DENVER's BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE! My family and I have been cared for by Willow Creek dental since 1999. I simply have never had a BETTER experience than I have had with Dr. Kissinger-Blakely and their warm, professional and courteous staff. They make the experience of getting your teeth cleaned or treated an absolutely "positive patient focused" experience: clean, state of the art treatment rooms, pro-active exams to prevent cancer and gum disease, and thorough clinical cleaning and examination of your teeth. The rooms are lovely-back massager chairs included! The staff always offers water and makes sure that you are comfortable. My daughter has gone here since she was 3 years old and it has always been a happy and positive experience. I have had the pleasure of watching their practice flourish and it is no surprise. Everyone there puts the patient FIRST. Audrida, the office manager, is always friendly and professional. She is an expert handling your billing and insurance questions and makes the process seamless. Dr. Blakely is very focused on the heatlh of our mouths-not just pushing products and services to make an extra dollar. The hygienests are of the highest caliber and training-gentle, thorough, warm, friendly and efficient. Anything treatments or procedures are always explained to me in clear detail in advance to eliminate any fear or anxiety about what is being done. It really feels like a spa treatment vs. getting your teeth cleaned. It is a VERY kiddo- friendly office and easy to get an appointment. I quite possibly have the worst teeth on the planet ! I'm no stranger to dental procedures . I call my mouth the $50,000 dollar mouth . I've been to good dentist to the worst dentist over the years ! I found willow creek on a referral from a family member ! I knew before hand I was up for some pretty major dental work . I had to find a new dentist because mine retired . I also have bad anxiety when it comes to getting dental work so nitrous is a must for me . From the second I walked in the door I felt so comfortable and relaxed . Everyone is so pleasant and nice . After my exam we discussed the work I needed done , which by the way I already new I needed . I also did not discuss prior to my exam . I wanted to see if they would tell me the same thing . I needed 4 crowns , a bridge , root canal , and several fillings . So yes the treatment plan was the same ! Anyhow we came up with an agreeable payment plan and started treatment . We also addressed my anxiety and I was happy to know they provide nitrous . The dental assistant and I believe her name is Annette was so reassuring and made me feel so comfortable ! She is very good at what she does got the impressions on the first go . Since I had so much done it was sent to the lab . Her crowns and bridge fit like a glove ! I have never had anyone be able to do this . They did very little filing and my bite is perfect . Dr Brightside is so nice and she did an amazing job . I have been to a few dentists over the years and I have to say that Dr. Mary is the best. She is very professional and straight forward. I know that she truly cares about her patients. She is soft spoken and does so much to make your visit to the dentist comfortable. She did in 2 visits what it would take most dentists 4 or 5. Her staff is also is very friendly and also make you feel like your comfort is their #1 priority. I have a crown in the back of my mouth that was put on by another dentist 1 1/2 years prior. The tooth underneath had become abcsessed. It was going to require a root canal. Her office called every endodonist in the area who took my dental plan to try to find the best price. Even at that, it was way too expensive for me since I am a senior and on a fixed income. Dr Mary put me on an antibiotic to get rid of the infection but in a few days it still didn't feel like it was getting much better. She had me come back in and she worked with that tooth with one of her instruments and it drained a bit. Then she took a laser and treated the tooth all around on a level as high as she could. Within 3 days there was absolutely no pain or soreness in the tooth at all. By doing that she saved me a great deal of money. I would recommend her to anyone and have every chance I get. Having felt unsatisfied the dental care I had been receiving, I was on the lookout for a new dentist when I found Willow Creek Dental. My first visit was a refreshing experience. I truly felt that each staff member was committed to providing a positive experience as "partners" in my dental health. I appreciated their holistic approach, recognizing and explaining how dental health can impact overall health and well-being. A thorough round of advance images were taken, allowing me to see for myself the areas of concern with my teeth. This reassured me that their recommendations were, indeed, real issues that needed attention. The cleaning was swift and comfortable as the hygienist described each step in the process. At the end, I was provided with a short list of recommended procedures in order of priority, their estimated cost to me after insurance coverage, and a payment option. I was relieved to not feel pressure to make appointments immediately for these procedures as I had been with my previous dentist. I can tackle them one at a time as finances allow. I was very hesitant to go back to the dentist after several bad experiences at other dental offices. My mouth is quite sensitive and I get very anxious. I made the appointment and worked myself into a frenzy for the week before. When I walked in the people were vey friendly and made me feel comfortable. My hygienist was Heather and I explained my anxiety to her. She was very understanding and explained everything to me as she went along. I told her I thought my teeth were a mess and as it turned out they were not as bad as I thought. I have several old silver fillings that need to be fixed and crowned but that is about it. They took a full mouth of xrays and some pictures. It was the first time I have really understood what was going on in my mouth. We have made a plan to get my teeth taken care of and I actually look forward to getting the work done and smiling again. I would definitely recommend Willow Creek to all my friends. I have been with Willow Creek Dental for so many years, I actually cant remember when I started. But I cannot compliment or recommend WCD highly enough. First of all Dr Blakely and her staff are all such highly skilled experts. I am amazed every time I go in and I am constantly being educated with the most advanced options for my dental care. I seriously appreciate how well they have taken care of my mouth and how fabulously healthy my teeth, and my bite become every time I visit. I did a lot of research because I've had some bad dental work. Dr. Blakely is impressive. I can tell she is laser focused. She says what she needs to say and gets to work. I don't remember who my initial hygentist but she was great and empathetic and let me vent out all my dental history and worries (Ive had a lot of dental issues since I was little and know a lot about mt teeth from spending a couple years as a patient at a university). they do spend a lot of time on their initial visit. I needed someone skilled and a staff that is really caring and non judgemental. The whole office is very welcoming and makes it a priority to run on time. I've gotten gift cards if they ran behind. Which is awesome. I always assume I'm gonna have to wait at the dentist because things happen in patient care but for them to go our if their way is really impressive. read more

Dr. Brightside is amazing! I am currently in Invisalign and have had Propel also. The entire process has been so easy and I couldn't say enough good things about her care. I know that she genuinely cares about her patients and I have never had quite the same experience with any other dentist. I am a forever Dr. Brightside patient! I forgot to add..."Dr. Kylee" (as my kids call her) is their favorite dentist! My daughter had a couple of cavities and she was amazing with Kayley! There was a super deep cavity on one of her back molars and Dr. Brightside took great care of her! Kayley was super anxious but she sailed right through and is doing awesome since! Let's be honest, a lot of people don't "like" the dentist. However, I can't speak enough good things about WCD. From the moment you enter the doors you feel welcomed and appreciated. Katie has been cleaning my teeth for years and is very thorough, always explaining her recommendations for my oral health but I've never felt pressured for additional services. I chose to do them because they answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. In addition, they're very responsive to emergent situations. My boyfriend had excruciating pain (from wisdom teeth & an infection). They were able to get him in a timely manner and provide their recommendations/treatment. I have put off going to the dentist for almost 8 years because I just hate going and my past experience has been the dentist and asssitants make me feel embarrased about my teeth. Well, I finally got up the confidence to make an appointment at Willow Creek and I am disappointed that I waited so long! The entire staff at Willow Creek is fantastic!! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable as well as compassionate. Dr Blakeley has surrounded herself with highly qualified staff. They even save several spots a day for emergencies.......as I found out recently. I called hoping to get in in a few days when suffering severe pain from an abscess...they told me to come in now......they even had the endodontist they use (Dr Parry) see me that day to do root canal. Willow Creek is by far the best dental office I have been to. I started with Dr. Campbell, and then transferred to Dr. Brightside after Dr. Campbell moved. The transition was seamless. Beyond that, their staff is exceptional. There has not been a single person I have encountered that has not made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I have had two crowns replaced at this office. They have a lab on site, so I was able to walk a away with my new tooth! Fabulous! It's hard to find a good dentist, let alone a good dentist with a good staff. I have been with Dr. Blakeley since 1998. I went to her when I had a disagreement with my current dentist at the time and have never looked back. She assured me that she could deal with the dental issues I had and she and her staff have, with great comfort and care. Before I even had the door all the way open, Mary Lou greeted me by name with the most welcoming of smiles. This set the tone for my entire visit. Every person with whom I had contact, from my RDH to an employee who shared with me her Invisalign while in the hall, made me feel welcome. Follow-up appointments were no different. I've never been a fan of going to the dentist, and out of the many I've tried this is definitely the one I'm staying at. The staff are so warm and friendly, everyone is very professional and caring, and they pay attention to any anxiety triggers you may have involving dental work. Doctor ODonnel and Anna are my absolute favorite people, they make every procedure so calm and easy for me. They'll even put on Netflix to help you focus on something else.
