Never met a more incompetent and unprofessional doctor. I usually do not leave negative reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience so others don't waste their time and money with this doctor. I saw Dr. Harris who I have to say was excellent. He took care of my broken foot and also injected my knee and my hip and solved some other issues. However, my broken foot was extremely painful. I took pain medication as per prescribed, I do not like pain medication so I tried to not take it as much as possible. However, at the beginning my foot was so painful I could not put any pressure on it or sleep however, when I needed more pain medication this office completely ignored me. I called several times and I was told someone would get back to me and they never did. I was without medication for an entire week and almost had to go to the emergency room, I just laid in my bed and waited it out until somebody called me one week later! When I told Dr. Harris what was happening he apologized. However, this same scenario repeated itself a month later I wanted to come in and get an injection in my foot so that I would not need any more medication, but I could not get an appointment and I also was having a lot of trouble walking, I called the office and asked for some pain medication and an appointment. They would not refill my prescription unless I came. I was ready willing and able to come in but I could not get an appointment! Then the doctor was going on vacation so I asked if I could at least get something to get me through the week so I could work and then I would come in. No answer. Then the doctor came back from vacation and I tried to get into see him but I could not get an appointment. I asked to speak to him on the phone and they said they would call me back and they didn't. He also told me to message him through the portal which I did, now it is Friday and I couldn't bear to go another weekend without any medication to help me walk. I messaged him in the portal. They read the message at 1 o'clock in the afternoon and no one ever got back to me. So here it is another weekend where I will have to lie in my bed because I cannot walk without pain. This is nothing short of malpractice, and I am disgusted with this office and their lack of communication. I saw another doctor in this orthopedic group several years ago for another broken bone and she was amazing. She always called me back when I called and she checked up on me after surgery. If I was in pain, she gave me advice and told me what to do prescribing whatever I needed in addition to physical therapy. As I said , Dr. Harris is technically very good and he seems to be a very nice guy, but his talents are wasted in an office with little to no communication. I will be finding another orthopedic doctor.

In November 2025, I prepaid several thousand dollars for PRP injections, but after surgery the plan changed and the doctor agreed a refund was owed for injections not received. This was never disputed. Despite that, it took about six months of repeated calls, emails, and office visits to receive the refund. I was told multiple times that the refund had been processed or mailed when it had not. I am sharing this so patients can be aware of the refund process before paying large amounts upfront. Although the Dr. blamed a bad billing company, I was always interacting with his office staff who were clearly communicating with him.

I do not recommend Dr. Ky Le or this office based on my experience…read more I initially came in for significant shoulder and spine pain. X-rays were ordered, but the results were never properly explained or reviewed with me in a meaningful way. Instead, I was quickly recommended a steroid injection in my shoulder and was told it would resolve the issue. I was even told he would give the same injection to his own wife if she were in my condition, which strongly influenced my decision to proceed. I moved forward based on that confidence. At one point, a lower lumbar steroid injection was also suggested, but I declined that treatment. I also specifically asked if I could continue going to the gym and was told "no problem." Based on that guidance, I signed up for a one-year gym membership and paid for a personal trainer. Within a few months, my pain returned and worsened. I scheduled a follow-up appointment on 10/22/2025 but waited approximately 55 minutes with no communication or update. I ultimately left without being seen. Despite this, my insurance (HMAA) was still billed for the visit, which I am now disputing. The office environment also raised concerns. The practice is located in a retail-style complex rather than a traditional medical setting, and the front desk area felt disorganized and overcrowded, with multiple staff members/helpers gathered around the main desk without a clearly structured office setup. I also had concerns about patient privacy during check-in. During my visit, at one point, the doctor took out his phone and showed me information about another patient he had assisted, which felt completely unrelated to my care. The only positive part of my experience was one medical assistant (a young male staff member), who was professional, respectful, and efficient. After seeking a second opinion, I was advised to immediately stop going to the gym. That physician identified a significant calcium deposit in my shoulder (about the size of an almond) and ordered further imaging, including an MRI, I had a lavage treatment to remove the almond-sized calcification. I was also informed I have lumbar stenosis (L1 and L2), which had not been clearly explained to me previously, and I was referred to physical therapy. Looking back, I regret not trusting my instincts about Dr. Ky Le and his office from the start. I also feel that the Hippocratic Oath to do no harm was not reflected in my care. My condition worsened and I ultimately required further treatment after his care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Ky Le or this practice.

Unfortunately, I had to find another provider because my work shift had changed and Primary Care Plus isn't open on the weekends and they close relatively early. I try to refer him to as many people as I can because I truly believe he is the best and is very much invested in seeing his patients succeed and thrive. The Office is pretty big and it's always clean. The Staff is friendly, I really always enjoyed when Jade would help me. Hopefully one day I can go back to him, I'm satisfied with the care I'm receiving at the new place but the difference is night and day.

New hire, Alden took my temperature, blood pressure and weight then escorted me to Room #6. Dr. Fei soon entered. He's very easy to talk to and I was able to ask him questions I had concerns about. During my first visit I got a shot in my left thumb joint. Today I got shots in both thumb joints and decided upon surgery on my left hand after our summer Disneyland trip and in between child sitting the grand kiddies. Next time I see Dr. Fei may be in the operating room. The date of surgery was chosen on one of his Monday surgery dates and is pending authorization. Geoff will submit the request. I was told that even though we selected a date to have the thumb and carpal tunnel worked on I needed to be flexible cuz surgery could be cancelled from one week prior to the actual day of surgery. Oooh... pins and needles, needles and pins. Que sera sera. I changed my fur bebe's annual vet visit that was scheduled the same day. Fingers crossed things will work out fine. I was informed that the surgery is painful for about 2 months, plus the accessories of a splint and cast. Also recovery will take at least 6 months or more with physical therapy. I figured do it rather than prolong the decision. So much to look forward to so ...just get it done. If the surgery happens another star might be added.
