It is situated in a little cove with gazebo-type shelter and open all around. They had great music pumping into the dining area. It was peaceful and serene watching the gulls, boats, and kayakers. We ordered Little Neck clams (which could have been colder), and their famous lobster roll. The roll was chock full of meat, and the mixture was very delectable. It was so good in fact, that we ordered another. It did take some time to arrive at the table. We had a few beers which were chilled perfectly. At the time of our arrival at about 12:30, there were only a few diners. Within the hour, the place filled up. It was pleasant just sitting there, and we were not hurried out. Unfortunately there was a defect in my boat and the boat had to be returned for warranty work. The customer service representative from the factory was great, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and they took care of everything of course for no charge as it was warranty work. Upon my boats return, the sales man Jason from Bridge Marine wants to charge me for loading and unloading my boat from the factory truck. I cannot believe that the boat dealership that sold me the boat wants to charge me for my boat being returned for warranty work. Jason claimed that the warranty work is between me and the factory, he claimed the dealership has nothing to do with the boat they sold me for warranty work. I never heard of a dealership that will not stand behind what it sold and wants to charge for facilitating warranty repairs with the factory. In my experience with dealerships that sold a defective item is they bend over backwards to help you with warranty work and apologize for your inconvenience. I am waiting to speak with the owner of the dealership as this is the craziest thing I ever heard. I will follow up my review after I speak with the owner. I spoke with the owner and he made everything GOOD!!! My advice is deal with the owner, he gets a 5 and the sales guy gets a 0.

In this update I would just add that 2022 was another great year as Mark and the team at OneSails were there for everything I needed this season, and the low price to fix the shredded foot of my spinnaker, with a 20 foot rip from being caught in a cleat, was extremely reasonable and the repair completed in less than a week. I also love the new white mainsail and wheel covers they made for me last winter. I also like how they support our local sailing events like the CYC Vanderbilt Cup where I won that cover. I had been in the water for 5 straight years though hauled every 6 months for cleaning and new zinc. This time I wanted to do the work myself or so I thought. On their own, Harett came over twice and offered to help. Of course I paid him. The haul was the most reasonable and so was the labor. The yard, the old Brewers West is going through some transition but I got great work done here. Very happy.

Last fall we ordered a custom winter frame and cover system from Fairclough Sailmakers Inc. for my…read more36-foot sailboat. Fairclough installed the frame and cover in October 2025. Per their instructions we removed snow from the cover after every snowfall to prevent damage. While doing so we discovered a large hole in the cover. It looks like the installers did not install a crutch tip on the horizontal support strut that was part of the frame. My husband has tried contacting the company via text, email and phone to address this issue with no success. We are disappointed that a cover that is supposed to last 10-12 years hasn't even lasted one season. We are more disappointed the company is not responding or standing by their work.

Well, it was 6 years before I actually got to use it as I vacillated between inside and outside. About 4 years ago I committed and hoped it would fit correctly. Brand new out of the box 6 years after purchase it fit like a glove. Their workmanship is absolutely amazing and I am very happy with the outcome. Unlike shrink-wrap there is no chance of blistering the gelcoat and the fact that the cover wraps close to the hull below the waterline makes securing the cover wonderful.
