I pushed back to James Lee saying I feel earwax in there when I push on my side and I can't hear. He said verbatim "why would I lie to you?". I didn't have an answer because I didn't think he was lying. I just thought he missed it. And he did. Big time. There is an ENT shortage on the island, but that's not an excuse to be dismissive and too proud to listen and check again. This "doctor" is really really bad and also really rude. Only go here as a last resort.

This office truly takes you in as family and not just another patient in their files. Parking is easy as the office is served by a very large parking structure that is connected to the building. Paying for parking is also very easy as there are payment kiosks on every floor that take both physical and touches payment options. Appointments are fairly easy to get if you are in immediate need as they allow for same day or next day appointments if you call when they open. Like the other 5 reviews, everything you read is all true. Dr Nitta is so easy to talk to and provides great care and suggestions to guide you to a healthier living. His staff are just as great as Dr Nitta too! Very friendly and easy to talk with. It never fails that when I leave the office, I'm always in good spirit. Parking is easy and no validation to the parking tickets you get upon entering. Pay your ticket by kiosk located on floor 1 and 3. Not sure if there's one on the 2nd floor since I never go to that floor anyways! Waiting room is small and cozy so don't bring your whole family with you cause theres like 5-6 chairs. On each floor tho, there's a waiting area next to the elevators. Anyways, here's to a 5 star update to this Yelp page!
