I was involved in a rear end collision which resulted in my entire rear bumper and floor to be smashed in. I wasn't really sure where to take my car for repairs but decided on Will's due to the positive reviews on Yelp. This is a small independently owned shop with just a few employees. Lisa the estimator was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. They repaired the car correctly in spite of the insurance companies estimates. They only use factory parts. All repairs were made to factory specs and the paint matched perfectly. There were a few small issues but they were taken care of right away. The repair took about 6 weeks but it was a big job. You can't tell that it was ever in an accident. Stay away from the big chain shops and use a small independently shop like Will's. read more

Hands down the BEST experience I've ever had with an Auto Body shop, and up there with the best customer experience anywhere. I didn't believe my husband when he said that everything would be ready and to just go on a break from work to take my car in. I anticipated waiting, having someone search through piles for our folder and then inevitably running into some kind of problem keeping me from returning to work in a timely matter. I could not have been more wrong. I walked in and they greated me, by name. They quickly pulled our folder and introduced me to someone who would be driving me to Enterprise. She was super friendly and carried natural conversation over the short ride. When I got there the auto body shop had already set up a rental car for me at enterprise so I was literally there for five minutes and then back to work! Came back from Vegas to find that the cover of my side view mirror was stolen off my 328i. Seething, I called body shops around Concord where some were quoting upwards of 100 just to paint a brand new cover and this was after I had to cash out for the part itself. I had a minor scratch on my Jeep's lift gate. Called Wills Auto body and they were not very busy that day and saw me that day. They offered to take a look and buffed out the scratch. It was a miracle. The scratch was gone. Before doing that, they offered an estimate if it was needed, but since it buffed out fairly easily they didn't even charge me. I would highly recommend and have recommended Will's Auto Body to everyone. We have brought all 3 of our vehicles with various issues to Will over the past several years. We had taken our Tesla to Will originally to get some detailing work done. Daughter phones up and tells me there is a metal plate dragging under the car when she was driving down the freeway. I manage to work it back under a plastic flap up front. Honda dealership tells me there is SUBSTANTIAL damage to car and a cracked frame. I need to take it to an auto body shop! This is a new 2017 Honda Civic, less than 6 months old! After reading exceptional reviews about WILL'S Auto Body, I phone and they say he will be back in an hour, could I bring it by? I say yes, and hang up. 4 minutes later they phone and he's back, can I bring it in now. YES! Will looks at it and he tells me he does NOT believe the SUB-Frame is cracked. He then takes me in his office and explains visually using his computer, what a sub-frame is. He says the only way to tell if it's cracked is to have a front wheel alignment and sends me right over to Big-O-Tires and has them perform the alignment. It works and all is good. WILL then tells me he can replace the pan and covers easily enough at a more than reasonable rate. He has the parts in just days and gets me in & out in no time. He's AWESOME! Have been back to Will twice now with the same vehicle and similar problems due to the low profile of Honda Civic causing under carriage accidents. He was superb at getting it repaired and quickly. Had it ready in one day and said I could come pick it up before the weekend. I didn't have a way to his shop so he sent me an Uber driver. So thoughtful and professional. Took my 2011 Dodge Charger to the dealer in Concord for a recall repair. During the repair they dented the cars right front door on the crease. They could not repair it there so they sent it out. When it came back not only was there dent fixed but the other larger dent in the same door that I put in it was fixed. It was the best looking repair I had ever seen. Now this car has the doge 3 stage red paint. The car looked like new. So I asked them who did the repair and the response was, Wills Auto body on Bates in Concord. That is where I will be having my little nicks and dings fixed soon. No Shit they did it in one day and it looks like NEW! The last fix I had done was at Mikes and they did not put the quarter panel baffles back in and you could still tell that something was not quite right with the paint. My dad and I came to Will for an estimate after a another car had side-swiped my vehicle on the highway. What I thought would be a headache to fix turned out to be just a few surface scratches. Will was able to remove the scuffs in less than 30 minutes while we were there, and he did not try to up-sell or add-on any repairs that were not necessary. I've been swindled by other body shops before, so I was definitely shocked when he told us the damage was minimal and an estimate was not necessary. He took his time on cleaning the scuffs off my car, even though it was technically his day off. He is passionate about his business and providing high quality service, plus he gives honest advice. I backed my brand new 2015 Dodge Ram into a light post on a steep hill at night and it needed to be replaced and the tailgate had minor damage which was repairable.
