Often, the phone doesn't ring, or worse, it rings and hangs up before you can speak to anyone. No email notifications. No status updates. No status page to check when there's an outage. It's as if they simply don't care whether their customers know what's going on. And let's be clear--Cloudwyze isn't a new player in this space. They're not a startup trying to figure things out. An Asus Mini motherboard (about $70 retail) with a slow, dated CPU. I ended up with an out-of-date entry level PC with 2 USB ports!!??? Even though they used my new PSU, GPU and cables I received $0 credit. When the PC was delivered, I was expecting a professional installation. What I got was a sloppy, inept job: Cables were left tangled in a knot on the floor - software was left only partially installed. The worst part was I was presented with an $800 bill that exceeded by almost double what I was quoted after sizable 4 digit deposit. I was so intimidated by the presence of their employee inside my home, that I handed him my CC. (I have since initiated a case against YCF for that $800 bill. I did not seek a return of my 4 digit deposit.) After returning the MB and CPU to YCF, I hired Computer Warriors to build the PC that I was promised. I should have started with this friendly, professional, company.
