Our water heater busted and flooded our converters garage that we had been using as a laundry and spare guess room. It took our property manager 3 days to send someone out. It had definitely agree to mildew and smell so I thought the carpet was a total loss. Will came out, replaced the foam underneath, cleaned and treated the whole area. It was like a miracle! So happy I called Will! I called seeking carpet cleaning ASAP due to a recent home break-in, since the idiot burglar cut himself on shards of glass from breaking my window to get in. Then proceeded to walk all over the entire house bleeding on everything possible. The blood was in every room and I feared the carpet could not be saved. Will offered to come the following day in the morning to clean 3 rooms. He proceeded to get almost all of the blood stains out of the carpet! There's only a few faint spots left, which honestly exceeded my expectations! He got the job done efficiently and successfully. The price was very fair and reasonable in my opinion. Will is great! I was able to book an appointment for somewhat last minute move-out carpet cleaning for our rental home (per our lease) and Will did an amazing job!! He called me day of to re-confirm our appointment (which I like since I made the appointment a week prior) and was on time and did a wonderful job. This is the best carpet cleaning job I have ever had! I called Will out to my house for stains that every other carpet place said would be impossible to remove. I went in with the expectation that it would be better but not gone. My 5 year old stepped in her older sisters red lipstick tracking it from upstairs all the way down stair to living room. Will got it out! There was also a red koolaid stain that was also removed. I will recommend will to everyone I know. As far as price I called around to at least 6 carpet cleaning places and they were charging a huge amount for the stairs and he kept it very reasonable. Again highly impressed! read more

I had Will come out and take care of ( the dog doesn't want to go out in the cold ) problem. He did a great job its been a week and the smell is gone and the carpet looks great. Carpet cleaning is thorough and they do an excellent job every time. They prespot and go over soiled areas several times. I would give Will 10 stars if I could. I purchased a foreclosed home with filthy carpets that needed to be stretched. The appraiser said that they couldn't be salvaged and would need to be replaced. Will stretched and cleaned the carpets for me and it is difficult to tell that the carpets aren't new. I think even he was surprised at how clean they were! He is amazing. I will first say I have two small boys who like to wipe their sticky hands and smelly bodies over every couch and carpet we have. I am pretty meticulous about keeping our home cleaned but after a couple of years there was.... a lot of different smells going on. Will came out first in December and cleaned all our sofas and carpet. After only a couple of hours I WAS AMAZED! It was as if 3 boys did not live here (plus, we are all very outdoorsy). Well yesterday my 3 year old poured an entire 32oz mug of COFFEE on the carpet (which by the way had raw cacao in it which made it extra dark).
