In spite of seeing reviews about the "grouchy" guy in the front my experience was anything but that. First there was Bobby who looked kind of rough but he was very nice and after I told him the problem with my car told me that they would look at it right away and got the owner Jeff. When I saw the back brace on his back and told him that I had lumbar spine surgery 2 months ago we got into an interesting conversation about that while they got my car on the rack and Jeff was looking at it. Then Jeff came and got me to show me the damage. My car is an old but reliable 2007 Toyota Camry. I was hoping that the joint connecting the muffler to the catalytic converter could be soldered but there was so much corrosion the joint and catalytic converter needed to be replaced. It was expensive for me on a limited fixed income but much lower than other places. Jeff told me that it would take about an hour but it was about 45 minutes. I told Jeff and Bobby about the negative comments about the "grouchy" guy and asked which one it was. They pointed at each other and we all started laughing. Jeff said that he doesn't look at the reviews. I told them that I thought that they were funny and delightful.

They are the most unprofessional and uncommunicative SO-CALLED business I have ever dealt with. First of all they did not even talk to me properly about what was going with my vehicle. I sat there for over 2 hours and then they told me that they needed me to leave my car and they would call me between 5:30 and 6 pm. I never received a call, I called them no answer. I called at 9 the next morning no answer, then finally at 9:38, the Secretary answered and after putting me on hold twice told me the mechanic would call me back in a hour, almost 2 hours later I had to call him back. I was then told that they were checking the water pump and would call me back as soon as they figured out exactly what was wrong with my car, this I found out after 5pm and several phone calls later. They also don't even have you fill out anything or sign anything agreeing for them to do work on your car and charge you for it . Instead of initially test driving the car, these idiots did a million other things according to them first and when they finally decided to test drive it found out it was the Fan Control Module. So in total they charged me $339.00 because they included 2 hours of labour for their own stupidity. I am appalled that people run a business like this and I have a mechanic who was servicing my car before I moved to Georgia who told me that there are some mechanics who will just rip you off and this is one of them. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED IT BACK PROMPTLY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR NEEDS JUST THEIR POCKETS.

This is the worst business I ever patronized…read more I went in for Alignment and they convinced me to change 2 tires, ( I knew one had a nail in it ) , I agreed, they also mentioned changing my wipers and I agreed, I also agreed to a oil change which I normally do at Walmart. Ended up spending about $460. I was there about 9 hours as against 1 hour they promised because they did wrong and my car started shaking while I drive. I returned 3 times same day, they also detected something was wrong but they couldn't detect, they went into my rotors, brakes etc but got worse. I called customer care and they directed I take the car back for re-balancing. I chose to got to another Maviis and they found out that my tires were bad. We discovered that instead of removing the 2 damaged tires from my car, they took out the 2 good ones and replaced with new ones. I was still left with thee 2 bad tires that I paid iMavis to replace.
