Parking is SUPER tight and compact in this plaza and it shares the space with lots of popular businesses like 5 Below, Aldi, Bath and Body Works, and many eateries, so keep this in mind and be on alert so you don't accidentally get your car scuffed. I ordered online and did all of my customization on their website, paid, and was given an estimated pick up time. I came like 5 minutes after the pick up time and was instructed to wait for like another 2 minutes. I believed when I was there, it was only 1 worker working, so it took some time for her to come out to greet me, but no big deal. I spent the extra time looking at what they have in store, including cards, celebratory and decorative packaging and items for your bundt cakes, the mini bundt cakes and smaller ones you can order the day of, and much more. You can also sign up to get a free one for your birthday if you join their newsletter or membership. Bundt came came out perfectly decorated and wrapped. We honestly thought the shop was closed. No one was watching the storefront. We waited for a bit and finally called out there we're here. A lady came out and was just on her phone. She helped us for a few seconds and went to the back where another lady came to help us complete the transaction. Although the flavor and cakes here are consistently good, the service is far from it. At this point, we're better off ordering from a kiosk and have the cakes brought out. Mind you, it was empty for quite some time. This is a place that could definitely benefit from those AI bots that take your order as opposed to having staff just stay in the back and having customers awkwardly wait outside. Every time we pass here, it always looks empty. It's either they're understaffed or just need more training. Although the place is clean, there isn't really much to praise the place. With that being said, Dulce, the only staff members working when I came in, was super helpful in answering all of my questions. I tried three flavors: the banana pudding (a limited edition), carrot cake, and s'mores (also limited edition). The banana pudding was a pleasant surprise -- not overly sweet and reminded me of banana bread. The carrot cake was a bit too sweet and dense for my family's taste. The s'mores was extremely sweet, which we expected. Just a tip, if you're blowing out a candle on top, be cautious of the graham cracker crumble flying. I was so excited when I found out a Nothing Bundt Cakes was opening nearby because it's so much closer now. I've already visited twice, once to pick up a box of Bundtinis and then again to try the Pineapple Upside Down Bundtlet. AThey're currently in their soft opening, so when I came to pick up my order, it wasn't quite ready yet. That's totally understandable. They're new and already getting busy, which is a great sign. The staff was very welcoming and kind, and the shop itself is clean, inviting, and well organized. The Bundt cakes were absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed the Pineapple Upside Down Bundtlet. It was moist, flavorful, and very rich. The portion was generous too. In my opinion, it's definitely something two people could share. The toughest part was trying to figure out how to get the tiered cake to the celebration looking nice.
