Tony and Luis were my light at the end of the tunnel. I was stranded and with completely shredded tire and no option for a spare. I was told it would be an hour wait to get my tow (late at night in the cold on the side of a dirt road), but guess who showed up in twenty five minutes? Tony and Luis. We talked the whole drive to my house about forty minutes away and they were hilarious. Two nice guys doing a job they like is a recipe for perfection. If there was a way to put these guys out of business or at least get them dropped as a "trusted" AAA towing service I would. I really didn't feel the need to write a review initially but their little muppet of a dispatch was too disrespectful and their reviews speak volumes. Don't use the service for anything! They will just tow your car back to their yard with excuse of "company policy". Every driver there does it and I hope more and more people refuse their tow service. Wind n sea states they are REQUIRED to tow me to their facility and not location of my choice because they are LEGALLY required to if they didn't CHP can fine them Long story short i denied the tow. Outstanding Service from Rudy! I recently had the misfortune of my car breaking down on. 25179 Zircon Road in Menifee California. I called AAA and they got in touch with a local towing service called Wind and Sea in Lake Perris California and the experience from dispatch to the actual service was excellent. The driver (Rudy) arrived within 15 minutes exactly was expected and a true professional. Rudy was incredibly kind, polite, courteous, and efficient during what was a stressful time for me. He quickly assessed the situation and explained everything clearly, and loaded my Mercedes C250 on the flatbed with great care! They just show up out if no where and picked up my mom's rental car after her accident, dropped her off at our house and took the rental car to their lot and would not release the car to her or the rental car company. This has resulted in a long drawn out issue with the rental company, my mom's insurance company my mom and this towing company for over 2 years now. I needed a late-night tow to avoid daytime traffic. Had been dealing with AAA to schedule a lift. After numerous calls to AAA (no one wanted to take the job) I got a call from Ray at Wind N Sea Towing. The tow was approximately 65-70 miles starting in Menifee. Ray took the job. He called, gave an estimated time of arrival, and showed up early. Ray quickly loaded the Truck, 1985 Nissan truck, onto the bed of the tow truck, and I hopped in the cab. The drive was long, a little over an hour 1/2 maybe. Ray was talkative and made me feel at ease. He was very professional, and knowledgeable about towing vehicles of all types, and before I knew it, we had arrived at our destination. Ray not only came to my rescue, he also helped place my truck in a safe location where it would not be tampered with...Thank you Ray for taking the call and making a stressful day an easy ride home. read more

My daughter's car broke down a few miles out of Perris. We called AAA and Wind & Sea Towing was dispatched. The driver arrive within 15 minutes. He checked to see if the car could be fixed but it appeared to be electrical. We ended up being towed home to San Clemente. He asked us if we were comfortable taking the Ortega Highway with the car in tow. It was nice that he asked. It was a long drive home and the driver was kind and easy to talk to. Yesterday as I was leaving for a Dr.'s appointment, I discovered that my car wouldn't start. Had to cancel my appointment. So I called Triple A and they sent out Wind N Sea Towing to tow my vehicle to the Fairview Ford dealership in San Bernardino. The battery would not stay on very long. I am sorry I did not get the young man's name who responded to the towing request, but he came earlier than I expected and handled my tow very professionally. I rode with him to the dealership. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Called AAA at 9:15 this morning, put in the request and was told they would be there in 2 hours. That's totally fine. It's the middle of the summer, 108 degrees out and I waited over 12 hours and they NEVER CAME. Every time I would request the status, more time had been added. Usually it was another 1-2 hours. They finally called me a 6:00pm, told me they were coming, then 7:30 rolls around and they still were not there. I finally canceled the request at 9pm. What a complete waste. On 5/3/23 the remote for my car wasn't working so I used the key in the door. My key got stuck in the door of my car. I called AAA and they gave me the choice of a truck or a locksmith. Because we were in Mentone, the locksmith wanted $400. AAA would pay $100 and I would pay the rest. We chose the truck! We figure the drivers know a lot and can probably figure it out. Well, in about 20 minutes our truck arrived. This really surprised us since the locksmith made a big deal of our location. We explained our situation to Richard and he got right to work. After opening my car door, Richard went in the side of my door and was able to get the key out of the lock. He explained to us that the reason it was jammed was because someone tried to break in to my car and messed up my lock. I went to start my car and it didn't start. Richard gave us a jump. He saved the day. He was very fast, friendly, and efficient. I wish all of the people we had to deal with in life were as helpful as Richard. Richard was great. They picked us up from an accident through AAA. They horrible communicators we felt like they were trying to scam us. Zero communication and we tried no one would call us back. I was told we would not be charged storage then they tried to charge us $100 a day. Beware do not use them. They are dishonest and rude. If you're in an accident and AAA sends you this company cancel ASAP.... They will tell you the car can't be taken to your home that it has to go to the there tow yard since it was involved in an accident and it can't be released until insurance company reaches out to release it. Which is total BS and a scam. We got scammed for all their fees which was a little over 1,800 CASH . Oh and of course they don't accept credit cards and there was nothing we could do about it. So plz be careful all 3 insurance companies we dealt with told us that information the tow yard was giving us was untrue. I would give this go-called towing a 0 rating if I could. I had AAA call to have my truck towed to a shop to get fixed. I got a text when the driver was to arrived. I waited 5 minutes passed his arrival time and I was told that he would be there in 3 minutes. 5 minutes later, the driver showed up. No communication from the company nor a text saying the driver will be a little late. The driver's arrival time at the shop was 2.5 hours. I called the shop an hour and a half after arrival time and the truck driver has not been there yet !! I called the tow company and the driver called dispatch cuz he got a flat tire and had to wait to get his tire fixed. The employees are very rude and unprofessional on the phone !! Any tow company should and would call or text you in there was a problem with the tow company !! But Not This So-Called Tow Company !! P.S. The dispatcher would not tow my car to my house because of an oil leak/ tire blowout. So they drop my husband off and drove it all it all the way from Murrieta to their wind n sea in Perris. The told my husband the service would be free because the city could claim it as city maintenance. They lied. Wouldn't they be more cautious about the oil leak if they just dropped it off they already went through the neighborhood and we don't live in apartments. We had a flat tire but were able to get to a safe place. We called AAA and they connected us with Wind & Sea. They arrived within the time frame stated. Once the tech arrived he realized that the hole in the tire was too large to fill with air so we could drive to get it repaired. He then called for a tow truck. Best Tow Service Ever. My car alternator completely crapped out on me while I was off-roading near Joshua Tree. Luckily I was able to make it back to the town on just my battery's juice. Anyways parked my car in a parking lot and drove the 127 miles back home to OC, as we had another car in our group that could take our whole crew back and it was already 2am at this point. Fast forward to the next day and I'm calling AAA for a tow thinking I'm screwed and I'll have to drive all the way back out there. Well I lucked out big time getting connected with Wind N Sea Towing. Not only did they accept my 127mile tow request at 8:00pm but they also told me that I could save myself the trip out there as long as there was a way to get them a key. Well luckily I keep a spare hidden outside the car for emergencies and boy that came in clutch. They were honest and true, towed my car all the way back to my house safely, nothing missing from inside. They're a great crew and very friendly and understanding.
