When I first made my move in between cities in SoCal, we found Prodigy through Yelp and we were very glad we use them. Because we had such a good experience when we made another move a few years later we reached out to them again. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our move out date and packing dates had to be changed multiple times, but Iliya worked with us patiently to help find us a crew within just a few days that was able to move us out efficiently and conveniently. Carlos and his moving crew were superb and worked quickly, with a positive attitude, and were willing to accommodate a lot of our requests. If we move again in the future we would definitely be reaching out to Prodigy again.

I finally went with my gut and chose the company I believed could do the best job at a competitive price. Prodigy was the clear winner, and it worked out to be the right decision. Iliya, the operations manager, was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire moving process. Carlos was the foreman on moving day and ran a tight ship with his team. Everyone knew their roles and worked hard throughout the day to make it a pleasant moving experience. My furniture was delivered the following morning, and the team lead that day was Leo. His team did a fantastic job as well. I have a special shout-out for Lalo. This guy was amazing and made my overall moving experience over the top. He made sure my wife and I were 150% satisfied. Our furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it, and he maintained a positive and professional demeanor throughout the entire day. Everyone I encountered from Prodigy was exceptional. These guys deserve five stars, without question!

And they did an incredible job getting our closet-less 1 bedroom tidy and organized. I've never hired a service to organize and unpack before, and man, it is SO worth it. Antoinette even came in the day before and did an estimate of our place. If you've just moved in somewhere and simply don't have the time to unpack and organize, then this is the company you call. Speedy Packing Organizing saved us so much time (and headache) that it freed us up to focus on getting started in a new city.

They said that they couldn't take a credit card and would only accept Zelle, but charged me the credit card price which is $20 more per hour. The owner tried to say that there's some sort of fees, but there are no fees for Zelle. The difference was well over $200 so this is why they're getting three stars and almost got two. As a business owner, I can't really refer them just for this reason.

We tipped so much for OK moving services because they shoved that in our face after. Not one member of the crew offered to get the items that didn't make the truck. Even though we tipped $600. They did want our old computers and wanted to take some things - they were polite and asked but looking back - this was overpriced and under delivered. I hired ONE guy on Task Rabbit the next day and he was the equivalent of Royal Moving's entire team. Don't get me wrong, the guys were nice, courteous and fun but business is business and we got ripped off.

We ended up working with Dottie, who was incredibly easy to work with. She set a cheerful tone from the moment she arrived and helped us make some tough choices to get rid of stuff, while being very respectful of things we did not want to get rid of. Ultimately, we felt it was a good value as well. We had Dottie for about 5 hours, accomplished more than we were hoping to, and felt the bill was very fair. The final invoice was also split with the deposit, which we paid a couple weeks in advance during the scheduling process, so the final invoice wasn't nearly as bad as we hoped. All in all, we would definitely recommend ClutterGirl.

They were professional, efficient, careful, and impressively fast while still taking great care of our belongings. They safely moved an extremely heavy marble table without issue, and at the very end of the move we asked them to maneuver a very large, heavy dresser through a narrow hallway in our newly renovated home. They somehow managed to do it safely without damaging the walls, floors, or furniture. I was honestly amazed watching them work. What stood out most was their attitude throughout the entire process. Even when delays and complications came up outside of their control, they stayed calm, solution-oriented, and hardworking the entire day. I almost wished they would take longer breaks because of how nonstop they worked. They were also very transparent about pricing, which was fair, and communication throughout the process was excellent. Also, please feed your movers during lunch and ask if they have any allergies or dietary restrictions. This crew absolutely deserved it. After this experience, they'll definitely be our go-to movers moving forward, and we'll gladly recommend them to our family and friends. Highly recommend.

Would give 3.5 stars if we could do half stars tbh I hired 4 movers for my 1 bedroom apartment - it took them 6 hours. Before tip this was about $1200 This was the cheapest quote I got and I figured "how different can it be". This is only my second time using movers but I believe they could've done better. Overall: it was fine. The guys are very nice, they took their shoes off for the carpet, they took time and care to wrap up fragile items like tv and glass tables, and I would probably use them again if I had to! Now into the reason for the -1.5 stars The weird part is: they asked me, in the middle of the move, to buy them snacks, coffee, and water - because the move started at 6:15am and they "didn't have time to eat". It's not my responsibility to feed you.... I don't care that the move was early in the morning. Wake up earlier. But I'm ANXIOUS - So I go and spend $50 to get these guys breakfast Then at the end they ask for /pressure you into a tip. Which again, is very weird behavior. I wish I would've taken the $50 breakfast off the tip to be honest. But again: I am anxious and a people pleaser so I gave them each $50 for a total of $200. In my opinion: They did not take time or care to properly reassemble furniture. I had to ask them to clip the sectional couch back together, my bed drawers were put together wrong, we keep finding random screws around the house that got left out of things. Etc And WORST OF ALL They didn't take care or time to read any of the boxes that were labeled. At the end I had to tell them to put the boxes in the rooms that were written, clear as day, on each of them. The boxes with big red fragile stickers were ignored. One guy says "where do you want this" because he things the box is blank, and I turn it over, hear all the glass clattering, and the top of the box is covered in fragile stickers with arrows along the side pointing to keep that side up. Assuming the best in people, I think there was a language barrier and that's maybe why they didn't read the boxes. However, the big red sticker w glass breaking on it should be universal

Prior to the move, I discussed pricing and payment terms directly with the owner/manager and confirmed the agreed-upon amount. However, when the movers arrived, they immediately demanded cash up front and refused to provide any services unless payment was made on the spot. This directly contradicted the prior agreement. After loading the couches, they demanded an additional $100 that had never been disclosed or authorized. The situation felt coercive and inappropriate. In addition to the payment dispute, the movers caused multiple damages: * One of the couches was damaged. * The garage door was damaged. * A component of the security system on the back door was broken. Furthermore, one of the workers raised his voice and yelled at my wife and daughter. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I contacted the company to request information regarding their insurance coverage for the damages, they refused to provide any details. This company demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
