I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them. They are only nice before you order or buy the car. Once the car arrives, not only the deal changes but they will try to hustle you left and right. I had to argue to keep What we agreed on. They also try to force me to go through their bank but thank God, I had everything on text. Once the deal was done, I never received the Temporary plate and I kept following up but no luck until we got pulled over and officer said the tag on the car is fake. The car was impounded and has a ticket/court. When I called them right away with the officer, for some reason the car was registered and we received the office email from OK state that night. I've sent over 10 emails asking for a clarification in why they sent me bad temp tags and why they send the paperwork that night instead of the day we signed the agreement but they decided stopped answering my calls " every time I call the receptionist asks for my name, put me on hold then tell me sry no one is available. Can I get a message?" It's been over month no call or email response. If you want to be in trouble with the law by buy a car from a shady, dishonest, unprofessional Dealership, go to them. From the sales person to both managers all bad and unhelpful. You put a client in a bad situation after he spent over 120k! Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. I also asked if the Technicians could look at the rear drivetrain of the car as the rear of my car was making a noise during acceleration. Later in the day, I received a phone call that I needed to have a rear differential flush done. My car is not due for a rear differential flush for another 4,000 miles. However, the service adviser told me that if I go ahead and have them do the rear differential flush, it would resolve the noise. I knew then, that Wilson Service department technicians are incompetent. Performing preventive maintenance early does not resolve mechanical issues that have already occurred. I picked-up my car that afternoon and after I arrived home, I checked to see if my tires had been rotated and they had not. I still had the same very worn tires on the back of the car. My scratched wheel on the front passenger side of the car was still on the front passenger side. So, it was apparent the tires had not been rotated. I was not aware they charged for tire rotation until the following week when I had time to review my service invoice. That is when I noticed a $25 charge for tire rotation that they never performed. I am now questioning whether or not they actually changed the oil in my car... I called and left a message for Wilson Chevrolet service department manager. But the manager has not returned my phone calls. Wilson Chevrolet is greedy and deceitful. Furthermore, it is wrong to charge customers for service that was not done! read more

Purchased a Cadillac Escalade from Wilson Cadillac early 2024 from stock and the transaction went smoothly, however, I ordered a new 2025 Escalade from Joey, a salesman there, and had a confirmed price upon ordering. When the car arrived Joey pulled a fast one and that the price would be about 5% higher and that I would also need to take $2,700 in dealer add-ons I didn't order and didn't want. I spoke with Chris the General Manager and he said he wouldn't be held to anything Joey agreed to, even in writing, and that he had buyers at the higher price and I could take it or leave it. This was a total bait and switch to use my name to order a car that they then could go and sell for more than they agreed to sell it to. me for. Buyer beware. They are shady and dishonest. I will never again purchase a vehicle from Wilson Cadillac or recommend them. read more

Made an appointment a week in advance as we knew we would be traveling through Stillwater. Dropped the truck off earlier than our appointment time in the morning our appointment was for 9:00AM. They never even looked at our vehicle. Said they most likely would not be able to get anything accomplished on day two. I was frustrated due to the fact I had an appointment to have my truck looked at. They told me that their appointments are only to meet with the service person. Nothing to do with when the work gets done. If they would have at least looked at our truck and given us an idea as to the time to fix it I would be fine. When traveling it is difficult to have your rig set on a dealership lot and have NOTHING done. Mind over matter. They don't mind because we didn't matter. read more

Never never never go to this service department for anything, especially if you are a woman. They lie about just about everything to do with your vehicle and the check engine light continues to come on every 2 weeks after being seen here. I called a different chevy dealership about an issue that Wilson said was going on with my vehicle, and the other dealership told me right away that they were completely and outrageously over-charging and lying about how that specific part worked. They even told me that there was no reason for it to be replaced. When I called the service desk to talk about this, they hung up on me when I asked for an update. They initially couldn't make the problem happen in the shop, and after talking with Scott to give them a better idea of what's going on they were able to find the problem. We just bought a 2011 Cadillac SRX and we couldn't be happier with the whole process. We had David as our salesman and he seriously went above and beyond for us. They made sure to do a full inspection for us and fix a couple things we noticed. Our car came with DVD players in the seats, but we weren't sure how to operate them so he got a DVD for our daughters so that he could demonstrate it for us. They have the worst service dept. I have ever been to. The lack of knowledge of the basic skills in crazy. I own 23 vehicles of which 4 are 2020 chevy's. Been there 3 times for problems on 1 month old truck. Finally went to my dealer 3 hours from stillwater where I live told him what truck was doing. I was told do not drive he was sending tow truck and loaner on 6 hour round trip to get truck. Truck has had diesel exhaust smoke getting in cab. Broke clamp. Seems like fumes in cab not safe. BUYER BEWARE! We purchased an 2016 Cadillac ATV with manufacturer warranty still on it. When the car was delivered to us the check engine light was on, the tires where cracked and bubbled, the tire sensor did not work and it was down 5 quarts of oil. We had the car towed to a nearby Certified Cadillac Dealer. The service department found that the the 2 catalytic converters where completely gutted out and the O2 sensor was tampered with. According to Federal EPA Laws for Clean Air, it is illegal to sell a car with a tampered emission systems. My husband contacted the dealership and spoke with Dathan Wilson. Dathan Wilson(the owner) refuses to take any responsibility for the condition of this car at point of sale. He is also refuses to pay for the repairs of the emission system so the car is working properly according to Federal EPA Standards. This dealership is a crook! Buyer Beware! We are posting this review because we would hate for another potential buyer to have to go through this nightmare. GM really needs to revoke their license. read more

I consider service after the sale is just as important as the sale itself. I bought a car for my daughter from Wilson Cheverlet. The car we decided on was unlocked during the entire process and we never had to use the key fob. Before we left we noticed that the key fob wasn't working. The salesman along with a service employee tried to fix it, but couldn't. They promised me a new key fob if I came back in a few days. Well days came and went. I called and got the run around. I waited even a couple of weeks but no one contacted me. I then called the sales manager all he did was blow smoke up my ass and basically just said that the salesman didn't have the right to make promises. 2 months later and still no working key fob. Me, my family and friends will no longer do business with Wilson Chevrolet of Stillwater. To me a persons word is everything. NEVER EVER EVER would I buy another vehicle from this rip off joint! My husband flew down there to buy me an '04 Escalade that they had advertised online. Maybe I should start at the beginning of this story... we found this Escalade advertised on cars.com for 15,900.00. When I called to ask about it, they told me the price should have been $2,000.00 more and it was a mistake. I asked them if they had ever heard of 'bait and switch'. With that, they directed me to a salesman, Michael, whose every other word is 'Yes Ma'am'. I made the mistake of purchasing this vehicle and my husband flew down from IL. to pick it up. In the meantime, while I was negotiating, I was told by the salesman that everything worked on it. NOT SO! The gps does not work, it came with only one key fob that does not work (yes, we tried changing the battery), and it needed $600 worth of front end work the day we got it home. The video machine makes a grinding noise, which at this point is the least of my problems. I called Michael numerous times in regards to when will he have the 'key 1' key fob sent to me, as he said the previous owner was still 'looking for it'. I also asked at least 3 times for a working gps disc as the one he sent to me did not work, and he insisted that the car had gps. Well, it is there, but it does not work! I found that out by taking it to a local dealer who told me that the disc was ok but the radio needs to be replaced to the tune of $900.00! So, I called again and asked to speak to the manager. The owner got on the phone and asked me, "Well, does it or doesn't it have GPS?" I said it does not work and I would also like the 2nd key fob. He spoke to me as though HE was the one being ripped off!. I said I was very unhappy and would be contacting my attorney. With that he said he should not be talked to like that and hung up on me! Since everyone is posting about their amazing experiences with businesses I would like to post about an experience I had. The first time my husband Travis and I visited Wilson Chevrolet in the college town of Stillwater, Ok was in July 2012 to see about a car my father-in-law was interested in buying. (He was in the hospital and unable to go see about it himself). Our salesperson David Scroggins was very helpful and even offered to bring the paperwork the 2 miles down the same main road to the hospital the next morning for my father-in-law to sign. Travis and I left the room number and exactly where the room was located, with the understand that Mr. Scroggins would meet me there the next morning at 9 am. I made the necessary arrangements to take off work and drove to Stillwater the next day. At 9:15 am my father-in-law gets a call on his cell phone. It's Mr. Scroggins wanting someone to come to the dealership to sign the paperwork. What? Ok, I thought you offered to bring it to the hospital. Aggravated, I took my mother-in-law to the dealership and she signed the paperwork and gave them her check for the full amount of the car. A few weeks later my father-in-law passed away. Losing him left us all very sad and me even more bitter about how he was treated by Wilson Chevrolet. Fast forward to today. My mother-in-law went back to Wilson Chevrolet last week and traded the car we got in July for one more suiting her needs. She made an agreement with Devin Wilson of Wilson Chevrolet to be there at 8:30 am this morning for the tint and pin-striping to be done to the car. We met at the dealership promptly at 8 am and left the car there and went to the Dr. Appointment she had a few miles away in the same town, Stillwater. From there we did some shopping and ate lunch while waiting for the phone call that the car was done and she could pick it up and return home. After noon we went back by to see how much longer until the car was ready. It had never moved. It was sitting in the same spot where she parked it 4 hours earlier. When we inquired as to why, Mr. Wilson said he was waiting for the tint company to come get the car and take it to their own business to do the work but they didn't open until 10am. Oh, I see. So we made the appointment to have the car to the dealership at 8:30 am because?? Mr. Wilson said he never made any appointment and proceeded to act like he had no idea what we were talking about or that he had ever seen us before. Stillwater is an hour drive south for my mother-in-law and an hour drive north for us. My mother-in-law is 71 years old and a recent widow. How much time and what is she supposed to do an hour from home while waiting for her car to have completed what was promised? My mother and father-in-law are the most wonderful, gracious, caring and giving people you could ever hope to find on this earth and for them to receive this treatment has been very upsetting. I don't understand how Wilson Chevrolet wouldn't want to do their best to help someone when not once, but twice in less than a two month time frame they bought and paid for a car in full from them. read more

Had my sons car in the service department for front suspension repairs. I was called and told that the problem was a loose body part. When I picked up the car the front drivers fender had a dent in it and paint was coming off. At first they told me the car had come in like that. Then they admitted that the problem may have happened while the car was here but it was caused by a loose body part. After several minutes of arguing they informed me that since the car had a loose body part they were not responsible for the dented fender and paint that chipped off. So somehow even though the car ( with 10,000 miles on it)was delivered to them with a perfect fender with no scratches or dents and was given back to me with a dent and chipped paint that was my fault. So, not only did I have to take it somewhere else to find out that the suspension problem was nothing. I also have to pay more than $1700 to get my fender repaired. read more

When they called to let me know that my car was ready my kids were napping and my husband was at work.
