Terrible service and very unorganized No AC..felt like a sauna I tried ordering the roast beef bagel but they didn't have any roast beef which was very disappointing. Instead I got a turkey n avocado bagel and pretty sure the turkey or avocado or cream cheese went bad cause I've had a bad stomach ache all day. Go to a different donut house, don't waist your time. Staff was less than hospitable...seemed like they didn't want to be there, and wanted even less to be serving customers. I asked for donut holes, and after a short debate about what I asked for, the employee went to the back and brought a dozen rocks back out to me. These donut holes had to be at least a week old, a few days old at best. The bag was so heavy, you'd have thought I had two burritos in it. OMG I was sitting in this location this was my first time here And all the sudden the table next to me a big roach crawled Across The table I was so shocked I am scared to death of bugs especially nasty cock roaches!! I went up to the counter and quietly told them manager which then I found out she was the owner and her reply was yes we get them from time to time they'll be in to spray on Tuesday I'm like WTF!! Very bad experience I went at midnight tried to catch new doughnuts but i was given old one's from the day before. In the end i read a plaque saying "if you don't get a receive receipt you get a free doughnut" well i did not get my receipt and the cashier argued and argued towards me saying the receipt was in the trash can and that counts so i get no doughnut. Best fresh juices in town! Their donut selection is awesome, freshly made daily and they taste great!!! The owners and staff are always so sweet and attentive. I use to come here twice a day for thirty years. I no longer am a customer of Winchell's or of bills. (The owner) the Baker was just rude and disgusting talking about the different disgusting things would do to the doughnuts and he thought it was hilarious. I've heard this baker refuse to serve people because "he doesn't want to" he even refused to serve my daughter a coffee. When she asked why he said it was because she was a woman and disabled and he didn't like that, he thinks it should be like old times when they would put people with disabilities locked up and throw away the key. (The bakers words, not mine!) I was horrified and disgusted by his behavior. When I approached bill and Sandra about it they didn't care and said he could do what he wants. So if you come here enjoy the disgusting things the baker does to the doughnuts (and that's IF you can get him to serve you!) and I say after thirty years of being a loyal customer twice a day, peace out! read more

Not only are the quality of donuts excellent, the customer service is even better! I have been going to this Winchells ever since I moved to this area. I have always been very satisfied with the donuts. Recently I went in to buy a few dozen to take with me to a place that I volunteer at and when the owner, Bill, found this out, he "donated" the donuts!
