After confirming the job they basically "went dark" with communication, with us continually calling them with no response, & we decided to cancel with them & return to Loveseat --- & couldn't be happier. Our experience by and large has been pleasant, so was it this time till the last few minutes, during having our bill processed. The lady (I suppose was the store manager or accountant). She first invited my husband to the billing machine to have his membership details and once her colleague was finished taking the details, the store manager/accountant suddenly in a terse tone asked him to wait for the collection behind the counter. Really ? Who asked her to ask him to come there ? We as always were gracefully waiting at the counter for the payment with a touch less card and the merchandise pick up. The same details could have been shared right from that place. I strongly recommend the store management to look into this behaviour and apprise.
