We love WPNB! I've been coming here since 2020 and Linda, the owner, has always treated me and my family. She always welcomes us with a hug and checks in every time she sees me, which makes it feel so personal! I see Amy and Sam for my manicures and pedicures and have been going to both of them for over 3 years. They are phenomenal! They're quick, attentive, consistent, and honestly have become like family. I bring my daughter with me now too and she loves it just as much as I do. They always treat her like a little princess! She gets a cute princess backrest, snacks, a drink, and gets to choose between the kids seat or the "big girl" seat next to me. She looks forward to going every time! Linda also does such a great job keeping the salon updated, fresh, and decorated for every holiday. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and how they feel when they walk through the door. Mallorie and Kellie at the front are the sweetest too! They always say hi, are so kind to my family, and make sure we are extra taken care of every time we're there. I definitely recommend making an appointment because they stay busy! Who doesn't love an amazing pedi? My wife, daughter and myself visit the Nail Bar at least once a month when life needs a day off. When we arrive we are greeted promptly and in a friendly manner. The best is how the staff remembers you even after a month which is not something they have to do but just makes you feel like they care about their customers. Me personally I have to say VY has been the best Tech I have received a pedi from there and will definitely be looking to request her again! It's a great place kept very clean (COVID stuff is followed to the T) and they have a great selection of treatments available, but as I said for me it's all about being treated like I am appreciated as a client and Willow Park Nail Bar is that place that cares about their customers. read more

About a week or so ago, I dropped off my granddaughters here to get their nails done. It was our first time at Willow Park Nail Bar, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! One of the nail tech that did my granddaughter's nails, her name is Ella, she was very skilled and attentive, making sure to understand exactly what they wanted. She took her time to ensure every detail was perfect, and she was very gentle too. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, which made the whole experience even better. Update: I have visited this salon twice more since my last review and I leave happy every time. I hadn't had a chance to come in for a manicure for almost a month and my dip nails still looked amazing. I highly recommend trying this salon! This was my third visit to this nail salon and I have walked away happy every time! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Even when it is busy, the wait is minimal. I have gotten dipped nails with a design. Every technician I have had was able to create the design i asked for (cow print and a cow, a panda and polka dots, and today a shark) even better than I imagined. Me and my husband absolutely LOVE willow park nails bar. We have been going there for about 3 years. The owner Linda and all of her staff are so friendly and the overall atmosphere is just so relaxing and wonderful. We moved from the area since we first started coming here but whenever we want pedicures, we make the drive rather than choosing a local nail spa. My favorite nail tech is Alex because he is very precise and very gentle. I choose him exclusively for full sets because he has immaculate attention to detail. Every time I have gone to willow park Nail salon ! My nails were perfect I showed Jacob a picture an he did them Identical to the picture even the shape of nails ! I had a problem with one drying an ruined it So I went back an he fixed no charge no problems! I really thought it would be a hassles They told me if I ever had any problems with my nails to come back for any reason So I have gone to another nail bar an my nails were awful an started breaking in a week So from now on I will never go any where else ! This place is amazing! The staff is great! The owner Linda is so nice and I'd recommend choosing Angela as a tech. She is my favorite! She's great at what she does! I just found my new favorite spot in all of the ft worth areaenvironment is classy, staff is constantly tearing down stations and completely deep cleaning between people (as they should but I haven't been somewhere where I watched them do a through job. Kimberly was in charge of my herbal pedicure! I feel amazing!! My shoulders are relaxed and my feet feel great. Also I'm a hair stylist and I'm super picky about sanitation and they follow them like no other down to new packages for each client! For starters, I went during my lunch hour and got in and out within the hour. Everyone was so nice and helped me even pick the color. My nails look great! I got a Pedicure from Tracy and she was so nice! I recommend this little luxury for yourself, even if its only for 45 minutes. I went here earlier today. The service was great, I got seated pretty quickly. The nails that I wanted was pretty simple but the line work is challenging.
