They charged us $300 for a 1,509 sq ft house -- despite the fact that the home had brand-new blinds, brand-new flooring in all three bedrooms, and no refrigerator to clean. This was absolutely not a discounted or bargain price. Before hiring them, they specifically promised they would come back and address anything my realtor found unsatisfactory after the cleaning. Based on that promise, I paid them in full immediately after the service. A few days later, my realtor inspected the property and found the cleaning quality extremely poor. She provided them with a detailed list of areas that were still dirty. One toilet was so poorly cleaned that my realtor cleaned it herself. On another toilet, instead of properly scrubbing blue staining inside the toilet, they simply suggested replacing the whole toilet altogether. That alone tells you the level of effort they put into the job. The dishwasher was still dirty. Windows, baseboards, drawers, and other surfaces were visibly dirty. There were even cobwebs still hanging on the walls. When I contacted them to come back as promised, their attitude immediately changed. They were rude, dismissive, and kept delaying scheduling. I gave them my husband's number to coordinate a return visit, and they said the earliest they could come was Saturday (nearly a week later). Then on Saturday, they suddenly claimed they would not return unless someone was physically present at the house to inspect their work. This made absolutely no sense because they already knew the property was vacant and that we were remote landlords. They had completed the original cleaning using an access code with nobody present, so this was clearly just an excuse to avoid honoring their promise. After that, they stopped answering calls from both me and my husband entirely. The house was still dirty, and we ended up paying another cleaning company to redo the entire job properly. Unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely poor-quality work. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. Respond to the owner's response: you lied! (1) The toilet was totally cleanable. The second cleaner cleaned this toilet with no problem. It looks very clean now. But you even didn't try and simply asked me to buy a new toilet. What a moron. Another toilet shown in the picture showed how my realtor easily cleaned after you still left it dirty! (2) my husband said he didn't clearly agree to have someone come for you because your accent was strong and he couldn't clearly hear what you said. Simply not realistic for us to agree. When he called you, you also didn't tell him which day and time you could come back to clean the house either. Later when I called you to come back, I already explained to you why we couldn't have someone on the spot waiting for you because it was an empty house and we couldn't hire someone to wait for you there. You knew this already even before we let you clean our house at the beginning, because we gave you the house access code to come in and nobody was there! We told you our realtor would come a few days later to check and asked if you could come back to finish cleaning if she pointed out dirty places. You agreed which is why we gave you money to do it. Unfortunately we paid you in full on the same day you did the cleaning. So you can become a moron later. You simply didn't want to keep your own promise to come back to finish cleaning. You could simply say you would come back to finish cleaning what we pointed out and no more trips if my realtor found out more later. However you simply refused to answer our phone and disappeared! If you continue to lie in public here after causing us so much stress and financial loss by hiring a second cleaner, I will further seek related third party for help. I don't believe such a horribly bad company could lie like this in public.

While I don't believe we will be using them moving forward I respect that they stand behind their work. Our former housekeeper moved so we recently had Purple Fig come in for an initial cleaning with the hopes of setting up a twice a month or bi-weekly service. We were quoted ~$280 per visit which was higher than our old housekeeper but seemed reasonable enough given they bring multiple people. They claimed the first clean was to bring things up to the "Purple Fig Standard" but when I got home after the cleaning I genuinely had trouble understanding what they did while in my home other than leave a candy cane on our kitchen counter. They don't do any laundry (even bed sheets/towels, not looking for a wash and fold service here) which is frustrating but I can somewhat understand given the time a laundry cycle takes. The most egregious offense was that they apparently also dont do any dishes . Again, i'm not asking for a post-Thanksgiving dinner cleanup here but we had a few pans and plates from last nights dinner in the sink and they didn't touch them. Overall, my wife and I struggled to understand what they really did to clean our home. When we decided not to continue with the bi-weekly service they then retroactively charged us $470 for the initial clean. For the price they charge not doing laundry or even tidying up the kitchen when there are a few dishes in the sink doesn't feel worth it. The best part of a cleaning service is coming home to a clean house that you can see and feel as soon as you walk through the door. Without affecting the upholstery that my wife loved he he was able to reinforce the suspension, adding more spring hardware as well as some nylon webbing support. This type of work could not have been done onsite, as could many furniture repairs. They picked up the sofa, repaired it, and returned it 48 hours. I highly recommend them.

We had our compressor die in our 14 year old unit and I paid extra to have Wang come out to Bastrop after speaking with him on the phone and I am so glad I did. We weighed our options and ended up replacing the whole unit instead of compressor due to the cost of replacing older equipment and Wang and his apprentice did a phenomenal job! I'd recommend him to anyone needing HVAC repairs and I'll be calling him again when my other 14 year old unit decides it's had enough. Fingers crossed we have some time though! I was feeling nervous about finding someone ASAP who would be reliable and wouldn't give me the runaround on price or pushing additional services. And I was already making plans to stay the night at a friend's house for fear I couldn't get anyone to come out on such short notice. Xiaoyu responded to my voicemail in less than five minutes, he was able to come out within a few hours, and fixed my AC within 30 minutes, all by dinner time! On top of all that, his price was reasonable and he was a genuinely kind and friendly guy. I will definitely keep his number handy for next time! :)
