Her builder gel is the best I've ever gotten on my hands. We've been coming here since moved to Florida in 2011, last 7 years we live in about 50 minutes drive but I won't go to any other nail techs. Donna, Lyn and Lily are the best. The salon is very clean and adhere to all sanitation requirements. Donna always add new services and cool extras, she has the very updated products and following all trends. Being a guy and not really enjoying manicures or pedicures, I normally go to the closest available nail shop, regardless of the area I'm in when the need arises. Well, I guess those days are over since I discovered Wilshire Nails, which apparently is under new management. I tend to only write reviews when I've been, to the business, a few times. After 3 visits, I must say that I'm impressed . The 2 manicures were great and lasted more than the usual 1 week. The price was right! Pretty rare since most nail shops set their price as high as their neighbors. I highly recommend them! They even took me early in the morning which helped quite a bit. Remember I said 3 visits....I'm not a pedicure kind of guy, but Marilyn was great! Yes, I did the step up version because I hadn't been in some time. Do NOT go here otherwise you could end up cut like me or possibly with an infection. The nail tech cut 4 of my fingers and dipped my fingers into the jars. There is no sterilization or cleanliness at this place. They upselled a service to me that they lied to me about that they claimed was an organic and healthier way of doing nails. It's not. They were rude to my friend when she was upset that her nail tech messed up on her nails where the colors weren't matching and even told her it was my fault that I was bleeding. The nerve of these people to lie and be rude to their customers is horrendous. Bad customer service. They wouldn't refund my money so I had to put a credit card dispute with them. The service takes a little bit longer but that's because they specialize in SNS and that's what most of their clients get (don't know what it is...look at it) I am never disappointed and if I am talk to the owners! Jessie is the best person to get your nails done by. She works so hard and makes sure every nail is perfect before you step out of that place. Between her going to school and trying to take care of all the clients she has, she does an amazing job. You have to make an appointment with her unless its summer, she will take new clients. It's impossible to find a place in this town that would sterilize instruments. This place has 20 autoclaves , all unplugged from the wall and no pouches in sight. I sat down for a pedicure and the guy was about to use same instruments that he used on a lady a minute ago. I asked if they sterilize instruments he pretended he doesn't speak english but did walk to the sink and rinsed them. No jar with alcohol to deep them into no nothing. My next stop is a pharmacy for anti fungal cream. This should be punishable by decease control agency. read more

Donna and her staff are amazing. Always nice and pleasant. I have been going here for close to 8 years or more and its always consistent. Very clean and the energy is very relaxing. My favorite part is that she always has a movie on a big screen and it helps me unwind and catch up on movies I have been wanting to see. Very happy with my experience here. They had a variety of shades and plenty of neutral colors to choose from. Tina was my pedicurist and Lynn my manicurist. Everyone was so friendly, they fit me into their busy schedule and even did my manicure pedicure at the same time as I was limited on time. Love my nails! read more

I have been going to this nail salon for about 6 months now. They do an amazing job with the SNS. It's also for a great price of $35 whereas nearby nail spas charge from 40-50. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars from me is because their pedicures are not the best and in my opinion a bit overpriced. read more

I got a gift certifcate from this salon from a co-worker. I went to redeem my certificate (which has expired the day before), and it was not honored. I wasn't even given an option to talk to the manager. I would have been okay with them honoring a % off , but nothing. It was so rude. I will never again step foot in that salon. read more

STAY AWAY!!!! This is the worst nail place I've ever been to!! They take forever to take care of your... The quality of the service sucks! I was charged more than what I was supposed to. Also, I get the punk and white manicure, and they start to lift after a couple of days and the white cracks... On top of it, when I went there today, I was first told that the fill in was $30.00, which is what I have paid there before.. Then, some stupid guy looked at me and said it was $45!! WTF? I've had such a terrible experience with this salon. I'm staying with a friend at serenata and decided to get my nails done someplace closeby I can walk to. I chose Wiltshire rather than the other places based on the location and yelp reviews. I read there would be a wait and I didn't mind at all. I walked into the salon and it was beautiful very clean, but upon entering I was not greeted and I stood there waiting for someone to take my request for about five min. I noticed there was a book and I pu my name and sat down assuming that's how this salon works. After waiting nearly 90min still without a simple "hello" or "we'll be with you shortly ". A tech finally realized I was waiting and asked who I'm waiting for, assuming I was waiting for another customer to finish up. I told the lady I was waiting for over an hour and had signed the book for a pedicure and a fill. The lady told me to come back at 6:30 when they were closing and shed help me. I was more than willing to wait since I noticed she was finishing up on a few customers. I argued with her for awhile bc it doesn't make any sense to let a customer who has waited over an hour and is willing to wait a bit longer to get service away only for them to possibly not come back. Very bad customer service I felt like I was being discriminated bc I am young. Little do they know I'm a 20 year old professional with many business prospects. SNS is awesome. My nails have grown so quickly and they haven't lifted a bit! They are super strong but the only downfall to them is that they take forever to get on. This is one of the few salons in Orlando that offer SNS so I decided to give it a try. I read that it was appointment only so I called ahead to see if they had any available appointments for that day and we agreed on a time so I came with my cousin from out of town. I noted a box of some products just sitting on the front table in the waiting area, some would deem unprofessional but I didn't really care. We were taken pretty quickly. The owner who was beside me had some input on my preferences on length and shape which I respected because I haven't gotten my nails done since I was about 15. I am 20 now and I've never had SNS so I was a little confused by how the process worked and they were really bad at walking me through it. My lady finished with my nails but didn't tell me I was done and then went off to give her next client a pedicure. I was sitting there no fan was on my nails and I waited about 15-20 mins, then checked to make sure they were dry and got up to go to the restroom. I was asked to come back by the owner lady and put my nails in front of a fan for another minute. I once again respected her knowledge and came back to sit until she deemed suitable. I waited for her to give me the go but she was kind of a smart ass about it and her client as well made a comment. I guess I am just used to nail techs being a little more vocal and like I said it has been about 5 years since I've been to a nail salon and they knew that so this just made me feel a little uncomfortable. The lady who did my nails did a great job however and I really enjoyed the Netflix movie that was playing. I will be back and hopefully will get better acquainted with the ladies who work there. My cousin had a dark skinned woman as her tech and she hated her nails because they were wayyyyy too thick. She also hated that it took so long.
