    Santa!!

I love the Willow Grove Mall, it's one of my favorite malls in the area!! (Slightly above Plymouth Meeting and on par with King of Prussia). There are many things I love. The Willow Grove area, 3 large stories to walk around, the many stores including a Sears Hardware, a Macy's, and a decent sized food court, they even have enough space for a fountain, a giant Christmas tree that spans all 3 stories and a carousel on the third floor! They also have one of the best Cheesecake Factory's I've been to so far, that's a plus too. Another thing I noticed that is worth pointing out is the fact that unlike other malls, the Willow Grove Mall has many stores open and not too many closed down which is great as it adds to the selection of stores to shop at! The parking lot it is in is very large and wraps around the mall, with a 3 storie parking garage and many other stores around the lot. I'm not at the Willow Grove Mall too often (I live 40 minutes away) but when I do go, it's always a enjoyable experience and an awesome occasion!

Store front With impeccable and clean presentation of Coach products...

I have been to this store so many times, and each time has been superb! Kudos to Courtney especially, for her knowledge of Coach products, and outstanding customer service! We were greeted by her tonight, with a very warm hello. I was interested in looking at their trench coach. She immediately looked to see if they had my size, assisted me with the jacket, proceeded to the terminal to inquire about other colors, and spoke about the fabric, style and practical ways that I could benefit from the coat. Tammy was not too far away, and also engaged in conversation with us, affirmed what Courtney was discussing with us, about the material, versatility and design of Coach products. We were amazed to see such passion, real ness and confidence ooze from a sales associate. She even further assisted and informed us about the complimentary cleaning for Coach customers...THANK YOU!!!

Willow Grove mall has always been one of my favorite malls over the years, compared to the malls in philly area, willow Grove has many more stores and options for me when it comes to clothing. It's a clean mall with alot of room and we'll taking care of. With restaurants like the cheescake factory and other good named restaurants... With a nice food court.

A few of the store fronts in the mall.

Great medium sized mall. I like this mall because it's fairly close to the Philadelphia area. It has a wide selection of stores from Bloomindales and Soma to Primark and H&M. I subtracted one star due to semi confusing layout (acceptable but could be better) and due to bigger stores surrounding mall complex not being close enough to walk to fairly quickly. Overall, this mall is a one stop shop with great variety, decent customer service, and a comfortable environment that's good for adults and the average teenager or family outting.

There's Something about looking over the railing from the 3rd floor that just shouts "jump!"Now I'm not suicidal depressed or any of that bs its just some weird quirk that I have whenever I come to this Mall... Maybe it's because I know I'm in for hours of getting dragged around women stores, candle stores and stores that have multiple Clearence racks !! Eh, who am I kidding I actually have nothing better to do most of the time.

One of the great malls of my childhood. Willow Grove Park opened in 1983, on the site of the previous Willow Grove Park, the amusement park from the 1920s. It's now a spacious, airy, sky-lit three-story affair with flying merry-go-round horse decorations meant to evoke the grand old days. Sentimental note -- my grandparents used to go on dates here. I, too, went on dates here, back when I was a high school boy dating high school girls (but sleeping with high school boys), but more importantly, this is where I got my job folding T-shirts at the Gap.

I prefer this mall to the King of Prussia mall. More store options you can actually afford to shop in.

It is one of my favorite malls. It has three levels and all the typical stores. The only thing its missing is a movie theater outside.

This used to be an amusement park when I was a kid. Ye gads⁉ they paved paradise and put up a shopping mall.

Good selection of stores and the food court. The mall is not too big that it takes all day to get around.

Underrated mall. Has every store you would want and its really clean. I would rate it just below King of Prussia Mall.

Has all the basics: forever 21, Macy's, Bloomie's, Claire's, Sephora. And relatively close to home, not overwhelmingly big.

A pretty decent mall, with typical mall stores. Not too big but covers the basics.

It's not overly huge like KOP, but it's definitely got a lot more going on than a lot of the other malls around.

I picked up a few items from the men clothing section and made my way to the children section on the second floor. I placed all of my selected items my reusable shopping bag that I entered into the store with. As my son and I made our way down the escalator to the first floor I was approached by a man asking me to step to the side so he could speak with me. I stepped to side of the escalator and the man said "we observed you stuffing things in your bag and if you just give me the things I won't arrest you." I was floored by this accusation. I explained to him I am using a reusable shopping bag and I am still shopping. Once done I will pay for my items. He replied "this is what management is saying and we do not use those bags we have the carts or our shopping bags." I replied I was not aware that I could not use my own bag to hold my items and transferred my items to a Primark bag. After this unpleasant encounter I made my way to the register. As I placed my items on the counter I asked the cashier if I could speak with a manager. The cashier asked for the reason of my request and I informed him I had just been accused of stealing. The cashier called for a manager and apologized to me. The cashier inquired as to who accused me of stealing. As I look up I see the guy who accused me of stealing standing at the end of area leading to registers. He quickly ducked out of sight when he noticed me pointing at him. The manager Bryan arrived and I shared with him what happened. He apologized and claimed it was a misunderstanding. I also shared I was visiting from NC. I expressed how this was embarrassing and I never left the store to be accused of stealing. For the man who approached me to assume I was stealing because I was using my own shopping bag was unacceptable and low. There are two sets of register in store however only set of registers was open and this was on the first floor. There is an entrance/exit on the second floor in the children section where I was shopping before being approached on the escalator. Again I never left the store or passed any point of purchase area before being approached. This was not a misunderstanding it was profiling situation. I was threatened with being arrested and embarrassed

They sold guns and had a hunting lodge. There were compound, recurve and crossbows. The hunting lodge has now been filled with fishing equipment, kayaks, and safes. It has lost its glory. However, you can still buy a hunting or fishing license here. There is a fair selection of fishing stuff. Most kayaks are pelican brand. There is a golf section which I've never seen anyone in. There are bikes in the back, and exercise equipment which kids play on. There has been an increase in sporting apparel offerings, as well as shoes. Prices are retail. First, (dummy me) I accepted a credit card offer while checking out, and secondly, because I assumed my purchase was not on the yet to be received card, but the card I presented at the register. I traveled, got sick, and when home I got back Sychrony Bank I saw the purchase was on the Synchrony Bank credit card. Interest was charged from my day of purchase, no bill for the first month was ever received (according to those taking in my mail),and I was also billed twice for late payments on the only bill I received. Is Dick's so hard up for money they need to present customers with such cheezy offers? Suppose so, but they lost me as a customer with this cheezy offer of "future savings" with the Synchrony card.
