They have a massive selection of bourbon balls. They've been a huge hit every time they've been gifted. Each time I've visited, they've offered a sample of a bourbon ball. There was some kind of gutter work going on in this part of the street so parking was limited. Unfortunately, when we came by for ice cream next door on our first day in Louisville the candy shop was already closed for the day. The shop is a small, family-owned business operating since 1921. Inside are displays of handmade candies, delectable treats like Old Fashion Kentucky Bourbons and Muth's Modjeskas as well as unique novelty treats like horseshoe shaped chocolates. I was the first customer and I already knew what I wanted. The chocolates were already pre-packaged, I chose a bag each of the milk peanut clusters and milk chocolate raisin clusters... they were fresh and so delicious! Everyone has those weird texture foods they can't eat and for some reason I'm that way with strawberries. I know, I'm a weirdo.
