Amy came out to do our initial estimate. She was nice and efficient and gave us what we felt was a very reasonable price. We would have to wait about three weeks for the blinds to come in after ordering. We were OK with that. We got a call yesterday from Mark, the owner, that our blinds were in and he was able to schedule the installation for today, which was very nice. I did not get the name of the actuall technician and his assistant but they were very good and it only took about an hour to install about 9 sets of faux-wood blinds. We are very pleased with the final result. Just a heads up when ordering blinds: make sure you know on which side of the blind you want the wand. And let the person giving you the estimate know.

I have been nice, kind, understanding and patient with her until today. She was going to call me right back and 30 minutes later no call and I'm sure I won't get one. I don't write negative reviews for businesses but this one deserves people knowing what will happen if they do business with her. I also tried to order more blinds and she doubled the price.
