I wish I could give them zero stars. 1 is too much! I called ahead of time-told them I had to eat gluten free and asked if the Whammy Sauce had gluten in it. The poor girl I was talking to had no clue what gluten was and I truly feel sorry for the her for being caught in the middle. A man standing close by evidently could hear the conversation. He said it had Mayo in it. I said that was fine as Mayo did not have gluten or wheat in it. I then asked if they made it themselves, the man said yes. I then asked if it had wheat in it. The man said "I only know it has Mayo in it. Order something else and don't worry about it!" I was appalled at the lack of concern of the health of his customers, much less customer service! I replied, "How about I just don't come there? That is a poor attitude! No answer so I hung up. Do NOT give this place a penny of your money! Had the double cheeseburger with bacon. Was perfect. Seasoning in fries was also good but not a fan of that krinkle cut, they do give you a huge portion. This place was once one of my favorites. In paring back their menu they have cut their culinary muscle. The burgers and fish are still great but their sandwiches have gone from great to fair. They need to toss the Texas toast and use French, Cuban, or similar bread. Really miss the Cuban sandwiches and shrimp po boys. If you went by the outside look of this place and didn't stop, you would miss one of the best dining experiences of your life! When I am asked what is good one the menu, I honestly have to say everything. I have tried many items on the menu and everything was excellent. Just be sure to bring an appetite because the servings are huge! A combo meal is almost a challenge to finish all of it. And I have to mention the lemonade... It is addictive! Some of the best I have ever had. Now don't plan to sit down and eat here, it's truly a take out place with a walk-up window and drive through. Unless you know exactly what you want, I recommend skipping the drive-thru and taking time to read the menu. They have so many creative things on the menu and I'm usually kinda picky and shy away from "high people" foods and messy stuff but oh my they have created some cool stuff! I measured it and this is the longest fish sandwich in recorded history. It's more of a stationary food truck set in the rear of a parking lot that a restaurant but they have serious good food. If you'll buy it they'll fry it. Fatboy burgers are two Handers that if you ever turn loose of there no chance of ever picking back up. Service is agreeable and prices reasonable. My advice is not to eat much of any breakfast if you plan on having lunch here. It's big food for hungry folks. Lumberjacks love. We love going here. Had the fish sandwich the first time and it was good. The second time tried the burger. It was very good. There are no small portions here. I was supposed how nice the people were. I told the owner that the pics of Facebook caused me to drive from Ooltewah to try it. He replied by saying that the pics didn't do his food justice. He was right. But we ate the food in the parking lot in our car. It was cold outside that day. The owner actually walked out to the car to ask us if we enjoyed it. If you were to drive past this place it might be easy to not really look or even stop. This is where you would be missing out. They have unique options. Their burgers are very creative and could easily compete with the food truck culture of Atlanta. I ordered The Big Fat Elvis burger. Stopped here for lunch with some colleagues. I had the Black Widow at the suggestion of the friendly young lady who took our order. 9 sandwiches in all prepared and served in under 10 minutes. Last time I visited, they were out of pork for a week. A week later, they've taken items off of the menu, including the Cuban. I've had the burgers before and they're good (nothing exceptionally special though). The people that work here are fairly nice, but I don't think I'll be visiting again after the current menu changes. If you do visit, do yourself a favor and get the lemonade. It's great. After they started to expand it really went down hill; the burgers are almost never cooked all the way through, the burgers and sandwiches fall apart because the portions are WAY too big and not put together very well, food is kinda bland and boring, the fries have a good taste when fresh but are almost always cold and kinda old. read more

After seeing the reviews and video I just had to go. I kinda expected some seating but there were just a couple of places outside so it's really just a walk-up/drive through place. Don't let that put you off. The food is great. Large portions and the service was friendly and quick. I had the catfish platter. 3 catfish fillets, fries, hushpuppies and cole slaw. I could only eat half so I got two great full meals out of this. I will most definitely be back for more! read more

I ordered the shrimp po'boy sandwich. There were 12 HUGE fried shrimp on this bad boy. I could barely eat half of it before getting full. I think I spent $15 on sandwich and drink but I easily got two meals out of that one sandwich. And yes, it was good eats!! read more

NOW, i say this being extremely cultured. i have been to every state in america(not just the lower 48) and atleast 7 countries.. when i say top 3 or top 5 i mean anywhere that i have ever eaten.. im pretty sure ALL of the top 3 were located in texas. this is EASILY the best burger i have eaten in the state of georgia thus far. the fries were really good as well, though the guy saying stuff was flavorless was lying because the fries were a little too salty, BUT id prefer that to them being under salted. i didn't see any drinks on the menu which i thought was kind of strange, im sure they must have some (i went through the drive through) didn't see anything on the menu, but also failed to ask (my fault) but maybe a drinks section should be added to the menu.. had to stop at sonic to get a drink in order to handle the salty fries.. overall, i do not feel bad for giving this little hole in the wall a 5/5 it's worthy of a tv featuring if it hasn't already been! with its delicious flavor & massive portions. definitely DEFINITELY worth a try! read more
