make more $ but slack at the gig. Let them inherit the wind. Yeah, I'm pissed.

Came in on an unusually busy day for them, on the 1st day of a promotional item (for Final Fantasy,…read morewhich is why my daughter had us stop in) and the place was packed with both their own typical customers AND the fandom customers. They were doin' their best being overwhelmed. The staff was very nice and hard working. The young guy working the counter, Luke, was exactly the kind of employee one hopes to get when in a fast food place, he clearly cared to do his best. One of the funny things I took notice of is the fact they wear formal uniforms, caps included. That may not matter to many, but to me, that's no small touch. It adds to the atmosphere and sense of cleanliness and interest in the customer's impressions. Typical fast food have given up on this as a priority, and I have not appreciated the trend. I really like how Jollibees do this. It was the 1st I ever had of Jollibee, and it was good. Their chicken itself was pretty good, but I'm confident if it was a normal day, would probably be "less rushed". Their sides came off less rushed, but everything together was not bad at all. Good portions. One thing I did notice is while the do have bread items (bisquits) they count as a side item. So, it's an either/or/extra situation if you want both potatoes AND a biscuit, with most of the smaller/individual meal options we saw. There probably are some we may have overlooked. But that does tie into what I particularly liked, the price. It is in general less expensive to most chicken places, at least with the item we got, which is the 6 piece chickenjoy bucket, which is made for 2 people, and it was plenty for us. It came with two sides and two drinks, and it was $22, which (THESE days) is a pretty good deal, ending up $11 a person. The entire experience/value is really good with what you get for what you pay. Anyway, I'll be back when I'm in this part of town, and catch them on a less-busy day. Wish I took soom foodies to share, but it was too hectic, maybe next time.

We had to go in during the heavy rainfall and order, and wait 45 minutes for chicken tenders. The team lost our order, and we had to wait even longer. Upon getting home and checking the food, they got the order wrong. Second time, chicken tenders had a 10 minute wait time, which ended up being 30 mins, as they let the prepared chicken sit out for seemingly no reason. Both times, the tenders were some of the smallest I've ever seen. Seems that improper organization and management kill this place, and with the high prices, that's a huge shame.
