So patient has to reschedule his procedure another month to get an appointment/authorization. No big deal that this man has had surgery, physical therapy, medications and injections for his pain. And nothing is working. Stimulator in his back is the next step. If Mr. Lindsey is that busy with court, classes and seeing patients maybe he should reevaluate his scheduling method. Obviously..... But yet they can make you sit in the lobby for over an hour without any notice at all. The receptionist to the left of the elevator will also catch an attitude when you go and ask about the wait. The blonde "nurse" will also catch an attitude with you and then tell you that they were "dealing with an emergency" and that is the cause of the delay. Yet, you've been sitting here for over an hour and have seen all the people who have come and gone and all of which have been in the back for the same amount of time - 30 minutes. Requested to speak with the doctor (Waheed) as to what the delay is, but they sent a nurse instead. The lack of accountability with this place just astounds me. This place has the worst time management skills and even worse customer service skills. You would think that a place like this would have been customer service skills and better time management... silly me, I forgot this place is a doctors office and all they care about is their money. My wife and I will be looking for somewhere else to go.
