It was obvious that they are experienced professionals, and they took great care in making sure the wall was built correctly according to industry standards including creating a level stable gravel base, setting up the drainage, and perfectly straight lines of the wall on a sloped surface. They also included the planting, weed fabric and mulch below the wall and grass seed on top which made it low maintenance for me. It was easy to communicate with Ed. As a company they were very responsive to various questions I had before and during the process and their proposal provided detailed information about how the work would be done. I got a couple of estimates before Minh's, and one of them said they would not remove the rocks and weeds, and that they would just put soil over it. They charged almost triple as well. Another company said they could not remove the rocks and weeds. I was getting so desperate that I even put a sign out saying "free rocks, you haul" but nobody took them.
