I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them. The vehicle is personally owned by a manager, not the business. I was told this along with since it's his personal vehicle he doesn't need to sell it. Note that I am not unhappy my offer wasn't taken, what is wrong is to sell a personal vehicle and represent it as dealer owned. Then on top of it, they want a dealer doc fee. In CO when you buy a vehicle from a person there is nothing needed but a signed title, the seller doesn't collect taxes, or do any other paperwork. What kind of scam is this place running. I have to say the salesman was doing good, for a used car salesman, but these businesses practices of selling personal vehicles not even owned by the dealership and charging doc fees, etc. is extremely sus. I'd avoid this dealer at all costs, nothing different or better or worse than any other dealer.....sad.

When we took it back we got the correct trim we needed which were the same needs mentioned during our first purchase. After getting home we see they stole $1500 of our down payment ($5000 cash given and $3498 recorded on finance papers) and charged us other fees we agreed would be removed at the time of purchase. Buyer beware and stay far away from this shady joint. The vehicle is amazing and we couldn't be happier, just wish we had bought elsewhere.

I think my Dr. calls them a "Wellness Visit" when I see him but I think that saying works well for making sure my car is in good shape too! I had a young man named Kelten Christensen as my service advisor and thought he did a great job making sure my cars needs were taken care of. I'd gladly have him help me again next time. To top things off after the service part was done they washed my car and did a really good job. Not just a hose it off wash but actually made my car look nice! I've had the displeasure of coming here 3 times over the years and never left satisfied. The most recent experience was beyond frustrating. After getting repairs yesterday, my vehicle developed a nasty chemical smell while running. I took it back. They left it running in the bay and said they couldn't smell anything. They told me it was just the smell from the UPS store next door?????? I don't live at the Honda dealership so how would that make any sense. Knowing it never left the bay, I asked how it smelled when they drove it. They said no smell. I asked how they knew if it never left the bay. They hesitated and said they could test drive it if I wanted them to. Obviously . It did leave this time But I already knew they were gonna deny it again. When it came back they said no smell. The air wasn't even on..... They said the most experienced person drove it and said I was just smelling my air fresher. How do they expect me to believe that the scent I've been buying for years just magically started smelling like chemicals the day they "repaired" my vehicle. My 2 year old can even smell it because we get in my car and she says "Daddies car stinky". The smell gives us headaches and we have to drive windows down. I dread the times where my trusted mechanic tells me I have to take it to Honda so they can fix a warranty issue. Avoid it here if you can.

The transmission had went out shortly after buying the vehicle, and they blamed me for it despite being told from an Allstate trusted mechanic that it was NOT MY FAULT, and they calculated over $15,000 worth of damage from the previous wreck which they failed to disclose with me. I also had a 3 year warranty of which the bank that owns my car told me that the warranty should cover the transmission. Rich's cars n credit has lied and told me that it doesn't cover it. I've been way too nice holding back my review and honest opinion, but I just simply can't anymore. Save yourself and buy from someone else!
