If you haven't been here before, you could easily spend almost an entire day looking through all the hidden gems they have. Since I come here basically once every week, there are weeks where they aren't many new items I find, but then there are also weeks where I feel like I've hit the jackpot. I've gotten good quality protein bars for cheap, expensive greek yogurt for cheap, and amazing novelty things you'd only find at sprouts or Whole Foods (for half the price). Also, soda galore. Over the past year, they've had every soda you can think of for super cheap. This store is the only way I've been able to try certain energy drinks I've been eyeing in the regular stores. Every employee is friendly and they're always willing to help. Also super clean in there. All the products are nearly placed on shelves and it's always a treat to see. My only gripe is I wish they had self check-outs (or just more registers open at certain times) and more than just two locations. But otherwise, their prices are way better all around the board!

I used to shop in Gilbert, 30 minutes away, but having a closer local store makes it easier for quick grocery runs. In less than six months, this store has gone downhill. There is never any parking, the employees never know what to do when items ring up incorrectly, the shopping carts are already in bad shape, and the store is not run by good management. I attended the grand opening, and the store was fully staffed, and it was a great experience. They had at least 10 cashiers on duty the first couple of months, and there was never a long line. Visiting now, there's only one cashier at night, and lines go all the way into the aisles. If you shop after 9 PM, the stocking crew has boxes piled in the middle of the floors and aisles where you can't even shop in peace without almost falling over a box. Another issue is the bright lights in the store. The lighting is way too bright, especially at night; it almost gives me a headache walking through the store. I've also noticed many expired items on shelves; recently, I saw something expired from February 3rd, and it was March 27th! I also never can find good produce; I find so many moldy items which is unacceptable! Overall, this store is just so unorganized, and I do not have a good experience shopping here. I either shop at the new Safeway or the Gilbert WinCo and drive further.

They shuck and put them on ice for you and you can't beat the value. You can also get a one topping pizza for $12, and family pack tiramisu and tres leche cakes for $10. I also love their smoked salmon and the brisket @ the self serve smokehouse hot bar for only $14.99/lb. I love that I can pick out the pieces I want and where can you get briskets for that price? I always feel good buying food here due to their high standards and the convenience.

I have all of the emails as proof of the timeline and resolution from Corporate. Note: I wasn't getting any replies for weeks (the gift card phone number goes to a non functioning phone numbers well) so I filed a BBB Complaint. WFM didn't reply to that either. While they ended up "fixing the issue", there was no apologies, remorse for the unnecessary experience, treatment, or literally ignoring me for weeks using the sole method of communication (email for gift card support- went wholly unanswered). I am extremely frustrated at the horrible and disappointing customer service where they should have just issued me a new gift card in store. I left all of my groceries there and spent way too much time in that store that was completely unnecessary. It was nice to browse while waiting for my number to be called to order my tea. I was so tempted by all of the fun drinks that they have on the menu, but I stuck to what I came in for the decaf flavored teas. Today I went with a blueberry lavender and it is so delicious and such a pretty color. I also love how great of a deal it is for a 32 ounce large tea. I like the self check outs because if I don't have a lot of items that day I want to skip the lines.
