I didnt wait long before being called in to see Dr. Murakami. After sitting down and being in there for about 30 seconds I was already getting rushed vibes from him. He asked very few questions and the information I did provide him he didnt seem to be listening and almost felt like he was "brushing" me off. At first he wasnt writing anything I was saying down and then almost out of force he started writing down my symptoms. I went in for tonsil stones that have been causing irritation for quite some time, and a chronic sinus issue - I even told him about my lymph nodes always being swollen. He did not do any type of physical exam to my throat or nose for the issues brought to his attention. After a 3 minute visit he ushered me out with a recommendation to use mouthwash. I felt very rushed, ignored and like he wasnt listening to anything I was saying. He made me feel foolish for coming in and the my concerns were invalid. I would not recommend this doctor, go to someone who still cares about their patients concerns.

Dr. Inouye informed us that patient had 3+ fractures showing us on the X-ray taken prior. No surgery needed per her consult with surgeon, no pain meds prescribed. Icing for 20 minutes and OTC Tylenol advised as prescribed pain killers might delay healing. Dr. Inouye is very personable, easy to talk to, she said she doesn't do surgeries and goes every Tuesday to Straub Kapolei. We will continue to come to Pali Momi, Aiea. Return visit in two weeks with more xrays. First time that I can recall hubs will be off work for all 3 holidays this year. He is always working on holidays. He can barely walk nor move his fractured side without severe pain. Just call me, Florence Nightin' Gail- chief chauffeur, cook and body washer. Enjoy your holidays and keep safe.
