He was attentive to ask a lot of questions and then said he would get a quote for me the next morning. The next morning came I never got quote, and so I called the company itself. And can you believe when I called the company the person who answered the phone literally said they "have no idea what yelp is!!!" and I said "your business is on yelp and you don't know what yelp is!?" and he said "nope. better you come down here." it was so unbelievable that I drove my butt down there just to get the quote and the person in the front was so not friendly at all and had someone quote my car for a ridiculous price and i would leave my car there for four days on a simple scratch? I will never use this business based on just the business tactics from the beginning without the proper follow through as promised and all the way towards the end. I still don't know how he could say so adamantly and rudely on the phone "I don't know what yelp is" well, I don't know how you even got rated so many stars. I don't even want to put a one. But I'll do it because at least someone didn't reply me very fast when I put out the job request.

We had it towed here and of course it was just after closing. I intended on following the tow truck and leaving the vehicle for them to take care of in the AM. When I arrived behind the tow truck, there were still some workers finishing up other vehicles. I was inside where they were getting my info with the purpose of finishing in the morning. Again, it was already after hours. I turned around to the manager saying they'd have it done in 10 minutes. I was floored. I was in town for a few days and with family things happening, I did not have the chance to make it back to thank them with treats as I intended. I cannot recommend this place enough. Long story short got all four rotor and brakes installed brand new OEM for Lexus IS 250. 2 weeks later I start getting squeaking sound coming from one of the brakes. After a month I finally have time to go back to tell them their making noise everytime I come to a slow stop. The guy takes my car for a test drive and says, yep that just the way they are. I say what. What are you talking about those are OEM brakes. He says the brakes are good just you'll need new ones. I look at the guy and he looks confused, just as confused as I do. WTF the brakes I bought are OEM brakes for my car what do you mean I need new one. We'll have to order new one's for you and thier $120 bucks. I almost starting laughing it was so obvious this guy was trying to make a sale and burn me. Don't ever go to this place. If you do watch out because they will ask you pay with cash only.
